Scott sighed as he finished taking roll. "Super. I seems that I managed to snare some of the school's foremost trouble makers. Very well.
"I trust you all know at least fundamental english. Can anybody tell me what's missing in this sentence?" He pointed to writing on the board that read "Through these dark times we must band together."

Hikaru slowly raised her hand, looking about to see whether anyone else wished to answer before doing so. She fleetingly wondered at his comment; Xiariene wasn't in the class.

Koori stepped into class right after Scott had finished roll. She was followed by Kan,u who was still trying to calm her down. Koori said nothing as she went to an empty seat. Kanu walked upto Scotts desk.
"Sensei I appologise for us being late. And its missing a comma."

Scott rolled his eyes. "Yes, it is missing a comma. Would you mind telling me why it took the two of you so much longer to get to my classroom than the other students that hafe the same class as you?"

Scott turned to write on the board as he talked to the girl. "I see. In that case, I want you both to write an essay on the importance of preparing better excuses. Due tomorrow." He finished the practice sentence and turned around. "You may be seated." He looked past her to the rest of the class. "How many of you know the parts to a sentence?" He asked.

Xiaedessa and raised her hand "Every complete sentence contains a subject and a predicate. The subject is what or whom the sentence is about, while the predicate tells something about the subject."

He made a note on his clipboard. "Very good. Now, the first person to tell me the eight parts of speech and their meanings may go with Xiaedessa to fetch her cousin off of the roof rather than doing this next assignment. I assure you, it is boring as hell."

Hikaru raised her hand, "The eight parts of speech are: nouns, verbs, adjectives, pronouns, adverbs, conjunctions, prepositions, and interjections. Nouns are names used to refer to a person, place, or thing, while verbs denote the action performed by the subject of a sentence. Adjectives modify a noun by describing, identifying, or quantifying it, and pronouns, may replace a noun. Adverbs are words that modify verbs and relate how a particular action is performed. Conjunctions are used to link phrases and clauses while prepositions link nouns, pronouns, and phrases to other parts of the sentence, often describing the location of some object in relation to another. Lastly, an interjection is a word put in merely to convey emotion, usually followed by an exclamation mark."

Nimbly, Hikaru caught the board with a hand as she stood, nodding politely to the professor before leaving the classroom. Walking down the halls at a steady pace, she proceeded towards one of the side doors. Mr. O'Connor had mentioned Xiariene being on the roof...

Xiaeriene stood up and bowed "Thank you, Professor" She turned and headed out with Hikaru. They arrived outside within minutes, and Xiaedessa leaped up onto the roof.
Xiaeriene was sitting there, chatting with Ran Kotobuki and Nanami Kiryuu. She looked over to her cousin and rolled her eyes "What do you want!? I'm busy, if you haven't noticed, so get lost"

Hikaru joined Xiadessa and Xiariene up on the roof, calmly replying to the latter's question, "We're here to get you off and back to class..."

Xiaedessa sighed "Reeny, you have a really bad attitude problem...I wish you could only see how much of an a** you are right now" She waked over to her cousin
Xiaeriene jumped up and pushed her cousin, sending her falling onto her bottom "You two have got a lot of nerve, coming up here and telling me that I should get myself back to class...for your information, my teacher gave this period to the class as a free period, so I am spending it up here." she cracked her knuckles "Now, if you two don't get lost, I will make you get lost!"
Ran andNanami stood up behind her, glaring at the girls
"You heard her! Get lost if you know what's good for you!"
"You had better listen to Miss Xiaeriene, or you will be in for a lot of hurt!"

Havong stowed his bag in a locker, Ivan was lead along to the english class, having to take it as terms of his attendance. Still, he could handle it.
