Corbin, or atleast the summon, was still standing atop the statue as it moved.
LOATHING exploded behinthe monster's eyes, even before Roan was injured. The signs of his coming paled in comparison, as the already broken earth around them all SHATTERED. The Shadow cast vanished from Azrael's presence, and Lineage, in his various pieces decomposed into the earth, as the pair of serpents circling the summon hissed in protest.
An arm suddenly ripped through the straight jackets, and splintered the chains, all material fading into nonexistance, leaving the monster's torso bare, as tiny cracks started to form in the face plate.
"Not.... Him......"
Corbin's voice existed everywhere. His ACTUAL voice, as the summon's right hand fell and clasped around the top of the statues head, the mnster leaning forward in a crouched perch.
No more voices, the summon immediately returned to the insrtion of understanding into the mind of Fear. And it was clear.
My beast is stronger.
The scarlet in the summon's eyes would grow even more dominant, as he Bane form was thrown into the statue, seeking out all organic and static presences of the Syn, as the tiny cracks grew wider, and more vastly spread through the face plate.
Finally, the face plate shattered, the sound beyond sound and reality, as it not only offended the ears, but the minds, flesh, bones and BLOOD of all those for lord knows how distant. The maw of a god had opened, and the hunger was known. A hunger like the void, as the summon started to build up the Absolute barrier from its indigo fog.

*Azrael's wings flapped slowly, keeping him in place in the air, staring at the statue. Attacking it wouldn't go down well with either Roan or Corbin, so he held his 'ground'.
Then Corbin went crazy
Az was almost afraid of the ammount of energy pulsing off of his brother, and he watched in stunned silence.*

The exhausted girl slowly sank towards the earth. The last trickle of her energy ran out, and she dropped the last twenty feet, landing in a quivering, breathless heap. Silence. Nobody moved or spoke. They just...were. It was over. Except, of course, it was never over. Something exploded, she heard Roan cry out, smelled blood. It was an effort just to lift her head. The girl had never used her necromancy on such a scale. Roan was hurt. The statue was...alive? Dazed, confused, Daegonna crawled towards Roan, reached out for her, looking for some way to help. She gripped the stone spine, and pulled with all her might, trying to free Roan. "Roan, what the *gasp* ******** is *gasp* going on?" She couldn't even begin to wrap her mind around what was happening. she didn't want to be so close to Corbin, or whoever he was. He was dangerous, and she didn't know if that meant her family was in danger from him.

Bailey... he's taken the statue... such power to be able to do that.. oh s**t.
*She knew how angry she was. Corbin woudl be at least a sangry. And he was... Abaddon. In phsyicality. She couldnt be this close to him. Not now his mask was gone.*
Listen to me Dae... Im gonna break the spike, then I need you to help me up. I need to get Ansuz and move the ******** away. Corbin can choose how to handle this. THIS is his. And I dont doubt Bailey will come for us too. I have to get away from Corbin, alright?
*She smashed a leg upwards and broke the spike, but needed help as it was skewered into the floor.*
-------------------
*Meanwhile, Bailey/Narok laughed, the sound that came ou gravelly*
Did you think it woudl be that easy? What, did I displease you, beasts? You killed that which was EVERYTHING to me! Let it bethe LEAST I do to take THIS from you. This... remnant of a being.
*the statue moved like it was human, or real at least, curling and dashing away but not before the Bane virus was forced into it. Bailey didnt seem to realised. Standing in the center f the ruins, he scratched a cross on his/Narok's chest and black ichor filled the wounds, dripping onto the floor*
So many things escaped your labs, Corbin. I found them a new home. Arise!
*Displacer beasts. A PLETHORA of displacer beasts. Augmented, huge, fed on ichor like blood they came to lap at and around Bailey, their allegiance definitively changed to Bailey. Behind them came howlers, helcats and hounds, covering the crater. It was na army. And with a snap of his fingers...Bailey sent them against the gatehred DeSeers. Even Az would not be safe form the snapping tentacular limbs of the displacers*

