Hmm, is there any specific policy on pre-battle preparations? I.e. one of Tamao's blades can have a technique applied to it before a battle, then it can be used in-battle for no cost then, plus the surprise factor. Would this be something I would continually have to update in TC, or is it just assumed that any preparations like this are done even without always being said?

(Like let's say Tamao was going to be fighting a Genjutsu specialist. So she applies Genjutsu Release to that blade. During that battle, she ends up using it. Then the next battle, she doesn't know who her opponent would be, so she applies something like Shun Ten Satsu. Would I have to make a TC adding Genjutsu Release to a special slot, then later one to render it 'used', then even later, a third to replace it with Shun Ten Satsu?)

That's what I thought, but it could be necessary in certain situations. Kind of the same as needing to have specific items listed on your profile to be able to use them, such as gas masks or paper bombs or giant scissors.

Mythos is Mythic is Eagla, so yes he is still around. As for the Kusanagi, I don't think you'd just be given it, but occasionally newcomers can earn items through proving their worth. (Some exams, some SLs, things like that. No guarantee, but one more reason to always do your best!)

Hedoro:: You need to apply the jutsu In character. And then link to it when you use it in battle for the swords. That seems reasonable.

As far as battle prep. I've seen people [and I have myself, on entrance posts] use their Doujutsu. or a jutsu first post, and then 2 techniques. Saying that their passives were on from the beginning [since it's the first post]
I've also seen people enter battle clone jutsu already active, and such as that. So I do believe there's a limit of [1] real previously active attack. IE: A clone jutsu.
And as many passives as you like. Some of my characters have a good 8-10 passives that really only change their makeup, or something of that nature. And I post all those first post, so people understand "This character moves fast" "This character generates fire" "This character generates ice" etc.
