"Oooh can I?" He asked in reply, releiving Ryland of the precious sphere, looking at it more closely. "Do come in!" He said, leading him back into his room.
The walls had been painted over the pads to look like a mountain range with a sunset behind it. It was uncertain if Tae had done this himself, or if it was someone else, but it made Tae feel more at home. The sky also had specks of glow in the dark paint in it, so when he turned off the light, the sky lit up with stars. It took a lot for the cat to be comfortable here, and he still hadn't really adjusted.
Sitting on the bed, he patted next to him for Ryland to sit next to him. "Naruto huh..? I've heard of him. He's meant to be that Nine-tailed fox from Japanese legends isn't he?" He said, smiling softly. "He sounds really nice to help you get this orb."

Ryland purred softly at how happily Tae relieved him of the orb and invited him in. Walking in, the first thing he did was look around the room and lifted a hand to run his fingers along the mountains, staring at it longingly. Turning to look at Tae, he walked over and sat down on the bed next to him with a grin, cuddling up against him as he purred softly.
"I think when it learns not to wander off after it grows, since it will be a spirit child I gather, that I'll take him to the mountains.. Back to my old home.. Would you like to join me so we can stop by your old home, if it's close enough for us to get to?"

Tae smiled sadly and nodded. "I'd like to go see your home.. but my tribe dosn't exist anymore. So there'd be little point to going back there other than to bring back painfull memories." He told him softly, purring as he was cuddled against and stroked the orb.
"The children of the orbs are like little ghosts, that need our guidance to learn and grow, jsut like children. Though, unlike normal children, the orb children don't look like us, so don't have that bond of blood. SO it can make it much harder to connect with them. But it is a rewarding effort." He said softl with a nod. "We used to look after orbs back in my tribe. There was a lot amongst the riverbeds."

"My tribe doesn't exist anymore either, but the animals do... I pushed all the painful memories out of my mind to remember the good. I've gone up there once or twice, and each time I start to go up there, I cry... but once I get there, I feel at peace. It's odd." Ryland gave a soft frown before purring, wrapping an arm around Tae softly.
"Even if you're tribes gone, I'm always here to be your brother and friend. Thank you for the information about the orb. I thought it would be tricky, but I... just couldn't wait that long to have one of my own or adopt. I guess wanting things is where I become impatient, huh?" Ryland said with a little giggle added onto it.

Tae giggled softly, putting softly as he waved his tail behind him. "You're right, the animals are still there... I would like to visit my animal friends again, I know Kana would." He said with a soft purr.
Turning to smiled at Ryland, he put the orb back in his lap, stroking it one more time. "Being impatient can be a virtue as well as a burden. I know I have some bad habbits as well." He giggled softly. "I get attached to things far to easily, because i care for everything."

Ryland nodded softly and gently hugged Tae before looking down towards the orb, putting a hand on it as he purred contently, his tail reaching about to curl around the orb as if to keep it warm. "Well, if I ever take him up there I will be sure to stop by and see if you want to come."
Looking back towards the orb, his golden eyes flicked towards Tae as he let out a very soft giggle, nodding his head, "I know the feeling... Only my worst habit along with that is... caring too much. When I care too much my feelings get confusing and... well.. sometimes there can be attraction or crushes that are unwanted. That's what makes it hard for me."

"My yes.. that can be a problem... But then, getting attached to the smallest of things can cause problems..." he trailed off, before shaking his head with a giggle, running a hand through his hair.
There was some squirming from under a blanket on the otherside of the room, reveiling what seemed to be a basket, before a little brown snout nuzzled out've the blanket and a pair of beady black eyes stared up at the pair of cats.
"Is it okay to come out now..?" came a small voice from that little snout, before Tae squeed softly.
"Oh Ryland! I'm so sorry i forgot to tell you!" He got up and picked up the bundle in the corner, wrapping it up in the blanket before carrying it back to the bed and unwrapping it, causing a big ball of brown fur to unravel in his lap, reveiling a Grizzly cub.
"This is Kana, He came and found me all on his own from the mountains!"

