Using the Kikuta Gaze's ability to cause memory loss, this technique causes the target to forget any techniques that he has that Akira does not also have. This includes madeup techniques and clan techniques. Denied: Too powerful.

Imperial Edict: Art of the Sword- Imagine Blade: Tamao has long sought how to find swords that can do things that other swords could not, as well as swords that strengthened their wielder. This is one of those blades. Although by appearance, it is just a hilt, there is no blade. That all ends when it's wielder actually uses it. Their chakra reacts with the hilt, forming an invisible blade, capable of changing it's shape to a larger or smaller size. Aside from that, it is a very strong blade, it is difficult to even try to crack or break it. Approved: As long as one is able to track the chakra that flows into the blade than it's fine. Nothing is truly invisible XD Imperial Edict: Art of the Sword- The Bound Blade: Tamao has long sought how to find swords that can do things that other swords could not, as well as swords that strengthened their wielder. This blade just may be such a blade. It appears rather unusual, it is a long blade, somewhat pitted and chipped, but still possessing a sharp enough edge. It is heavier than a normal sword, too. But what makes it so special is, when used, it actually seals off a large portion of the user's chakra, until released, which will often lead to explosive results. (As in, while she possesses the Bound Blade, Tamao's chakra is reduced to 10% of her normal, although her base strength and speed are unaffected. When activated, her chakra is returned to normal, along with an extra 10% for each unique blade she possesses. This increase can only be held for as many posts as unique blades she owns, and is then sealed away once more, for the same amount of posts.) It is possible this is one of those blades. It appears to be a finely crafted rapier, with a surprisingly wide blade. To the wielder, it is very light, while to an enemy, it is very heavy. As well, it is virtually unbreakable, by all but the most powerful of attacks. But what makes it truly special is the blade's speed. This blade could possibly be one such blade. It appears to be an ordinary sword, very sharp and finely crafted. It's true ability, however, lies in what happens when it is used toc ut something. Instead of actually cutting, the kinetic force is sent forward into a dimension slightly ahead of ours. This can continue as long as necessary, until the blade is returned to it's sheath/Tamao's hagoromo. When this happens, every cut that she used the Delay Blade for is suddenly released. The attacks do not actually happen anew, it is merely the effect will not happen until the blade is sheathed. So if every strike was blocked, the air would be full of the sound of clanging steel, and nothing more. However, if a strike with the Delay Blade would have chopped off an arm, the arm would have been fine until the blade was sheathed. Once it was, the arm would instantly be cut off, as if the cut had only just happened. (Think of the classic dueling samurai moment, after the duel. You can't tell what happened until the winner sheathes their blade. Only then does the loser's cut spray blade and they fall over.) This blade is one of those blades, but in an unusual manner. This blade is not suited for battle, although it will function well enough when put to that purpose. Where it really shines, is when Tamao has been injured or become exhausted. She can call upon the sword to replenish her energy, or to heal her injuries. It will heal her, to a limited extent, generally the equivalent of 1000 chakra for every unique blade she owns. The effect would be similar for healing injuries. This effect can be used four times in a battle. ApprovedImperial Edict: Art of the Sword- Harming Blade: Tamao has long sought how to find swords that can do things that other swords could not, as well as swords that strengthened their wielder. This blade is likely one of those blades, but it is also a malicious blade, one which, if used too often, can lead Tamao to destruction. It is a twin to the Healing Blade, but it has an opposite effect. When activated, each time it is swung, it can hit with the force of every unique blade she possesses. (It does not copy their abilities, just the force inherent in their strikes.) She can use this effect as many times as she wants in battle, but for every strike after the third, her alignment will inch closer and closer to Chaotic Evil. (It will take fifty swings beyond the three per battle limit for this to happen.) When she does, the blade will take over, and she will not be in control of her actions any longer. Each battle that she does not use this ability at all can remove one from the count. ApprovedWatery Addiction: Hedoro is composed of a very unusual substance, and as such, possesses many strange and unusual abilities. One such ability is actually a passive one. Her substance, at heart very similar to water, shares a connection to that primordial ooze from which all life supposedly originated. Other living beings can feel this, at some genetic level. They feel that her substance is a kinship to their own. Because of this, living things who touch her substance, regardless of any other stimuli, will often find themselves craving to feel it again, to feel that connection to eons past. If one who has felt her substance goes too long without touching it again, they begin to go into withdrawal, which is a very unpleasant experience. Their chakra control suffers, and they become listless and moody. This effect becomes stronger after each time somebody touches her substance, making it harder and harder for them to resist doing so again the enxt time. Approved though I think it will be hard to make the rper into drug atticts for your substance voluntarily XD Eternal Hunger: Hedoro is a being who primarily lives on a liquid diet. Due to the follies of her youth, and a vastly increased sense of hunger, she often ate solid food, and solid matter that wasn't even really food. This would, in the long term, give her some trouble with actual mass and size. After all, if she were to eat a boat, she would become much larger, until it was broken down. This ability was developed as a countermeasure to her ravenous habits of old. Whenever she eats a solid object, it is entered into a pocket dimension within her. This pocket dimension is somewhat small, though not oppressively so. It exudes a field of relaxation to calm anything living she would happen to eat, as well as slowly but continually sap it's energy. It is somewhat hard to escape from this, mostly due to the fact that techniques do not function within it. It's walls are resilient, but only slightly more than her own substance is normally. So it is not impossible to break out through physical might, as long as it is done somewhat quickly, before too much energy is sapped. Approved reminds me of something the blob might do XD engulf and absorb. Infectious Mind: Hedoro has found herself to possess the Disease Orochi Power, as well as being possessed by the Horseman of Pestilence. These abilities gave her startling new insight into the way biological antigens and diseases