"I can barely feel the temperature change, let alone anything else. I'm numb all over, so I don't think it would make a difference..." Kankuro mumbled. "I can't move much, so I don't know if it would hurt, anyway..." He gave off a smallish yawn. "I just can't wait to be able to feel properly...." he mumbled.

"The joy of morphine eh? I guess not being to feel anything right now is a good thing. All the same..." Zaku yanked the johnnie up and leaned down to brush his lips over Kankuros bruised chest. "Didn't you ever hear that kisses make everything better?"

"Z-Zaku...." Kankuro mumbled, feeling very exposed now. "And if my sister, or a nurse, walks in... they'll kick you out..." he shifted his good arm to try and tug the hospital gown down again. "Please.... you can lay down next to me, but I want you to stay with me for as long as you can... I hate hospitals." There was a discomfort in his voice, and a slight pleading. Both of his parents had died in the hospital, so it wasn't a very pleasant place to be, for him.

"Ah, okay I'll kiss you all better later." He tugged Kankuros johnnie back down and pulled the sheet back up to where it had been. "Speaking of your sister, I'm surprised your brother or sister haven't shown up yet. I'm sure the doctor called them." He very carfully got into the bed beside Kankuro, getting as close as he could without touching him. He didn't want to be the cause for more pain.

Kankuro seemed to not care about his pain, as his good arm tucked around Zaku and pulled him a little closer. He shifted his head as much as he could, and rested it near the other male's. "If Temari was at work, she wouldn't be able to get away until about ten minutes after she got the call... and then, she'd want to go pick up Gaara. Traffic's probably a b***h, right now, until they clean everything up." he murmured, eyes drifting closed.

"I see." Suddenly Zaku sat bolt upright in the bed. "Oh, ********! They probably called my dad and probation officer. s**t, s**t, s**t!!!" he slide back out of the bed and hurried over to look out one of the windows, looking for their cars. "Dammit, I'm going to be in a s**t load of trouble if they find me." He looked back to Kankuro and frowned. But I don't want to leave him...I won't. He began pacing the room, wondering how long it'd take before they found him.

Kankuro frowned, eyes opening and his head shifting to watch Zaku pace. "When they come... I'll say it's my fault. I wanted you to stay with me, and I was the one driving... it's the absolute truth..." he murmured, trying to put his boyfriend at ease. "I take full responsibility of what happened..." He was trying to sit up a bit better, but his head was still quite heavy. He only managed to shift a bit, and that was all.

Disturbing Tale Teller Deidara raised an eyebrow and smirked, turning in his seat to look at Sasori. "Oh, un?" he asked, un buckling his seatbelt and leaning over. He'd locked the doors while they were riding, and they were still locked. He grabbed the redhead's hand and kissed the back of it, azure orbs looking up at the smaller male, still, while he did it. For the next 5 minutes, if anyone were to walk in, they would have seen Gaara, for once with out a smirk on his face, instead a ghostly pale red head with an almost, ALMOST look of fear in his eyes that disappeared in a flash after the green eyed boy caught the emotion.

The ladies told Gaara what happened, and that Temari would be there to pick him up as soon as she could.
As they'd said, Temari was soon there to pick up her little brother to take him to see Kankuro. She looked pretty shaken up, and only gave a few meek responses to things. She didn't have to sign Gaara out, though the bell rung for class a few moments before she arrived.
Deidara gave a small chuckle, gave Sasori's hand one more, lingering, kiss, then let go. He hit the button to unlock the car doors and got out, grabbing his stuff. "We don't want to be late, un." he murmured cheerfully.

Gaara's mouth was a thin line, that sometimes disappeared completely as he walked down through the stark white walls of the hospital. The smell of disinfectant trying to cover up the smell of urin burned his nose as both he and his sister paused outside of Kankuro's room. 'The last time I was here I was being born.... and mother DIED because of me.... I shouldn't be here.' The sullen boy thought motioning for Temari to go in first...
Sasori blinked slowly, his brain taking a few minutes to catch up with what was going on. The small male shook his head quickly, snapping out of his momentary brain freeze while he gathered his bag and stuff before getting out of the car. Sasori gave a small huff at the blonde before hurrying alongside the long-legged male towards the Fine Arts hallway.

Zaku rushed over and put an arm around Kankuro to help him sit up. "Don't push yourself like that or you'll regret it." He grabbed a pillow and stuffed it behind the others back so he could sit up. He then sat down on the edge of the bed and gave him a weak smile. "Thanks for the help, but they don't need a reason to be pissed at me. My dad is all the time." Which is why I've been in hospitals quite often for one reason or another. "I'm used to it though so I guess I should stop being a p***y about it."

Deidara only continued to smile. The bell rung as he paused outside of the drama door to steal a quick kiss from Sasori, before quickly heading off to his own classroom. "Have a good day at work, un!" He beamed before he was around the corner and approaching his classroom door.
Temari frowned to Gaara and rested a comforting hand on his head, before opening the door. There, she saw Zaku sitting on the edge of the bed while Kankuro was propped up on a pillow to sit up. She bit her lip slightly and had Gaara come in before she closed the door.
Kankuro blinked when he heard the door open, again, and watched as his siblings come in. "Hey..." he murmured, offering a weary smile. His eyes then shifted to look at the bedsheets, avoiding eye contact from the both of them.

Zaku froze where he sat, having no idea, for once, on what do do. He felt like he suddenly didn't belong here. "Do...do you want me to stay?" He asked quietly, slightly afraid for some reason, his hands trembling slightly. Damn, is the crash just now getting to me? It's not like I haven't been in a life or death situation before!

Sasori mumered a quiet, 'You too..' but the blonde had already disappeared. The red head gave a small smile, his fngertips brushing against his lower lip before he straightened, schooling his features as he walked into the classroom. The chatter died instantly as a sense of authority and intimidation swept over the room from Sasori.
Gaara shook his sister off of him, crossing his arms over his chest while he leaned against the wall beside the door. His eyes seemed more intent on watching the floor while Temari fawned over both Kankuro AND Zaku. Of course the woman started going into hysterics, clinging to her 'kawai otouto' and his poor boyfriend. Gaara felt slightly queasy in the stomach, a sense of foredoom hanging over his head...

Kankuro moved his hand over to rest on Zaku's. He opened his mouth to say something during Temari's cheesy histerics, but blinked when both he and his boyfriend were slapped.
"You Promised you'd never end up here!" Temari seemed done making sure they were alright, and now decided to rough them up for making her worry. "Both of you nearly gave me a heart attack, and on top of that... on top of that...." now, it was the time for the tall blond to break down as she slumped into the chair beside the bed.
Kankuro frowned and let out a small sigh. "I won't be here for long... and Zaku can leave now, if he wanted..." he murmured. "You.. you guys should head out... get Gaara back to school... this is no place for any of us, though it's not like I have a choice..." his hand gripped Zaku's a little tighter.
Deidara entered his classroom and wandered over to his desk. There was a relatively quiet chatter going around, and he allowed it for a bit. Remembering where Sasori put the paper with his password on it, he used it to log on. When he was done checking some things, he got up and began teaching class. He was glad to say that his room didn't have anything land on it during the storm.
