He reached over, bringing attention to a small suitcase he was carrying with him. Flicking open one of the old, Eupean-like buckles, he sifting through a few articles of clothes and pulled out a thick, wooden-covered black book. Re-closing his suitcase, he placed the book on the table and took out mechanical pencil, flipping past a lot of pages in the book to a clean one... and began to draw.
Unlike his very odd first impression, once the pencil hit the paper, he seemed as if he had locked himself in his own world with the book.

Curiosity got the best of her and she stood up with her drink, walking over to the boy. Her boots barely made a sound as she walked over. "Mind if I sit here..?" she asked, motioning to the seat next to him.

His head snaps up, looknig at her with a retreating sign of... fear?

She looked taken back at first at his look but replied with a soft smile. "Oh...? And what are you?" she asked, a kind look on her face. All previous anger and frustration had completed deminished.

He blinks a few times, trying to analyze this new person.
Oh... stupid, I'm so stupid... I'm not alone; I have to remember that.
I'm a.... werewolf. I mean... Lycan. Yes, Lycan. And... I'm... proud.
"Nevermind. I'm a... Ly..can." He shut his book, stowing it away.
I can't be proud. Those words hurt to say...
I am not a lycan. I'm human, dammit!
I can never be proud of being a lycan... never.
It ruined my life... never. I'll never be proud.

"How interesting." She extended a hand to him for him to shake. "I'm Aithne and I'm a vampire." The smile never left her face. For some odd reason this kid interested her. Yea, he was a Lycan. And yes, she was a Deathdealer. But this kid just seemed to be so quiet and harmless.

"Uh.. I recently joined the group of Lycans in New York.

She let out a small laugh. "And I'm supposed to kill you. But that doesn't mean that we can't have a nice conversation here. This is a neutral zone. No fighting allowed or you get booted out," she said in her airy voice. "Loosten up. How old are you anyway?" She meant it as a joke since he was acting like a small, scared kid.

She's probably like... in her twenties or something...
Then she's going to call me a little kid just like everyone else.

She smiled. "No wonder!" she let out another laugh. "Oh well. You'll become more sure of yourself soon enough. I'm 510. Not quite that old... but still. Old enough. Trust me. Age isn't everything."

until finally he managed to spit out something comprehendable.
"I really am a kid, aren't I...?"

Aithne sat down, barely making any noise at all. She crossed one leg over the other and takes a sip of her drink, which she had been holding. "No need to be so jumpy. I already told you, no fights in here. And if I wanted to kill you I would have already." She said it with a pleasent smile that was oddly, not scary. "So... what's your name?"
