"Glad I could provide a challenge." Razzer said without looking at her. The training had been intense, but it was quite welcome.
"May I ask... how you managed to change?" she asked, settling her hand on his leg and beginning to heal it. So, she had finally brought it up. Razzer thought. But then again, we were kinda busy before...
"A... friend. She managed to help me out." Razzer said, raising his head and looking at Naomi. "I know it's hard to believe it, but I wasn't actually born looking like a damn squid. It was a curse put on me by another mage." he frowned at the memory. It hadn't been a happy day. "But anyways, she managed to get me changed back. Not fully, I've noticed, but at least I have fingers again." Once more, the mage looked at his fingers and wiggled them happily. He frowned again. The wraps on his arms were soaking and in tatters. They'd need to be changed soon.
"That clone got your shoulder good. Is it feeling alright?" he asked Naomi.

Naomi nodded again, looking around the room once and then back to him. She listened to hism explain quietly as she healed his leg and then pulled her hand back again, eyes looking over him, mostly to check for more injuries, but also to note the changes. They were quite obvious though. "Oh, I see..." she said softly, smiling at him. "That's wonderful that you got it fixed. Or cured... I'm not sure what the right wording is." She shrugged, laughing at herself.
Then she glanced over her shoulder and shrugged, looking away somewhat guilty. "Yes, I... already healed it," she mumbled, suddenly feeling bad for taking care of herself first. She frowned to herself for a moment and then glanced back at him. "Are you hurt anywhere else?" she asked quietly. She couldn't see behind him very well from where she was seated.

Razzer laughed with her. "Fixed, cured, it doesn't matter. I'm just glad that I'm back to being relatively human." Naomi asked if Razzer was hurt anywhere else. He nodded. "Yeah, I took a pipe to the back of the skull, but I'll be fine."
Standing up, he shook his head like a dog. All the rain had practically flattened his hair to his scalp. He shook as much water out of it as he could, but his hair was still relatively deflated. Walking across the water to the edge of the room, he picked up his jacket. Shaking it out, he put it back on. It was still wet and heavy, but he wore it anyways. "Man I'm exhausted." he declared, sitting back down on the island. "This was quite fun, it was challenging getting used to being able to manipulate water using fingers again." he smiled and laughed.
Flopping down, Razzer layed on his back and rested his head on the sand, staring up at the ceiling.

Naomi smiled, nodding her agreement, but then paused as he revealed another injury. She blinked, staring at him. "You... will?" she asked doubtfully. Being hit in the head with a pipe seemed pretty serious to her. "You could have a concussion, and only think that you're fine," she pointed out, partly teasing but also keeping a straight face as she said it.
But then he stood, shaking his head around. She held her hand in front of her face to keep any drops from hitting her and then peered through her fingers as he walked to his jacket. She was half expecting him to fall over, but when he didn't, she figured he must be alright. She watched until he'd seated himself again and then laughed. "Yeah, but you did wonderfully," she said with a smile. It was hard to believe he'd been unable to do it for so long. Well, actually... she didn't know how long it'd been. She pushed the thoughts away before she could confuse herself too badly.
As he layed back, she starting running her fingers through her soaked hair, and then let her wings shrink down to their smaller form, tucking them against her back.

"Heh, thanks." he said to her. "You wouldn't believe how hard it is - was - to manipulate water with tentacles. I pretty much had to learn water manipulation all over again." Razzer smiled. "You did pretty well too, Naomi." It was true, she was better with a sword than he had taken her for. And that she could manipulate ice, too... "You're quite talented." he commented.
Standing up again, he stretched his legs and yawned. His calf no longer hurt where it was slashed, nor was there a cut there any more. Naomi's healing powers were amazingly useful...
Out of curiosity, Razzer walked over to the panel and examined it. It displayed the statistics for the previous battle... including how many enemies were downed.
"Whoah..." Razzer said slowly. "We took out 238 clones, Naomi."

Naomi glanced back at him, listening as he spoke. She blinked at the complement and then smiled. "Oh, thank you," she said cheerfully. When he stood back up again she pushed her hair behind herself and then glanced back at her shoulder, uselessly tugging the cut pieces of her shirt back together. Needless to say, it didn't work very well. She sighed quietly, switching her attention back to him as he approached the panel.
She watched curiously, but then froze for a moment as he read off the number. Her eyes widened very slightly and she just sat there for a couple seconds before suddenly laughing. "W-wow..." she breathed. This had been her fist bit of training in a while. They'd really started off big.

"Was it really that many?" Razzer asked the panel quietly. How long had they been training? Slightly amazed, he wandered back over to the island and sat down. 238...!
"So Naomi..." he began, looking over at her. "What's your story? What brings you to Ria?" He didn't really care for her answer - he could find out from reading her profile in the records room - but he might as well make some attempt at conversation. Sitting in silence was awkward. Absent-mindedly he fiddled with the gaping hole in his pants where the sword had cut him. He'd have to sow it up later. Rawr.