function. This, combined with her own unusual existence, has led to the discovery of a very useful passive ability. Whenever an outsider seeks to plunge her into a Genjutsu, they will feel an alien sensation, as her mind's unusual properties make themselves known. Should they persist in trying to put her into a Genjutsu, her countermeasure will activate, using the connection granted her by the Genjutsu itself, to inflict upon her enemy a twofold infection. The one is a deadly and fast acting fever, which can make them sweaty, delirious and unstable within four posts, before unconscious in three more. The other infection is her own familiar substance infection, as if she were preparing their body to become a Hydrone. The opponent will notice this alien sensation long enough before it takes effect, that they can stop trying to put Hedoro into a Genjutsu, and suffer no ill effects. Pending: Need some kind of gauge that says that opponents stronger than you in CP or some other way can bypass this counter attack or have some way of fighting back. Trying to defend the art of Genjutsu for genjutsu users everywhere. Flooding Chakra: Hedoro is, at heart, basically liquefied chakra possessed of a mind. With this ability, she becomes more protective of her own chakra. This ability, another passive one, only flares up when an opponent tries to drain her chakra. When they do, one of two things happens. On rare occasions, both do. A reaction occurs between Hedoro's substance and the draining technique, causing it to actually produce chakra to the same degree it tried to drain. The other effect, is the technique backlashes on the opponent, draining them of chakra to the extent of double what they tried to drain from her. (When Hedoro is targeted by a draining technique, I roll a d10. Odds, it replenishes Hedoro instead of drains her. Evens, It drains the opponent instead. 10, it does both.) Denied: Almost got me with your hurt the opponent regardless of the roll ability techno babble. Hydro Bind: Hedoro is, by nature, a secretive being, she doesn't like interacting with people more than she has to. Especially more than one person at a time. But when she has to, she will. She dislikes being interrupted by extra people during the interaction even more, however. So she developed this technique to get a little privacy. When activated, it creates a watery, phased-out barrier around her and whoever else is part of her battle. Nobody on the outside can enter, and nobody on the inside can leave, until the battle is finished, or until Hedoro voluntarily ends the technique. If anyone should try moving through the barrier before that, even with a technique, they merely pass through to the same spot on the opposite side, as if the section of space beyond the barrier didn't even exist. As well, they suffer a minor loss of chakra. ApprovedUndine's Kiss: Hedoro has come to realize that she lives off of fluids, not solid matter. but her continual hunting for people to devour left a stigma upon her, that makes her, even now, want to feed off of living things from time to time, even when she doesn't realize it. This passive ability is only activated when she is touching someone with her bare substance against their skin. When this happens, she begins to extract the liquid from them. During the first post,t heir skin would feel dry and itchy, making them slightly uncomfortable. The second, their mouth will have gone dry, making talking nearly impossible. Third, they will feel slightly nauseous and lightheaded. Fourth, they will feel feverish and very faint. Fifth, they will generally pass out. If the contact is broken during this, they can recover their fluids by one full post of inaction, during which they drink some water, or double the amount of posts that contact was maintained, during which they can only take limited action. (One action per post, and no strenuous movements.) If contact is regained, the last stage must be repeated, but otherwise it continues as if it had never been interrupted. Without break, a body will be fully drained of all liquid by eight posts, at which point the victim will be dead. As well, if Hedoro can absorb a person's entire amount of liquid, it is the same effect as if she had turned them into a Hydrone. This technique is one that allows Frost to form a metal by hardening an element in the air. she can form each of these like a ultra heated metal, but the metal is cool, and will be able to disperse into the air once she is done with it. ApprovedHate Alchemy: Cheap Shot-This is Frost's technique, it was frowned upon by hidden alchemy, but she was happy with it. by using alchemy on the air around her opponent Frost can extend water particles into the pores of her opponent and have them freeze. this is a weak attack, but will weaken the skin of the opponent. can be used on armors to weaken the metals. Denied: Potential for autohits. Hate Alchemy: Poison-This is Frost's technique, it was frowned upon by hidden alchemy, but she was happy with it. Frost's own poison and passion. Frost used several different forms of alchemy, but her favorite was altering a few pieces of blood in her opponent to a dangerous element, such as Mercury, or Uranium. once the beads of the poisonous element hit the heart they will change back to normal blood cells. but the time the bad blood moves around causes the person to become sickly. Pending: How does this technique hit the opponent? Hate Alchemy: Spilled Blood- This is Frost's technique, it was frowned upon by hidden alchemy, but she was happy with it. Frost will bite her thumb as if to use a summon, but will then transmute the blood that drops out into a dangerous explosive. each drop has the power of a chunk of C4. ApprovedHate Alchemy: Hands Free-This is Frost's technique, it was frowned upon by hidden alchemy, but she was happy with it. An achievement that Frost is proud of. she was able to touch the air and create alchemy circles using the water particles around her. she only ever had to reach out and feel the water around her to use this.(makes basica alchemy twice as expensive) ApprovedHate Alchemy: Smashing Rocks-This is Frost's technique, it was frowned upon by hidden alchemy, but she was happy with it. Frost's powerful technique to form a rock that can be spun around to hit her opponents. no physical contact is needed to do this. rocks are generally picked up from the ground by rotating air around the rock to move it where ever.(very blunt painful attack. hurts like a b***h) ApprovedHate Alchemy: Mind Tricks-This is Frost's technique, it was frowned upon by hidden alchemy, but she was happy with it. Frost's alchemy that affects the mind. she makes a handseal and pushes her hand onto her opponent. once she touches her opponent they find themselves feeling the effects of a genjutsu that causes them to think that their entire body is being turned into another element. to dispel this jutsu they must have a knowledge of alchemy, they don't even need to know how to dispel a genjutsu. ApprovedHate Alchemy: Cheap Shot- the name sort of gave that whole fact away. XD Hate Alchemy: Poison- Honestly i never thought about it, probably just use alchemy and make some sort of connection. i dont really need that technique though.

