  Hm...making a gif image? Kaddy attempted to make one once and it turned out okay...not the best, but good enough for my first. xD Kaddy used GIMP to do it ^^"

Flash, motion tween or frame by frame.
The first just moves things from one place or shape to another in framerate.
The second one you draw each pose you need seperately then put it together fast so it looks like motion.

Um... I'd suggest gif then. Just put them in a row... Don't know how to do gif, I only know Flash.
If you're lazy I'm sure some site would do it for you if you give them pics.
