And don't take it as a privilege. You're still going against someone who wants to hurt you in byes. The only guarantee is that you will advance, but not without having to survive first.

It's a bit more than a drop, though I guess it depends on your interpretation of the setting. But if you figure the spectators up in the bleachers can see them even with the rain...
I knew the energy would be given to him at a much lesser degree, that's why after pretty much 3 posts of charging he only has .67 percent of a normal post's charge. Granted I used a bit already, but whatever, I don't plan on using it much anyway.
And sorry Turn, I had to work, I only had time to read, I'll post in a few, got some stuff to do real quick though.

question on charging: Is it possible to begin a charge, then do a physical attack in the same post if your character can store charges?

We Came To Fight question on charging: Is it possible to begin a charge, then do a physical attack in the same post if your character can store charges? That's hard to decide. I plan to smooth the rough edges with more clarification sometime when I get the chance to do it, such as getting partial charge even if you're doing something else, so you can still be building energy, but slowly, like the Super guage in fighting games. Mainly, if it's nothing past a jog or anything that is making your body focus above 50% of its resources, then it should be alright. Mainly, I don't want people trying to swing their swords around while still being able to apply a charge. In addition, storing is possible for when you can't catch a single breath during a high action situation, such as two people continuously striking their swords. The only breather time you get is at the start of the fight, when you arrive. You can begin charging then. It's why magic-orientated characters are harder to use in this tournament than martial artists, cause they need a way to accumulate power to do any real damage.

You can't really mock Sinatra.
I'll be forced to hunt you down if you do.

Vintrict Vash Sengou How long of a wait does a person have before becoming a "bye?" Since someone dropped out, that left an odd number in the ranks. If anything, there are possibilities of odd numbers as the tournament progresses. In any event, everything is random, so being a bye is only possible if: the number of participants left is odd and you are randomly picked. I ment that in terms of my oponent not showing for the match. Does someone fill in for him or something?

I didn't mock Sinatra - but I did mock Vintrict's bastardization of his music.
Because you see, he mustn't run away.

Because you see, he mustn't run away. Oh what do you have against me choosing Frank's Fly Me To The Moon? At least I didn't choose Utada's version, which I think is pretty catchy.
