Clark ate NOTHING but junk food when I first met him. Seriously, you would open a cabinet and boxes of twinkies and bags of chips would fall out. We've been married for years, but he now only eats about half junk and half "good food". I'm slowly but surely making progress.

So much for the idea that being raised on a farm makes you a healthier boy.

I honestly think that when he got out on his own and into the city, he just found all these yummy things to eat that he didn't have at home and just went a little overboard.

I have the greatest mental image of Superman and a twinkie right now that I'm going to hold onto for a while if that's all right.

::Lois snickers::
Part of me thinks I should be offended by that, but I can't help but giggle. Naughty Piper.

Is it a juicy, gossip-worthy problem? Or is it a you have trouble getting him to fold his shirts sort of a problem?

Hartley Rathaway Would NOT doubt it.
Though I take mild offense at being lumped in 'you guys.' Clean record right now, cleared of all murder charges. Did my time on the petty theft, the robbery, the breaking and entering, the loitering... Well at the time you weren't all doth protesting and such, so from a historical perspective I'm so in the right here.

it's kind of embarrassing, really. He's so.... aloof around me anymore. You saw some of what I mean last night in the Bistro. Sure, I'm used to his moods and when he's stressed from his line of work. I'm just not sure how to help him out of it or get his attention.

Hm.....Possibly you shouldn't have waited till only a girl, a married guy and a gay dude were left here to get naked last night.

He wasn't home when I got there anyways.
::Lois shrugs::
Besides, he's seen it before. I thought about doing something big and attention grabbing, but how do you do that with someone like him?

To be perfectly honest, Lois, this is why I don't date capes. It's just so complicated. Either you play second fiddle to the job, or the frikkin' devil's out to wipe out your relationship...
Shame you can't give Clark a chance just to be a normal guy for a while, see what that's like.