Daegonna obediently helped Roan up, not even flinching as the spike slid out of her with a nasty, bloody squelch. She stumbled towards the sword, but kept well clear of it. She didn't dare touch it. "Roan," she gasped "Lend me power, and I can teleport us home." By 'us' she meant herself, Roan, and Azrael. She had no intention of taking Corbin. Not without his mask. She regretted that she could not take him, but she didn't trust him. Not like this. Daegonna pressed her hand to the nasty wound in Roan's shoulder, hoping it would heal quickly. Her own healing powers were not working quite like they ought. She was still charred, and every motion, every breath hurt. "Why isn't he ******** gone?" She hissed. She was absolutely livid that he had dared use Ice against her, so she could at least imagine Roan and Corbin's anger.

We cant go home. Not until he's DEAD. And... I cant leave Corbin. I WONT leave Corbin.
*she groaned and focused. The wound in her shoudler healed swiftly and she reached out her hand. Ansuz shook, then flew out of the ground and came ot her hand like it belonged there*
HE shouldnt have desecrated Narok's grave...
*The nager coming off Corbin was obvious and palpable. It was more subtle coming off Roan. More subtle until armour started forming under her skin and she gritted her teeth to push it down*
Hows your willpower feeling Dae?
*She laid a hand on her daughter's shoulder and shoved power into her, but it was clear she was fighting something*

Nothing, as the statue vanished from beneath the summon, it didn't seem to react any differently. It didn't chase, it didn't scream or roar in outrage. It just, slowly descended.
The Corbinesque summon simply descended to the earthen base beneath it, where the statue had been in such glory. It's eyes never left the statue, Bailey.
In a way, it was perfect. Something the god could understand. Pefection. Bailey. Fear, had taken the form of his father. How he would pay.
As the Summon's feet touched earth, and the beasts summoned by Bailey launched their attacks, the summon simply raised his right hand, middle finger, and thumb connecting. Friction, though the snap never came, as again reality ad dimensions rippled. The ortus had spanned out to give breadth to the absolute barrier, and with its expanse, it materialized to shield the DeSeers. A wall that whirled, and mistified like the surface of the gaseous giant Jupiter. Perfect, and unbreakable. The Summon though was within the shield, and available as a target.
As tendrils and all manner of other things struck however, they would simply pass through the form, for he was not real, he never was.
This, was an extension. This, was a ghost.
Eyes like fury incarnate found their target, he could never escape, no matter how far he ran. Fear, was infected and thus, a part of Corbin. He had in a sense, been sired.
Again, Bailey would simply understand, what Corbin intened to make him. The words akin to 'Take this from me? You will bring it.'
Suddenly, the shield would vanish, and with it, Bailey, and all that he summoned. All that remained, was a newly shackled, and masked summon, its back, to Roan's direction, as it hovered just off the grounds surface, silent, singular and imposing on the very realm.
Meanwhile, Bailey would suddenly find his vision cast rather then across the ruins and over the crater, across a seemless expanse of hills and gullies that went on for an eternity, before they met with a snow capped mountain range. Somewhere in the middle, a castle. He would know it, and the land. Transylvania. Vlad Tepes' castle, or atlest, it was in the last realm.
This, was Corbin's realm. The endless expanse of creatures that extended to the horizon, his army of familiars, diablerised, and creations. The gross unholy, ravenous power that radiated out across the world from within the castle in the distance, Corbin's.
That, was real. No ghost. No summon. Bailey, and his paultry few, now faced the Fiend of Diablerie, and his world of an army, in his own world.

Daegonna didn't argue. She'd expected as much. But she knew Roan and Corbin should NOT be this close, should NOT be together. She didn't want to lose either of them, and knew things might end very very badly. At Roan's question, Daegonna looked up at her, face weary, but calm and determined. "What do you need me to do?" Power coursed through her, and she cried out at the sheer shocking pleasure of being at full strength, crackling with energy again. Her eyes had begun changing, shifting from gold to green, and now they were turning to a sapphire blue. The power Roan poured into her ran cold, cold as the grave, and then began spilling outwards. Daegonna was not losing control, in fact, she was exercising her new strength. Corbin had helped her see that she was not weak, not broken, not worthless. She was powerful, and had the strength to use it herself, rather than just being used, as she was so accustomed to.

