I had a plan on how to implement them, but I haven't fully worked out all the details yet. I figure the dream world abilities should be rarer than the normal ones. I'll get it all figured out soon, I promise. >w<;

Some of 'em are pretty meh, but in the case of Mawile Sheer Force seems a lot better than Hyper Cutter or Intimidate. Although I already asked for a special case with it knowing Sing which it can only get in Pokemon XD so... yeah.
Maybe you could get Dream Balls as prizes or something and whatever you catch with one has it's special ability instead of a normal one?

Actually, Mag, that's pretty much what I had in mind. Either have Dream Balls, or Dream 'capsules' that could change an existing Pokemon's ability. I'm just not sure how I would hand them out, as I don't want everyone changing their abilities to dream world ones. I have already made exceptions to existing Pokemon with really crappy/useless abilities. That being said, if anyone wants to switch an ability for reasons mentioned above, please PM me and we shall discuss it.
I'd actually forgotten about the Singing Mawile, but considering Mawile is fairly underused and underpowered I'd probably give it to you. You'd just have to... earn it by posting more. Yeah, that's it! =P

I never said that I wouldn't grant dream world abilities, especially if the Pokemon's existing abilities are poor or virtually useless. It really more or less depends on how active you are on whether or not I grant requests. I rarely say no to people who are incredibly active. ;3
