bb3000ae Hinote Tosatsu If anyone has questions on the new sealing stuff, they can ask me about it, seeing as I basically designed the entire thing myself. Of course, you are only allowed to ask AFTER the release. Suspense and all that. Why did it have to be a Class DX You'll see. It's awesome.

Hinote Tosatsu ... Okay, think of sealing. Now what is the first thing that popped into your head? Whatever it was, it's probably in there. Or will be later, once customs are opened or I've gotten around to writing up some more myself. I thought of weapons sealed in scrolls...though if i thought of that means Weapon, Puppet, and Medical users just became extremely weaker, and seal user have become god tier

So you can summon some weapons, big whoop. Weapon users can easily disarm you, hack off the seal and laugh as you are completely out of answers. Puppet users can just let their puppets impale themselves on your sword, reach over, either stab you, grab your arm, or use that as an opportunity to use the puppet show technique on you. Medical users are as good with weapons as you are, AND they can heal themselves. In short, I think they have it covered.

Can users who aren't puppet profession use puppets? ( Probably not, But I had an awesome idea for a Naga puppet user after Sonji got approved as a Ninjutsu specialist. )

I was saying if sealers are the only one that can seal stuff in scrolls. Weapon users now must carry very limited weapons, puppet users have to carry all their puppets now with their fragile bodies, and medical users cant seal medical tools in scrolls anymore

Where might I be able to find the limit on how many jutsus each rank is allowed to learn? Want to make sure that I'm not teaching people to the point where they reach their rank limit and can't learn anything else. Thanks in advance.

There is no limit to the number of jutsu a person can learn of their own rank. Genin can learn up to 3 chuunin level jutsu. A tertiary element can only be learned up to B rank.
