Depends. I might take you and two others on a training mission or something. With the Tsuchikage's permission, I would pick three C-rank missions and train you along the way and in between the missions. Sort of like how kakashi trained Team 7 but I'd be a much better sensei.
Seriously, am I the only one who thinks that the Jounin Sensei in the manga and anime were the worst teachers in existence? I mean really, the genin either taught themselves, taught each other, were taught by family, or searched for someone else to teach them. Sure, there could be behind the scenes training, but as far as we can tell the genin pretty much taught themselves the practical stuff. The only person who really seemed to put in an effort to train his students was Gai.