Naomi shrugged, glancing back at the floor. "I guess so... that machine wouldn't lie, would it?" She sighed quietly again, but had a soft smile across her lips. Honestly, she was pretty proud of herself all of the sudden. She'd finally done what she'd told her parents she was going to do, and she'd done much better than she'd expected. He probably got more than me though, she thought to herself.
But then she shrugged it off, glancing back at him when he began questioning. She paused for a moment and then spoke. "Um... I'm in training to be a guardian angel," she said quietly. It always felt a little odd to admit that, for some reason. "So, I convinced my parents to let me come here and train. Though... this is actually the first bit of training I've done." She gave a somewhat guilty smile and then looked back at the floor.

Razzer smiled. "A guardian angel, eh?" he replied. "No one would be able to tell that that was your first bit of training here, the way you fought. You should be proud. Had me fooled, in any case." Razzer's head gave a painful throb but he kept from flinching - if Naomi saw he was still in pain she'd probably try to heal him. Not that that isn't a bad thing, but he didn't want to become too dependant on her healing techniques.
"That was quite exhausting." he said to Naomi suddenly. "I'm rather tired now..."
He yawned and layed his head back down on the sand. Closing his eyes, he relaxed and nearly drifted off into a sleep.

Naomi nodded, and then looked at him happily. "I am proud, actually," she admitted with a laugh. She glanced around, and then looked back over her shoulder, noting the bloodstain running down the back of her torn shirt. Hopefully it was fixable... But she kept smiling, in a strangely good mood for someone who'd just been fighting like she had.
She blinked and watched as he layed back, tilting her head slightly. Was he just going to fall asleep right here? She laughed quietly to herself, shaking her head. "Me too," she mumbled, pulling her knees to her chest and resting her chin upon them. "Though, beds are more comfortable," she added quietly. "And dry clothes..." She gazed straight ahead at a wall and then shut her eyes as well, just sitting there in silence. The tiny white wings, tinged red now, were tucked gently against her back.

"Mhm..." Razzer said lazily. His soaking wet clothes were rather uncomfortable. Groaning, he opened his eyes and sat up once again. "Would you like me to walk you to your dorm, Naomi?" he asked. He didn't have enough energy to teleport the both of them, as much as he'd like to. Razzer tightened the waterlogged bandages only barely clinging to his arms. It certainly wouldn't do for them to fall off on him.
The water now was completely calm, and wasn't even lapping against the edges of the small island on which Razzer and Naomi sat. Down at the bottom of the room Razzer could see the various weapons that had been wielded by the clones. Some were still intact, but most were broken or destroyed to some degree.

Naomi glanced over at him as he sat up, just tilting her head enough to see without actually raising it. She blinked a couple times and then smiled, shaking her head. "I can manage on my own." She paused for a second, looking almost thoughtful. Then she lifted her head, really looking at him. "But you're the one who got hit. Maybe I should walk you to your dorm," she said seriously, but somehow had a playful smile upon her face as well. "After all, they're pretty close by, aren't they?"
She saw him looking down into the water and glanced in that direction as well, staring down at the shattered weapons. Her own sword was strapped securely at her waist, not even covered in blood. That was good, because she really didn't like cleaning it. It was such a pain... Her tiny wings fluttered against her back as she looked at Razzer again, waiting for a reply.

Razzer laughed. "I can take care of myself, I'll be able to limp back to my dorm." he laughed again. She wanted to take him back to his dorm? Hah! Razzer wasn't even sure if his dorm's window had been fixed yet. He was actually planning to sleep somewhere else. Where, he didn't know. But his dorm was likely still coated in glass shards.
"Come on, I'll take you back to your dorm." Razzer said, getting up with a groan. A few drips of water fell from his jacket, falling to the water below and causing ripples to make their way across the room. He made his way over to the door - which still had a kunai stuck into it - and pulled it open.
He stood aside and gestured with his arm out the door, the gentleman's way of telling the lady to go first.
((To your dorm. Your post first))

Naomi frowned slightly as he said he'd limp back. She didn't like that idea at all, and it wasn't in her nature to just let him go while still injured. But she didn't want to force her healings powers on him either... She sighed quietly and nodded her head, slowly pushing herself up as well. Her eyes darted around the room one last time before she trailed after him, pausing for a moment as he indicated for her to exit first. She smiled slightly, and bowed her head before stepping out.
She was aware that whever she walked, she left a trail of water behind her, but there was currently nothing she could do about it. She murmured a soft "sorry" under her breath, even though there wasn't anyone around hear, and then slowly walked towards the door.
[K, I'll have to make her a thread real quick. ^^;;]

Wendy and Artemis to En and Ko-tan
Wendy hadn't really dressed for the occasion. She wondered exactly what En would have her today. It was her first lesson, and she hoped it wouldn't be all too difficult. "Fat chance," Wendy sighed under her breath. En looked like the type to lay it to lay it on really think, to kick her little behind so bad that she'd have wished a million times over that she would have never asked him of all people to train her. There were those sadistic types on campus that would rather wound you and teach you a lesson for bothering them rather than just saying no.
Wendy led the older boy through the training building and wound through the maze of hallways. "they have diverse areas for different types of training," Wendy explained," We're going to the hand-to-hand combat area. There's a particular room Artemis and use that we've gotten rather fond of... because the mat is nice and think in there." Wendy muttered the last part to hersef quietly and smiled. Even if she was going to get her butt handed to her, she'd at least have a soft place to land. "This is it," Wendy said as she pushed the door open and motioned for En to enter.
