Sunny frowned and walked over to him, smiling at him. "Are you hungry? I'm sorry... I didn't mean to start up conversation when we had something in mind" she said softly, touching his shoulder.

((I'll tell you what's wrong with Kibo! He has a gosh dern social life and the attitude of a responsible student. FOR SHAME!!! We miss you... *pokes pointer fingers together cutely*))
Sunny sat down next to Kibo so she could look him in the eye without having to bend over. She'd gently folded Aubry's dress and put it back in it's box with care and sat it next to her, secretly glad he hadn't seen the gown while he was in his daze. "You have me..." she cut herself off as she noticed yet another glance at Storm from him. She swallowed back a spike of jealousy that jabbed through her heart "You have me worried" she amended, shifting uncomfortably.
((I can't stop listening to the song "Rock Lobster". HELP ME!!!))

Kibo: It's just that... after she tried to kill you, insult you, and steal my heart from you, you can still find it in you to forgive her. All she did was snub my foolish pride, and I've been whoring it over her head since then. I took away her chance to be happy in eternity, and I've been trying to take away her chance to do the same on Earth. My pathetic mind simply realized what was happening.

"Nice to know that it is finally getting to you; I didn't think I could stand much more of it."
That laughter died in her throat.

Sunny bit her lip as she thought deeply. Suddenly she stood, taking Kibo's hand and bringing him up with her. "Then t'is time for a proper apology, yes?" she asked, walking over to Storm and bowing so low her hair grazed the floor. "I too owe you an apology, Storm. I have been less than sympathetic to your plight and though I know you despise pity I gave it anyway... Therefore I am truly regretful for my actions and simply hope you may forgive me" she said honestly.
She rose from her bow and smiled warmly at Storm before turning to Kibo and gently kissing his cheek. "I need to go and hang up Aubry's lovely dress in my chambers" she said as she grabbed Aubry and went off quickly so that some peace might be made. Still, she and Aubry hung in the wings just in case. She knew Kibo could still sense her should he want, but she hoped that knowing she was nearby would be reassuring.
"Please let this work" she prayed with her eyes closed and her hands clasped. She looked up at Aubry and actually showed the worry, jealousy, and hurt that she felt for once.
((*sings* We were at the beach. Everybody had matching towels. Somebody went under a dock and there they found A ROCK!!! But it wasn't a rock... IT WAS A ROCK LOBSTER!!! Na na na na nanananana na. ROCK LOBSTER!!! Na na na na nanananana na. RAWK LOBSTAH!!! Na na na na nanananana na.))

"well... that was unexpected..." Aubry said slowly, uncertain of what was happening.
"i think we should leave them alone... we can't always be here to be the peacemakers.... " Aubry pulled Sunny away from the scene and went to Sunny's chambers. "now try on the dress... i want to see if it fits or not... i can make adjustments if needed, so don't worry about it..." she was trying to get Sunny's mind off of Kibo and Storm for the moment. "so what is this thing that you are planning that requires such elegant costumes?" she asked. "because i don't think i have worn a dress in at least five years..." she laughed a little. she had never been this chatty in a while, and she hoped it was worth it. "please answer Sunny... it is quite odd talking to yourself..."

Sunny gave Aubry a grateful smile. "I'm sorry... I didn't mean to drag you off only to ignore you. I simply... Want the best for Kibo" she said sadly. "But enough of that. I love him and I've good reason the think he feels likewise so I must simply brush off my worries and feel joyful that I'm doing my best" she said, clapping her hands as if ridding them of dirt. "Do you think you'd help me with my corset? I'm thankful my figure is already an hourglass but one does still need slight aid" she joked as she disrobed. She picked out a lovely off-white unmentionables as well as a pretty cream corset. With Aubry's help she was dressed quickly and spun around to show off.
"It's... a bit low in the bust..." she said with a blush as a flirtatious hint of cleavage showed that her blush reached her busom. She knew that it was the style, but modesty forced her to at least attempt to object. "But still... It is so beautiful..." she sighed as she looked at herself in the mirror, twirling her hair over her shoulder nervously. "Are you sure you don't want to give it to someone who'd make it look prettier?" she asked.
"Oh! And all this is for a grand masquerade ball held in honor of Tortuga. The people of this town have had little to celebrate with the invasion of Navy and nobles. I'd never speak ill of Captain Jack Sparrow except to say it is partially he who we must thank for our unpleasant visitors" she joked. Slowly she leaned in conspiratorily and whispered "And it is such unwelcome visitors we empty the pockets of to further progress lovely Tortuga".
"Now all we need are masks... This dress reminds me of an orchid... Perhaps and orchid themed mask? Certainly the costumes don't require theme, but it would add to the fun!" she said as she began prattling off designs she had in mind, glad for a fellow seamstress and designer.

"hang on... let me sketch what i think you are trying to say....." Aubry told her, laughing a little bit. she pulled out a sketch book and drew a very realistic drawing of the dress with Sunny and one of her idea masks. "how's this?" she asked. she hid the other drawing of her scarlet dress that she thought that she might wear, but it was only on the next page.... she hoped Sunny wouldn't see it. she handed her the sketchbook.

[HOLY CRAP! I wore a dress almost exactly like the red version to a military ball, few years back. I belive I still have it, as well.]
Storm ignored Sunny's foolish words. She did not want, nor enjoy Sunny's pity. Storm did not want Sunny's sympathies. Storm wanted Sunny to just go away. Sunny may not have been at fault, after all, for the sins of her lover, but that didn't stop Storm from judge Sunny for them, and for loving Kibo Botch as well. She knew all too well how painfully the heart betrays. As if her thoughts were a door way, Joseph's voice ghosted through Storm's mind.
"Still pitching after that pirate, what's-his-face? My love, my Linda, he is not for you. Take your love elsewhere, to Khazar."
"I know that and I have."
"Then why are you still mooning for a yearlings love lost?"
"Habit."

((*drools* OMG LOVE!!!!! *glomps* You are a genius!!! Where are you getting these gorgeous pictures? LINK ME!!! And OH MY GOD AGAIN WITH JUST WOW!!!!))
Sunny blinked with surprise at the drawings. "That's perfect! We could gather up some fabrics for the accessories too! Oh this is marvelous, why didn't you tell me you were so talented!" Sunny exclaimed with glee as she danced around Aubry. "You simply must help me finish off the rest of my designs. You are so skilled and I could use the help! Would you mind? I'd understand if you can't but still!!!" she was beaming as she fawned over the sketch. "This is unbelievable!" she mused.
Suddenly she looked up and smiled warmly at Aubry. "I'm truly glad that we're friends, Aubry..." she stated plainly before turning back to her own messy sketch table to look around for something.

"oh, geez..." she muttered under her breath... Sunny was ok, except when she was acting like a hyper freak... "if you want to see my best, i guess we could go to my ship and look at the other projects i have done... the purple one isn't the only one i work on, and defiantly not the best one...." she grabbed her sketch book back before she could grovel over it some more.