.. what have you done.
*Bailey was gone. And she knew this wasnt QUITE the end. She knew where Corbin had taken him. She kenw what she was about ot ask of Dae was no longer necessary, but the cost could be awful in itself*
You will owe Azrael greatly if you kill him, and deny him the killing blow. Know that, Corbin. Already, through no fault of your own you have taken much from him. Think on it.
*inside, part fo her died seeing him return to her shackled and masked, bound and taken from her once again. Now, she had no fear of what coudl happen. Now... she wanted the solace of that which should never have been taken. She stepped towards him, extending her hand*
Dont go. This time... please dont go. I NEED to talk to you, even beyond just MY need. Tell me one thing at least... please... is Fenrir safe? Is he going to be ok? Was he your link?
*It wasnt what she WANTED to ask, but it was what she NEEDED to ask. If she got only one thing out of him... that was the one she HAD to know, beyond her own self.*
Gods Corbin...
*she shook her head, and wished, truly wished he'd answer, and stay still long enough to let her touch him. She knew thogh... even if e didnt move... he wasnt corporeal.*
-----------------
... what the HELL?!
*Bailey reeled. He hadnt expected THIS. His eyes took seconds ot adjust and then... he realised just HOW outnumbered he was. He couldnt win like this. Back on Gaia with other targets, the risk of losing each other woudl have playe din his favour... now, the beasts were useless. As was the form he;d taken. Swearing, he flowed out of the statue, leaving it suprisingly undamaged, for now, on the impending battlefield while he assumed his last defence - his Hades Surplice, purple black armour coating him, a helm hiding his features. Cosmo rose in his body, wings snapped out of his back and he took to the skies, heading for the castle. The best he could hope for now was a one on one showdown*

Daegonna's grip tightened on Roan. "Can we follow?" She asked simply. She wasn't sure what else to do. She wasn't sure following was a good idea, in fact, she was sure it was not, especially not for Roan. But for the first time, she actually felt some kind of true kinship for Corbin, or whatever the fiend was. She was slow to get attached, but her loyalty tended to stick. Probably her one redeeming quality.

The summon, only turned its head slightly, not even enough to grant eye contact, but as it did, the entity would quite simply, nod. Roan had her answer, though as she inched towards him, the summon would slowly levitate away from her in equal distance, keeping the dimensions between them constant.
Strange though, how it stayed. Roan had asked a question, and recieved an answer, yet the ghost remained...... Something distracted it, its hunger. The source, was focused.
______________________________
In the other realm, Bailey would find only opposition. A sea of eyes illuminated, as that unholy skill was once more utilized, but now, with such greater power. As accurate as it could be described, it felt more like three quarters o the full strength, rather than the simple ONE quart felt by the first Syn before Fear.
Corbin's last known form would flash before his eyes, and infect his mind, as everything else faded away into absolute, abyssal darkness. Nothing else existed, and eventually, only the eyes. Not even the army of eyes. Just Corbin's.
Bailey, would NOT be granted the right, to see Corbin in his true form. NONE would EVER. He, was as Roan said, a god never to be worshiped, never to be prayed upon, nor wittnessed. And few were as unworthy, as Bailey.
Should Corbin succeed this time, in turning Bailey into nothing more than a meer kine, Fear would immediately find himself back, in Gaia. Back, in the center of the crater. Back, where Azrael, could have his right.