Ryland's tail was wrapped securely around the orb as it lifted up, moving behind him to prevent any possible clumsiness from Ryland to cause it harm. Ryland purred and ran his hands through the cub's soft fur before leaning down to gently nuzzle his nose to him. Sitting back up right, he grinned at Tae.
"You're so lucky, Tae! The only animal that came to visit me left this," He said lightly, reaching up to touch the feather in his hair. Thinking for a few moments, he pulled two feathers from his bag, handing one to Tae before looking at Kana, "These aren't from the same bird, but from one that continues to visit me... Would you like one, too, Kana?"

Kana wiggled his paws at the feather. "I have no where to put it... oh! Maybe Tae could make a dreamcatcher with it!" He suggested, looking up at Tae pleadingly.
Tae giggled, tickling the bears stomach. "That would be a great idea!" He looked up to RYland and smiled.
"Would you like to make a dreamcatcher with us, Ryland?" He asked him softly, stroking the cub's fur. I can make you one in exchange for the feather, if you want."

Ryland smiled softly and nodded his head, "I've never tried my hands at crafts, I was always the caretaker for the children... I think learning how to make a dream catcher would be fun." Giggling, he gently stroked the cub's soft fur again before he turned and grinned big at Tae, reaching around to grab the orb gently from his tail, which, in turn, wrapped around his leg.
"A dreamcatcher for the feather? Sure, that sounds nice!" He said gleefully, always up to recieve native gifts and always up to learn anything that had to deal with arts and crafts, of any sort, since he always wanted to back in his village but couldn't manage to find the time away from the children.

"Okay!" he chirped, before setting Kana down on the floor, before sitting down there as well as he fetched some wooden rings and a -lot- of thread and beads. He beckoned Ryland to come down with him as he set up.
"It's simple after you know how. First you pick out some coloured thread, and then you chose what charm you want near the middle...What colours do you want for your dream catcher, Ryland?"

Ryland happily went and sat on the ground beside Kana and Tae, watching as the things were gathered. Nodding his head he thought for a few moments before he reached up and pulled the rather important feather out of his hair, putting a new one in, it looked less silken than the other, but other than that there was no real difference between the two.
"Red and yellow for the threads, and could we add this feather somewhere on the dreamcatcher? It's my luck charm, and hopefully sticking it in a dreamcatcher somewhere will keep the nightmares away... I get tired after waking up every other hour." He said with a bit of a sour expression, cursing Alefric and Murray inside his head.

Tae tilted his head. "You have nightmares, Ryland? That's no good. We can't have you being kept up at night. If you tie things that are from good things to your dream catcher, it's magic becomes more powerfull, so the more things that hold happy memories, the better." He said with a smile. "Of course we can add the feather."
He pulled out some red and yellow, before tying reeealy long threads to the wooden frame, before starting to weave them all together pretty quickly with a rather simple technique, before slipping on a bird shaped charm into it, and finishing up the net with a ring in the middle. Then got to winding up a pattern around the ring.
"Just one more thing.." He said softly, as he made a hanging hook on teh top with spare thread. He picked up the feather and kissed it gently, before tying it securly to the side of the dream catcher, and handing it to Ryland, purring softly. "That should stop those nightmares of yours."

Ryland had watched with very observant eyes each technique he had used with the thread and adding the charm and feather. Smiling softly, he gently took the dream catcher and purred as well, leaning over to hug Tae very softly as he closed his eyes and smiled, completely blissful around the other.
"Thank you, Tae. It's beautiful." He said softly before he slipped off into a few thoughts. After his nightmares were gone, or at least he felt secure enough that they were gone, he would let Naruto borrow the dream catcher to hopefully bring him some good luck. Either that or go out and make a good luck charm up in his old tribal area, where the land was blessed with luck, or said to be - which he believed fully.
"I'm more pleased than before that I stayed the night with Naruto last night... I found out where you are, I got an orb, a beautiful dream catcher, and I got to meet the cutest little cub I've ever seen." Ryland purred out softly, very pleased and content as he gently held the dream catcher, watching it closely, "When the spirit child comes around, I'll bring him here to visit you where he can learn to make dream catchers.."

"I''l be more than happy how to teach him how to make dream catchers. And anyone else who wants to know how to make them." He said with a giggle, hugging the other back.
Kana walked over and crawled into the other's lap to paw at the dangling father in a cat like way. "Feathers are so beautifull..."
