The boy felt her lips against his own. A mad blush rushed to his cheeks. Kilik was left by himself, looking dumbfounded. The boy watched the girl leave with her sister. He slowly pulled himself onto the train, flashing his tag once more. He took his seat where he was before, right into his puddle. Kilik lifted a shakey hand to his lips, running his trembling fingers along them. She...kissed me... he thought. It was still taking a while before he realized what happened. He closed his eyes and laughed a bit to himself. I love Nina. At this thought, Kilik looked back up. His heart pounded so hard, he thought it would break through his ribcage. Flareon let itself free from it's Pokeball. It looked at its love-struck trainer. It shook its head before sitting down comfortably.
The train lurched forward.

As Nina ran to catch up with Sabrina, her dress fluttered when it was struck by the moving air. I actually kissed him, Nina thought, smiling, her cheeks still a bit red. A few moments later, she reached Sabrina, who was walking toward her parents' house.
"You... do realize that you're now a dirty harlot, right?" Sabrina asked, wearing a huge grin.
"Hey," Nina replied, "at least I can kiss a boy."
Sabrina scoffed. "I could SOO kiss a boy if I wanted to! I'm just... not in the mood for a relationship at this point in time.
Nina rolled her eyes. "Mm-hmm. Sure. Yeah. Okay." Grinning, Nina was in one of the best moods she'd been in as of lately-- she was going to start accomplishing goals she'd set a long time ago, she had had her first real kiss, she was having a conversation with her sister that girls would normally talk about... She let out a little sigh.
"Hey, come back from Dreamland," Sabrina said to her sister. "We're at Aunt Annika's and Uncle Xavier's. Do... you want to go in first, or should I?"
Looking toward the house and the door, she was quiet for a moment. "I'll go in first. I'll let you know when to come in."

Kilik hummed to himself, crossing one leg over the other and tapping his foot in rhythm to his hum. Flareon yawned loudly, looking at his trainer. He shook his head and went back to sleep. Kilik blinked at his Fire Pokemon, smiled and continued humming.
The train made a left turn, toward the Hoenn region. I'll be home soon. I'll change clothes, see the book Daddy got me and go off to fight against Brawly. He picked up Scyther's Pokeball. "I know you may not like me..." he whispered, "but I went through a lot to get you back." He nearly kissed the ball before realizing that he wanted to keep Nina's kiss the last kiss he'd give or recieve for a while.

"Mom? Dad?" Nina called, stepping inside and looking around. "I'm home!"
She heard her mother from the other room: "We're in the living room, honey!"
Poking her head into the living room and setting her bag down, a smile came onto her face. "Mom! Dad!" Her parents were sitting on a couch, and both immediately rose to meet her in a great hug. "Nina, honey!" Annika said, "we've missed you so much... And you look so beautiful!" Nina blushed a little bit, feeling her eyes burn with tears for a split second, but she didn't cry. "You look just like your mother did at your age," Xavier said, kissing his daughter on the head and holding her close. A few moments later, Nina's parents let her out of their embrace, and Nina stepped back slightly.
Annika was a very beautiful woman, and had passed some of her features onto her daughter. She was somewhat tall, with a lightish blue hair color, shining green eyes, and fair skin. Xavier, on the other hand, was slightly taller than his wife, and had a tannish skin color. He had deep blue hair that almost made it appear black, and had brown eyes.
"Mom... Dad..." Nina began, "I've got so much to tell you.

Kasiya sat down on the bench she'd been standing next to, after watching her half-sister vanish into the sky. "That Flygon was so cool," Kasiya said finally, closing her eyes. "I am so going to catch myself one of them..." She sighed a bit, before leaning forward, her eyes fluttering open. "I'm still so exhausted, and I have no idea where Keegan is..." she looked around, but could see no fiery-haired young man among the crowd, and she sighed again. "He must have went back to Lavaridge," she said to herself. "He did say something about going home. Maybe I should call him...?" She pulled her PokeNav out, noting she had a new message. It had been read, and she assumed (and hoped) it had been by Mai. Her heart raced as she selected it, but it fell a little when she saw the sender was Dante. She laughed out loud at the shot of Mitsu and the adorable little Horsea, and smiled a bit. Mitsu looked much happier then the last time she'd seen her. She quickly selected the option to reply, and started typing out a message, a grin still plastered to her face.
"Hi Mitsu! I'm glad to see you looking so happy. It makes me feel like I can worry a bit less now. It looks like you guys are at sea, off on some marvelous adventure. Have fun, and take care!

