As for fatality moves - I would say cuts that are not instant fatality (For Example, headshots, heart stabs, complete dissection of body, pulverization, etc.) would be all right.
To bring up a common situation - a severing of limb or a harsh puncture through the body section. If it doesn't achieve instant death, then it should be fine...I think.
Punctured lungs are all right. If the foe is stubborn enough then one just needs to keep their distance until the medics arrive.
Or, just plain beat the crap out of them.
...
Dammit. This topic is already starting to remind me of my last fight back in HoH.

[Hugs Licia.] Yes. I do enjoy my Serpent Rapefests; perhaps a fault much as a strength of mine is that when I see an opening, I take it all the way to hell and back. Little, insignificant things to others, I see as the 'golden key' to winning a fight, sometimes.
All the same, I'm gonna rack out and try to shake this addle-mindedness of mine out of me so I can kick some a** tomorrow, make a post frenzy and embarrass Vintrict's EVA-01 Pilot, and kill Alian D. Little b*****d got knocked out of Round I two tourneys in a row, but he can't escape forever.

Well...the back isn't exactly towards you for more than a quarter of a second. I'd imagine pivoting like Reyin did wouldn't take any longer than the time it would take to drop a staff and draw a sword.