What happens is Reaver uses his syringes to draw the blood of the opponent, and then he uses a special technique that is associated with this one, in order to create a disease with the use of the opponent's blood. This disease only effects the opponent, and may effect them in different ways depending on his level in Disease Immunity. With the highest he can only alter the way they battle, in a sense he could use the technique to halt the use of Bloodline abilities for the battle's duration. Of course, this does not mean effects that are passive, it only means attacks that must be activated and thus are canceled. Of course this technique means that blood must be drawn by the use of the syringe, and then a turn must be cast on Reaver simply creating the virus out of the user's blood. Once the blood is taken and turned into the virus, Reaver must then inject the virus back into the same person's body. Once injected, the opponent will actually seem to grow stronger and faster for up to three posts, before they gradually lose their strength until all their clan techniques are locked for the battle and they are at the same speed and strength as they were in the beginning of the battle. Although it is not actually the blood that is important, it just makes things easier. The syringe used is of a special set that actually not only take blood, but chakra as well. Meaning that Reaver is essentially fusing chakra with his opponent chakra, and then injecting them with it. Although the highest ability level, locks clan abilities. The lower ones only cause a series of sicknesses. Including that of the opponent feeling completely numb, as well as losing blood much faster for the second highest, and for the weakest the opponent simply undergoes a a sense of confusion. Their senses numbing a little, and making it harder for them to hear, see or smell things that they could normally have. Almost as if they have a terrible cold, but without the added symptoms. The blood he has left over, is placed into a vial and saved for when he needs it, along with the left over virus that he can create with the opponent's blood. Blood must be drawn, within battle 7 turns are taken to create the disease before it can be injected into the opponent. Lasts until the end of the battle, unless given Medical Treatment, by a Medic nin, or there is a way for the opponent to counter through a clan move/made up. 15,000CP - Numbed Senses 45,000CP - Numbed Body, Hemophilia 70,000CP - Clan Lock Approved: Is the process till the end of battle. Can it be cured? Is the process of making the disease for the opponent instantaneous or does it require you to draw blood and experiment with it before you try to stab them again? Good to go. um. I added how long it takes to create a disease, and how long it lasts. As well as how it may be cured. 3nodding