PS Tell Dante I said hello, even though I don't think he knows who I am. smile
Content with her reply, she hit send, leaning back on the bench again, the PokeNav still clutched in her hand.

About half an hour and a cup of tea later, Artemis returned, bringing with her a pair of Wingull.
"Peeko!" Mr Briney called, jumping up, his tea splashing everywhere. "There you are! I've been so worried!" he cried, as the aquatic bird Pokemon flew into his outstretched arms.
"Great job, Artemis, I knew you could do it," Keegan smiled, holding out his arm for the happy Taillow to perch on. "But who's this fellow?" he asked, pointing to the other Wingull that had landed on the ground nearby.
Peeko gave a happy cry and flew down to her friend, and the two nuzzled heads and beaks happily.
"Looks like Peeko found herself a boyfriend," Keegan commented, looking at the elderly gentleman.
"The more the merrier," Briney laughed. "I'm so happy to see she's safe," he sighed, sitting back down to watch the two gulls playing with each other.
"Me too," Keegan admitted. For a while, he'd feared the worst.
"How can I thank you for your help, sonny?" Briney asked, looking at Keegan.
"I can think of a way," the boy nodded. "But first, I think I need to make a call." The man chuckled and nodded as well, and stepped off the porch to give Keegan some privacy and visit with his beloved Peeko once more.
Holding his PokeNav in his hands, he selected the first number at the top of the list, and hit dial. "Please pick up, Kassie," he whispered, feeling his heart beat a little faster in anticipation of hearing her voice again.

Mike looked over at his friend, a little smirk creeping up on him. "You know what? That sounds like a fantastic idea." The boy unclipped his Pokeball, releasing his energetic Charizard. Nitro hopped around, eager to fly, even if it was for no reason at all. Mike walked over and hopped on, holding out his hand to help Flannery get on.

She didn't flinch as the device rang shrilly, almost as if it were happy to be turned on again. Kasiya lazily turned it on and pulled it to her ear. "Hello?" she asked, wondering if it was Mitsu wanting an actual converstation as opposed to text messages. She also picked a Pokeball, and released Shocker, happy to have her electric mouse for company as the Raichu snuggled up against her, wrapping her long tail around her upper body.

"Good," Flannery grinned, and with Mike's help, climbed up onto Nitro's back. "How you doing, Nitro?" she asked, patting him gently. "Be gentle, would you? I've never flown on a Charizard before..." she trailed off, holding onto Mike for dear life.

The boy blushed as the girls pressed herself closer and closer to him. She's so warm... He thought to himself as he asked Nitro to bring them to Petalburg. "No theatrics, this is Flannery's first flight." The Charizard nodded, and with a strong flap of his wings, they were in the air. Nitro gently glided, the breeze was soothing to the skin. "It's such a nice day." Mike said to no one in particular, a smile on his face as he looked to the red haired beauty clinging to him.

"Gah..." Flannery shut her eyes tightly, and tried not to cry out as they lifted off. When nothing bad happened, she cautiously opened one eye, and then the other. "Wow," she said, looking around at the sights around her. "Lavaridge is so beautiful from here!" she commented. "How long do you think it will take?" she asked, enjoying the cool wind rustling through her red hair.

"Guess who?" Keegan smiled, already glad to hear her on the other end of the line. He could tell from the lack of echo she was outside, and he watched Mr. Briney play with the Wingull, and laughed slightly as Artemis jumped from her perch to join in the fun and games.

"Keegan!" Kasiya cried, sitting up, accidentally putting unwanted pressure on her sprained ankle. She bit her lip to keep from crying out. "Where are you? I'm back in Celadon and I can't find you. I miss you," she said, the last part almost a whisper.

"Well, I'm with a kind gentleman, and we're about to set sail for Dewford Island," he said. Mr. Briney looked up, and gave him a thumbs up. Keegan nodded, returning the gesture. "I left sometime last night, and arrived in Lavaridge, spent some time at home, then took a train to Rustboro where I won my first badge. Then, after I ruined my bike, I went south through the Petalburg Woods, and am now here." His heart skipped a beat at her barely audible voice. "I missed you too," he said, making sure she heard him.

"You got a badge! Congratulations!" she said, sure he could hear her smiling through the phone. "I'm... so happy for you," she said, suddenly feeling very lonely, and amazingly content to hear his voice. She swallowed the lump in her thoat, hoping to change the subject. "So you're off to face Brawly then?" she smilied lightly, remembering when Mike had beaten the gym leader not too long ago. "I can let you go if I'm keeping you..."
