Trying to keep his eyes meeting hers but failing dearly, he looked at her drink.
"Hey.. How much do drinks cost?"

She shrugs. "Depends on what you want. The bartender will tell you when you ask." She continues to smile, finishing off her drink. "If I'm making you uncomfortable just say so. I don't have to sit here if you don't want me to."

His eyes now lock onto the bartender, his abused stomach threatening to give him away.

"I wouldn't know. I can't eat real food... only blood," her smile faded for a moment and took on a very sad look before smiling again. "Go ask him. I'm sure he doesn't bite." She laughed at her bad pun.

He smiled a little too fakely, still focusing on restraining his body's noises.

She looked him up and down again. "Go up there and get yourself some food. I'll take care of it." He was too skinny and she was sure that wasn't at all healthy... expecially for a Lycan. "And don't even try putting up a fight." She added, with a smile that just showed her fangs making her VERY creepy looking.

Swallow down what little pride as a man in his situation could have, he nodding silently. He glanced around once more. gettin gup and crossing over to the bartender, hesitating before asking.
"Do you.. um.. have... anything with meat to eat?"
He was then bombarded with many selections.
"Ah, um.. Uh.. Anything is fine... oh and, um, can I just get a cup of water? That's not expensive, right?"
He walked back to the table with a cup of water and a plate with a small steak (I have no idea what they'd have, anywho.).
"Thank you... uh... Aithne."

She smiled again at him, once again kindly. She kind of had an older-sister air about her. "No problem. You need to eat. You're too skinny as it is." She stood up. "Now... eat. I'll be right back." She got up, walking over to the bar, buying herself another drink and paying for her drinks and Sai's food. She wakled back and sat next to him again once she had paid, taking a sip from her glass.

Despite his size and appearance, he really could eat.
And fast.
By the time he cleared his plate clean (even down to rubbing off the juices with his ungloved fingertips), his stomach was no longer a gaping hole instead he was now looking like a healthy young boy.. No where near being a big strong Lycan though.
His small sizemake you wonder why he choose to be a hunter instead of something more... suitable.

She watched him eat, having to let out a small laugh. "See? You should eat more. It's not healthy for you to be that small. Expecially now that you're a Lycan." She thought for a moment. "I'm surprised you're a hunter though... why didn't you becmoe something more... suitable to your body?" She had never seen such a small Lycan, and that he was in the roughest group was amazing to her.

"Because my father-" there was a small pause, but he continued anyway, but more softer.. quieter.
"My father always used to call me weak... and... pathetic. I won't... I won't join the technicians.. I mean, I'm already good at computers and stuff so yeah, uh, I should work on my physical body, right? Yeah... That's why..."
It sounded more like he was trying convince himself of that fact more than her.

She shrugged. "If you say so... however... you're going to get hurt quickly with your body structure," she paused before continuing. "You don't need to prove yourself to anyone. Honestly? I couldn't care what you are. But you shouldn't do something jsut to prove you're something you're not."

"And anyway, I don't think I can change my class..."
Another fake smile graced his lips.
"Hey, by the way, I'm an artist. Since I had to- er, since I quit school and stuff, I had to fall back on my only specialty. My art doesn't sell good in the city here, though... nothing more than the free food those nice passers-by give sometimes to the homeless. That's always a nice treat."
He then topped off his glass of water.
Then he reached into the cup and put a few ice cubes in his mouth to suck on them.

"Would you mind if I saw some of your art? Who knows? Maybe I'll buy some," she smiled. It was a shame he couldn't change his class... he wasn't suited for that. She could just tell from his structure and personality. She didn't pity him, she never pitied anyone. But she empathised. Plus, he needed to eat. And that required money.