Hyuugas Pride: The Ever-Evolving Flow of Chakra- Komen has dived into the hyuuga arts and trained himself in the ancient arts of the Hyuuga that had been long lost. Komen has gained the ability fight off strains of diseases, invasive forms of attacks and basically anything that invades his natural system. The down side is that he must die in order to gain the immunities of these attacks. Like a great phoenix, he rises from the ashes stronger and better than he was before.

Chakra Breakdown: Anti-space charge- Komen is able to disperse himself in his usual no form chakra spheres, but he is able to detonate portions of his chakra and create some miniature black holes. This doesn't cause a vacuum or anything, but compresses anything within the range of the explosions to the tiniest molecules, crushing everything and anything to nothingness. Th radius of each explosion can be made into 3 feet radius orbs of massive compression.

Alright, let's see... For Infectious Mind- I'm actually working on something that would make Genjutsu a more viable method of fighting for everyone, but until then, I'll compromise. I had figured the early warning system was enough, but let's see. Hmm, how about if the person has more than half again of my total chakra, the infection takes 50% more posts to reach it's full effect? Or if that's no good, then how about, if they are that much stronger than her, the disease never progresses to unconsciousness, it just continually increases the nausea and those other, lesser side effects? Quote: I like the second half rather than the first one. If you choose that one it will be passed. And yes please do try and make a good way for Genjutsu to be on the level of Ninjutsu and Taijutsu. I don't want that set of skills to die out. For Flooding Chakra, there must have been a type or something. It's not supposed to hurt them regardless of the roll. When I roll the d10, the opponent will only suffer a drain on rolls of 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10. I recover on rolls of 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 10. So the roll does matter, I just hadn't noticed the mistype or whatever it was. Quote: The problem is that it is much like two techniques. So that is a denied so far if that is what you were trying to accomplish.

Alright, for Infectious Mind I'll go with that, I'll rewrite it with that addendum in a moment. As for Flooding Chakra, would it work better if I turn it into two techniques? The only problem then, once I have both, it'd be doing both effects almost every single time, rather than usually only doing one or the other. I had thought combining the two, with the lowered chance of either happening, would have been the better route, as far as keeping it from being overpowered. So should we try turning it into the two, or do you think there's another option? Quote: Hmmm it's tricky I would think. Cause in the way it's stated above. Their no way it wouldn't help you. Like it gives no way for the opponent to even attempt the drains. And if you did it in two techniques. It would give them a chance but battles over overlap effects will happen. I personally don't know how to help out on this ^^;; 1 idea is to give it a loop hole where their drain affects can occur. But that is just an idea.