*Dae's words went unheard as Roan cursed loudly and vehemently in Celestian as Corbin moved away form her, dropping to her knees, the sword held across them
So much she wanted to say, so few places to start. At least she had an answer to one thing*
I want you to come home... gods I miss you... I am not whole without you. What were you doing down there Corbin? Why didnt you ask for help? I would have helped you... I would have helped. Its not the same, without you there. Everything echoes and nothing is real. Are you lonely, or are your familiars enough? Do you even know how much we ALL miss your presence?
*She didnt really expect answers to any of it, but she spoke nonetheless, anything to hold off the grief a little longer.*
--------------
*It caught Bailey totally by suprise. He had believed he'd been moved elsewhere, but had thought it a real place, never suspecting Corbin had TOTAL control over it. His helm covered his face totally, even his eyes hidden, but... there was NO getting away from those eyes that took up EVERYTHING. He 'fell', confused and disoriented until those eyes took up his whole world. To his credit, Corbin woud FEEL his mind fight back. Unlike all the other Syn, Bailey's will was suprising and well hidden, and he fought back much harder than woudl have bene expected... but still, he would succumb, pushed under SCREAMING as he felt TRUE humanity settle PERMANENTLY into his body, before he was spit out on the crater, coiled up and still screaming with agony. In moments of returning though, he was back on his feet, wary and feral. His gaze fell on Azrael, up above, and his cosmo started building once more. Human or not... a murderer was before him, and he would try at the very least. He would try. Leaping upwards, he beat his wings and simply went to tackle Azrael to the floor and beat the hell out of him with potence*

As Fear, mortal as he now was simply appeared, as if everyone at one had blinked, and in that moment he went from non-existance, to existance a few feet behind the summon, it only turned its head back away, now that its distraction was gone. Corbin had gotten HIS revenge. Bailey had made him hurt more than he ever though POSSIBLE, by forcing the humane moralities of his past on him, and now, Bailey WAS mortal. And the god's power, was once more unfocused, other than on, Roan.
No words could be spoken. The mask prevented it. NOTHING involving the mouth, that held such savage, untamed hlust and hunger. Ego.... Strange, yet suited the way it and Gluttony were so very close to one another.
He couldn't answer Roan, only state through a thin, barely existing connection, how he felt.
The Dogma project, wasn't so plainly Fenrir being able to cure the Bane Virus... But, being able to destroy himself, AND, Roan. A man, to destroy monsters. It HAD to be a secret. The fact HE knew made it an outrageous risk of failure in that task. But now, they both knew. Both monsters, knew that there was a man out there, being equipped to destroy them, when the time came.

*His own god speed still active, Azrael watched him coming with a wicked smirk. He sheathed his sword and drew his forearm back. The nightshade gauntlet crackled with energy, visibly like minor forks of lightening. As the energy from so many souls, Two in particular who had a special interest, filled the aura of his fist, he would meet Baileys Tackle with a straight jab to the face.
His other arm would then seek to grab him, stunned or not, and he would drive the two back towards the ground, stiff jabs to the body as he held onto him.*

Roan was ignoring her, but that was okay, 'cuz Bailey was back. Thanks to Roan's energy, Daegonna's body was healing again, healing faster. The blackened charred skin was flaking and peeling away, revealing soft white skin underneath. Her hair had been burned away, as had her horns and most of her tail. They were regenerating now, slowly, painfully, but in place of the previous two horns, she now had three, which curved upwards like a three-pointed crown. Her hair was blackened, but as it grew out, it remained black, but glossy and curly as ever. Her eyes were now sapphire blue, and her tail was longer, more whiplike. Her claws were long, black, and cruelly curved. As she ran towards the place where Azrael and Bailey battled, she felt another prickle of pain at her ankles, and a pair of tiny batlike wings burst from her ankles. Daegonna didn't stop to wonder what had changed. There would be time for that later. Her best guess was that her now fully unlocked necromancy had mingled oddly with her Daemon blood, and changed it, somehow, drawing out more of her Daemon lineage.
She was more interested in making Bailey suffer now, though. But she would not get in Azrael's way. As much as she wanted vengeance, it would help neither of them if they turned on each other. She sprang nimbly to the top of a splintered rock that jutted from the ground, and perched on it's edge to get a better view of the fight. Then she began casting, summoning all her malice and will to lash out at Bailey with a potent curse. The curse was meant to send weakness and nausea washing through him, to make his every movement a trembling gasping struggle. That should be at least a bit of a help to Azrael.
