Something like that. Personally...I find it rather insulting and disgracing for anyone else to be the Bat. Therefore I am sending out a message to all the pretenders. If I ever find out anyone else is wearing the Mantle here, then I will kill them, their neighbors, their loved ones, maybe even their pets.
The Bat is dead. The best I can do is to make sure he stays that way.

Oh...I do indeed. Which reminds me...*he starts to arrange the mutliated dead bats into a smiley face and takes out a small water pistol and and makes a messy bat-symbol with it. he ignites the chemical compound which burns green and then tips an imaginary cap to Piper and makes his way out, letting the fire burn*
