They are bogans. They let their kids as young as 4 years run around on the road without pants or underpants and without any supervision. First time I saw the little one without pants on I panicked thinking how some child molester could take that kid at any moment.

Yes, seriously. I saw his doodle and freaked out, esp because at one stage our shire was named as one of the highest *forgets* either ****** or sex offender rates in the country. There's this student accommodation in our suburb where it was reported to have had one rape each week. When I was at uni there was someone who used to stalk the street ours comes off in a grey hoodie and do stuff to women. I had a friend who had to used to walk me home because my house was on the other side of the park to hers and it was another hunting ground. ****** scare the living s**t out of me... not that I've had anything happen.

Maybe they don't know? I've lived in the area for about 7 years now on and off. It is a bit worrisome though. I don't know. Maybe there is some sort of herd protection to having all the kids in the street hanging out together. I don't mean herd protection in a bad way. I'm thinking herd immunity from microbiology classes.

Maybe. o.O They still shouldn't let their kids run around like that though. -.- I suppose so. Just because they all hang out together doesn't mean they have to pick on others or be disrespectful or anything like that though.

I agree. I know, especially when two of the people they pick on are disabled. Unfortunately it's part of the subculture.

There's a lot of reasoning behind whatever name I give him (real name, namesake name, family name, hoard name). You can still write more on his culture if you want. If you don't want to put it in his bio you could make another section for it.
From what I gather her family are quite spiritual and earthy.
I'm going into the city with my bro tomorrow. He wants to get some stuff I vaguely cannot remember what but I'm the only one who knows their way around Chinatown.
