Rats wouldn't have spread the plague if people hadn't thrown their toilet contents out of the front window. They are clean creatures and it was humanity's fault for making them live unchecked in filth.
Isn't it nice how indoor plumbing has changed the world.
Cats on the other hand...name ONE good thing a cat ever did!

Ohh, come now. There are dozens of those stupid human interest fluff news stories of cats who've saved their owners' lives by waking them in time to escape a fire.
Not to mention the fact that cats are natural born rat killers.
