he looked her up and down when she looked at her self, "yes we could make you some new clothes and such. youd look nicer then at the moment cause they are all torn an dirty. still your mask is very pretty. i liek my mask," once agian with the innocence of a child he felt his mask, "tis quite becoming of me i fell as yours is of you as well. you are pretty. um.... you said gaurdian... whats that?"

Thank you... I think. Your gaurdian is SK it's the person that wakes you from the mask sleep. I was awoken by Kataio. They help you out untill you are to about this stage in life, or a little later. I have not seen enough of the others to be quite sure. Her fire pit was starting to look more stable. What do you think Artimis will this keep the flames inside? Zahar's eyes were bright.

he nodded at the pit, " so... SK is like my father?"
out in the woods, SK stopped in mid stride. he had heard a very one sided convo and guesed he could hear what ever the boy was saying at most times. that took him a back a lil bit. what would zahar tell him? regaurless he grabbed one more piece of wood and headed to camp. hed have to make a few more trips but this would suffice for now.

Zahar's eyes brightened a bit as she was laughing on the inside. Oh no not a father. A mentor, or possibly a big brother of sorts. Unless you feel it is more of a faterly bond between the two of you. With my gaurdian I was doing more of the 'motherly' activities so I never felt that way with Kataio. She had found a soft patch of grass after the pit was approved by Artimis and sat down. It is purely up to your perception of things I believe.

he pondered her words for a moment and then looked to her eyes and said, "do you... do you know if i had a mother... or father?"
he wandered back intot he camp with the huge arm load of wood and ploped them down beside the makeshift pit, "hey you two, how goes," he smiled and looked back to see mavrick dragging a large stick out of the woods and walked over andpicked it up so the giant rat was unburdened. the boy seemed to like mavrick as well but his eyes lingered on him, so he nodded. it was as if the boy was almost judgeing him, " thanks for making the fire pit. shall i show you how two how to make a fire from scratch?"

Zahar quickly replied, I am sorry I hardly remember my own family. Forgive me.
She turned and smiled up to SK with her eyes. Welcome back. Everything seems to be in order here. Do you think my fire pit will work all right? I hardly think it up to specs but I could not just sit here and wait for you to do everything. Her hand patted the grass she was sitting on as if to make a point. There was already a faint glow around her as dusk was starting to settle in, as if it has become second nature.

he smiled, "its great zahar, hey art, can you make a tent shape with the small sticks in the pit leaving one side open and the inside hollow please?"
the boy nodded and set to work, " i will be back in 5 more minutes or so zahar. im jsut gonna grab some larger lumber that will burn a long time, and with thats some moss to start the fire easily. with no wind as it is now we should be well on our way to a nice lil fire in no time."
the boy nodded and set about his task and replied to zahar, "its ok. you cant know everything. after all you are in the same boat as me. thank you for the information good lady," he did not want to kneel much as that might dirty his pants so he just squated and played with the sticks trying to set them up in the manner that SK had asked him too.

Zahar made a nervous giggle inside her head. If only the boy knew. Thank you for your kinda words but I may be a lady, I am still not sure of the good. Please if there is anything else you wish to know ask. If I do not know I will say as such, but I am always up for questions. Her glow grew as dusk slowly faded into night. Fingers running along the seams of her skirt holding the tattered clothing together. She felt uncomfortable more so now that this other mask was around then when it was just SK and herself. With a light sigh she rubbed her hip with one hand and over her dagger with the other.

Artimis nodded to zahar, "you are a good lady. oyu also have a regal glow about you despite your ratty clothes and im not talking about the light you give off....," there was a long pause, " YOU GLOW!!! how do you do it? can i do it? can i can i?? teach me how if i can please!" he bounced up and down hoping that he could have powers like that.

Zahar felt greatly embarrassed. She hadn't even noticed the glow. She dropped her light lower and smiled a little. Unfortunatly I do not know if anyone but myself has this power. I am the light element. There are some other tricks that I can do. The masks bind part of our powers though so I do not fully have my strength back. She felt bad for not knowing what his powers were, or if there was anything at all that she could teach him.

"awww. do you know if i mighht have any powers? or am i jsut normal. whats an element? can you be a teacher? i liked learning. an are you hurt and can i see the knife, and what other powers do you have!" he plopped down cross legged in front of her. he like her and was intregued as to what he could learn.

I- I do not know what powers you might have. I am so sorry. I am hardly any help am I. I can tell you the basic elements though. There is Time, Space, Fire, Dark, Sound, Water, Earth, Wind, and Light. She looked as if she were thinking if there were any other main elements, but she couldn't remember past that. Her hands fiddled with her dagger wondering if she should. It was one of the few things Kata gave to her. You will have to ask SK about the weapons when he gets back. As for my powers this glowing and lesser blinding with a burst of light. I know I have others I can feel them, but I cannot use them at this time.

Zahar nodded slowly. Yes this one is my dagger, but I am not sure that I should let you have it. As bad as that sounds. I do not wish harm on you. I believe I always knew I was light. I feel more comfortable in light then anything else. It is a gut feeling. She hoped that would explain it a little bit. SK should be back soon and he will let me know if it is all right for you to handle weapons or not.

he thought about this, " thank you for the information. i think you'd look good in blue. do you have any blue dresses?" he skitteded over and started fingering the material of zahars dress on one of clean spots, " not jsut a blue but a deep deep turquois! do you have anytihng like that? and do you know what material this is?"
SK shook his head hearing Arts convo and imagining zahars answers and he thought to the boy, "calm down little man, dont worry. its SK. i can hear everything you are saying. you must learn that one must treat a lady special. do not badger zahar. instead ask her if there is anything you can help her with ok?"
he stopped hearing the voice in his head. so his gaurdian could hear everything he thought when he was thinking of speech! amazing. he sent a message back to SK, "yes you are right, i forgot my manners."
he then said to zahar"can i help you with anything or should we jsut wait for SK my pyrimid is done. do you think it is right?"