As well, if this effect is used on somebody noticeably stronger than her (by at least 50% of her maximum), the first virus will not plunge them into unconsciousness, but the nausea and other lesser side effects will continue to increase. And back to Flooding Chakra. Looking back, I did leave that typo in again. What I had meant to write for the numbers is the one triggers on 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10, while the other is 3, 5, 7, 9 and 10. 1 is a fail, it means the drain would happen as normal. GreenTigerr Yamai Majora Hidden Mask Leech Skin: The Leech Skin is a small mask compared to the size of all the other mask. It appears like a leech on the top of the users head inside of his/her hair which can be easily concealed depending on the length of the hair. This mask has the ability to negate attacks on the mind from any stronger opponent in a ten foot radius of the mask. There is no control over the attacks that are negated so even if the enemy inside the ten feet they will also be safe from an attack on the mind. In an attempt for self-preservation the Leech Skin can also make the host switch between mask freely to save the body from destruction. Pending Approved: Need to put limits like anyone stronger than you can still perform genjutsus on you. You cannot have a technique that kills off an entire set of techniques. XDD only attacking the stronger people eh? Dcme Shun Uchiha ------------- Bankai: Tensa Zangetsu: The blade Shun carries with him has another form. After extensive training he has learned and gained control of his blades next stage. Zangetsu's black chakra spreads out around Shun taking complete control of his body. In this state Shun gains a cloak comprised of the black chakra Zangetsu uses. His speed is taken to the next level, allowing him to move at his divine speed constantly. He may also use his Getsuga Tensho technique without a drain. There is a cost though, he may only remain in this stage for every 5k chakra points he has. Pending: For now. you have to specify what divine speed is so you can't be extremely cheap about your speed compared to someone elses speed boost. Frozen Fear Blade: Hyounimaru: Shuns second blade which would show the connection he has with death and fear. This blade is made up of ice cold sheer metal. When called upon this blade has the ability to freeze anything it touchs, even a flame. Shuns body gets surronded by a blue aura and his eyes also change to blue. If Shun stood in one spot the ground underneath him would freeze. Shun is also able to launch a large dragon of frozen fury from within his blade anytime he says the words "Sit upon the frozen sky: Hyounimaru". There is a cost to this blade thpugh, it drains 5k chakra from him every 4 Gp posts. Pending: This is a double effect technique. You cannot have two effects especially if one is a constant that can spew out a large multi direction projectile. Well for the speed boost of Zangetsu I can call Divine speed as going as fast as the Demon Nibi, as the technique in hidden fantasy states. Hiten Mitsurugi Ryuukuzuryuusen is the technique *which Shun knows* and I guess the speed boost would be like x20 Denied: Yeah we are not allowing techniques to be as fast or as powerful as Demons. And the fact that you state you can go x20 speed is rather also another reason it cannot be passed. Ok and you can scrape Hyounimaru I suppose Eh, just scrape Hyoun

Shun Uchiha: Hidden Leaf Kyouga Suigetsu: A blade which could be said to tie into Shuns strange life, it mimic's the base ability of a genjutsu. When first being summoned this blade gives off no sign of being used. In fact the only way the opponent could figure this out is if they have extremely thorough knowledge of genjutsu ( Knowing over 15 genjutsu techniques) then they may notice the effects of this blade early. As soon as this blade is activated the opponent will be placed within a unseen trance. Whilst like this Shun has full control of what his opponent can see, hear, smell, and touch. The power itself is a full controlled illusion which cannot be seen through (Of course certain Doujutsu is able to) with simple means. Because of Shuns Sharingan genjutsu release will not effect this illusion only those knowledgeable of genjutsu may break it.  sorreh Aizen's blade is bit too pwnxor for this guild.

Kagerou, Zaman Hidden Sound Black-Flame God; Demon Traits. A passive ability, that only comes into use when Zaman enters his demon form. This technique is the essence of his Demon form's abilities. Due to becoming a demonic skeletal being, to which flames eternally rise from certain parts of his body. Zaman took on the abilities of his demonic counter part, allowing his normal abilities to be doubled, due to the fact that he in fact became a demon in all senses. Along with the fact that he took on these properties, he also gained the ability to stop the locking of his techniques, or at least any that involve fire or his ability to revive. This all being prevented, with a pure force of chakra, to which he actually manages to convert his own, into that of the flames that he uses. Giving his fire the essence of flames themselves, though only in this demonic form. To which is only possible to gain, by dying before hand. And even if his body is destroyed, he is summoned in this demonic state from the flames themselves. Thanks to his masterful ability to manipulate his own chakra and flames.  Are there techniques that come before this one, can yah provide them? Otherwise I'm a bit confused if it's a stand alone technique.
