Ares appeared in between the men and Evermore with a burst of shimmering air. "I wouldn't do that," he growled, voice low and dangerous. He stood protectively in front of the young Fury, arms crossed and eyes glaring heatedly. "You will not touch her." He only thought of Evermore, of course--Ares could care less about the other mortal girls.
((BTW, Rrine... did you mean 'soiree'? Not 'swaree'? Or was that vernacular? lol. It's too late for my brain to be at 100% for 100% of the time... biggrin ))

Musica's eyes were still narrowed, but his smile was still sweet and kind. "Very well then, I hope you have fun. Perhaps I'll see you there tonight Evermore. Just so you know it's currently three o'clock and the party isn't till seven. Have fun with your new friends." He gave a little wave as the guys began dragging her off the stage. There were three of them, and they were all the age of about twenty five. Musica's grin was full of evil intent as he looked down at Evermore. He really couldn't stand her. Musica would protect Ari one way or the other. He smiled when she mentioned the single thing. All he could think in his mind was thank god, he wasn't committed. Sure he was still very protective of her and would love nothing more than to be her lover, but he wanted to be lovers of other people too. That was just how he worked. Though she'd probably be his favorite.
EDIT: Musica saw Ares pop up and he frowned slightly, but then smiled when he heard the guys that were trying to get her pipe up. "Easy easy there big guy, we're open to sharing!" Musica's laughter could be heard all around the room.

Bo smiled, glad that she agreed. Then he had one of his most brave ideas in a long while. "H-hey, if you want we could go out and have our own party! This place will be empty tonight and I could invite some others. It won't be a super exciting party, but it'll be something!" He asked excitedly, slurring his words together as he talked super fast.

Ever glared fiercely at Musica. "At least now Ari will really know what kind of guy you are. I'll be comforted by THAT thought!"
Ever was about to be taken ahold of by those neanderthals when someone she truly didn't expect to see again for awhile shimmered in front of her.
She gasped as she saw Ares and barely heard what he said in her shock.
"Ares? What the heck are you doing here?!"

Aurora smiled happily. "That would be wonderful, Bo!" she said. "I think that would be much more fun!" He was just--she actually became rather emotional with him. She would jump at nigh any opportunity to get to know him better. She hoped he felt similarly.

Ares snorted slightly and looked over his shoulder at Evermore. "Saving your a**. What does it look like, Pepper?" He didn't take much note of her clothes, as they were not exactly in his tastes--though that did not mean that Evermore did not wear them well.

Ever's eyes flashed slightly when Ares called her by the nickname he made for her. They flashed with emotion, not anger. Just that one word was pulling her back to him again.
She sighed and shook her head. "Well, thank you for the gesture, but frankly, I think I'd rather take my chances with them than with you."
She tried to force a glare on her face, but it just came out as a sad frown.

Tyler nodded his head at her and agreed. "Yeah, he's a bit much to handle. I have to admit though, deep down his intentions are good. For the most part." He stuck his hand out to Akira and smiled. "I'm Tyler Burke, and this oh so silent one with me is my sister Sammy Adams. Nice to meet you Akira and Kilala." Sammy was still distracted by her dad up on stage, wondering just what he'd do.
Bo couldn't wipe the grin off his face for anything. "Awesome! We'll probably get some people here that are crashing from the other party too!" He looked over at his sister who was smiling happily at him. "I hope you don't mind if my sister comes too. She hates those parties as much as me." Luli waved at Aurora, glad to have finally been noticed.

Musica smiled at her attempts. There was nothing she could say to break him down. "Oh I'm sure she already knows. She's just not ready to see it yet." He made a face at Ares, wishing he hadn't interrupted his fun. Seems like Ever just might get her way though. "Come on guy, let the girl have a little fun. You sure look like you could use some too." He didn't care if he recognized him from the other night, Musica didn't fear anyone. Not even a God with a bad attitude.

Ares scowled at Evermore's words and glared at Musica's. "I will not let her hurt herself out of stupidity." Looking back to Evermore, he said, "You would not prefer them." He scowled darkly at the so-called men who stood not feet away. They seemed to recognize the strength in his presence and backed off a bit. "Trust me." The words were spat at the men like venom.

The men took the hint graciously and went over to Ari, Nessa, and Akira to try and pick them up. They were pretty unrelenting in their efforts as they tried to sweet talk the other girls over there.
