A blue streak of light could be seen hurtling through the air at incredible speeds, before slowing, and stopping inches above the ground, hovering behind Lady Deathstrike.
"Pardon me," the young woman said, her voice both soft and vibrant at the same time as a light blue aura outlined her slim, voluptuous figure. "I noticed a surge of power in this area... specifically here. Could you be of assistance to me? I am looking for several individuals."

Yuriko blinked in surprise at the blue lantern, "I.... might be of some assistance. Who are you and whom are you seeking?"

Taking the phone, he nodded.
In one quick spidey like speed, he jumped and and yelled,"See ya old lady!"
Disappearing a few seconds later, he made his way to gotham.

"My name is Elasa Atu'me, and I come from the planet Caliven. I am a member of the Blue Lantern Corps, and I am investigating the disappearances of the Green Lantern Corps. This planet is in Sector 2814, which houses two Green Lanterns currently: John Stewart and Hal Jordan, both of whom were born on this very planet."
Elasa floated down to the ground, her high-heeled boots hitting it with soft clacks. She blinked slowly, benignly at Yuriko, giving off an aura of calm and tranquility.
"My mission is to either find the Green Lanterns of this Sector, or if not, I will need to fill in for them as protector of this Sector until they reappear." Elasa continued.

Although anger was building inside Lady Deathstrike, Elasa's politeness helped. She would deal with Blindside later...
"Green Lanterns? I have never came across either of them. They must be from the other world that melded into this one, at least that's what I would guess. Perhaps in Metropolis or Gotham. More likely, Metropolis. I've heard that there is a superpowered group headquartered there. Do you have any pictures of these... Green Lanterns?"

Elasa cocked her head ever-so-slightly, sensing the anger that the other woman was feeling. Her aura brightened a bit, reaching out to the woman to help calm her.
"I do not have actual pictures in my possession, unfortunately," Elasa said in reply. "However... they wouldn't exactly be hard to miss. Their uniforms would be very similar to mine, except for the fact that, as Green Lanterns, their uniforms are green instead of blue. The symbol on their uniforms," she continued, gesturing to the circular symbol that was located on her chest, "also resembles mine, but it is a bit less... intricate."

Making a quick sloppy note, that was hard but readable.
Seeing Deathstrike's aura on the empath.
He shot it in his t-wire, which landed on the ground 2 feet away from her.
It read," My handler will be able to help you with info with you need, don't tell her yiu got this number from me."

Yuriko saw the note, but Elasa's close proximity made the Japanese noble feel at ease. As she looked at the alien woman, her heart began to flutter a bit as she followed the movement of her finger, What? Why is my heart racing? Oh.... I think I'm ... blushing.... Why.... I just want to be close to this woman. What's wrong with me? "Ummmmm... I could ...help you for a while. I wouldn't mind help you find your compatriots. My name is Yuriko, by the way."
Blushing a bit, Yuriko smiled warmly at Elasa.

Elasa gave a warm smile. "It is nice to meet you, Yuriko," she said softly. "I certainly appreciate your willingness to assist me. I am new to... well, not 'new' to my job, but this is the first time I've been sent out on a mission. Thank you."
She then noticed the note behind her, and turned around to pick it up. She stayed in that bent-over position for several long seconds, attempting to read the untidy scrawl, before straightening up.

Yuriko stared down at Elasa for several long seconds still feeling those warm feelings, What the devil is wrong with me? Why am I ... staring at this woman... I... *****
Lady Deathstrike knelt down beside Elasa and retrieved the note, "That's... for me. Ummm... Do you want to catch a cab and go over to Metropolis to start?"

"I... a 'cab'? If you mean a transport, that isn't needed for me, but... if you feel it appropriate, then I suppose I will accept." Elasa said, her head cocked. She sensed odd sensations coming from Yuriko, things she had never encountered before. It intrigued her...
"Are you alright? You seem... nervous," Elasa said to the other woman, oblivious to her discomfort, but when she thought about it, Elasa herself began to get warm, tingly feelings... and it didn't so much scare her as much as it piqued her curiosity.

"I'm not exactly sure," Yuriko responded as she happily ushered Elasa into a cab. Once both were inside, Yuriko addressed the cabbie, "Justice League Headquarters please."
With that the cabbie drove them into Metropolis....

The cold feeling of being watched settled in Jean's mind. She shrugged,and looked back. She didn't see anyone she knew. Green eyes narrowed, she pulled her tank top nervously and turned down toward Central Park. "Weird" she muttered.
