Lance Fulgurant Gotcha, I'm almost done with the profile, I'll try to make a post in the academy tonight, but I'll be leaving right after I post my profile Also, can I post the profile and get a talent approved later, I'm still trying to think of one, or are talents even still a thing?> Another question, can i buy scrolls with my starter silver? Talents can always be grabbed later. Personally I think unless you have an amazing idea for one, it's better to wait anyways. No jutsu with starter cash, no. Except for autoranks, of course. Anything you'd buy would probably be taught in the academy anyways, and the academy's first lesson is on learning to control chakra, so knowing jutsu already is weird.

lol, Now I'm gonna have to find a chance to have Segare pull out the "Hard Work vs Natural Talent" line. After all, the naturals he was talking about are just naturally attuned to their chakra, being able to sense and interact with it from an early age. Which has nothing to do with pure skill, and can actually lead to complacency instead, with the person not being willing to put in the extra work to get better because they feel they're already the best around. Until some loser comes along and kicks their a** of course.

Hinote Tosatsu lol, Now I'm gonna have to find a chance to have Segare pull out the "Hard Work vs Natural Talent" line. After all, the naturals he was talking about are just naturally attuned to their chakra, being able to sense and interact with it from an early age. Which has nothing to do with pure skill, and can actually lead to complacency instead, with the person not being willing to put in the extra work to get better because they feel they're already the best around. Until some loser comes along and kicks their a** of course. lol, well alright, I look forward to reading your next post, it will be interesting to see Segare's reaction to Athran's somewhat dour mood rofl And it looks like I might be running into Shikaku on my way out of the gate too, so perhaps we'll get to see some sort of interaction there razz

yea thats a bit weird. I forgot we were still in gates <.<
Will probably exit in next post i just... have to figure out how Timmy would respond to Shikaku... Its kinda tricky. Though I don't think hes going to be quite convinced yet.

Haven't heard from you guys in awhile, so I thought I'd check in with you. We're currently waiting on the students to finish up the last lesson, and possibly have a bit of interaction with each other outside of class before we can get the next lesson going, and you two are the last ones left who haven't posted since the end of class. I know you were both pretty close to finishing the meditation bits, so it'd be great if you could finish that up, and join us in some... Whatever people end up doing. Also, in case it's vanished from the top screen by the time you guys see this, we had a pretty big update today, which is in the announcements thread. You might want to check that out. ... I should see about getting a guild announcement for that actually.

iAkura-kun Thank you for quoting me, I had lost track of my guilds and was out of the country for a couple of weeks on very short notice without internet! (Didn't post it because I was told the day before so I dind't have a chance) Wow, out of the country for a couple weeks without prior notice? How does that even happen? XD I'm pretty much picturing you being kidnapped by the mob and shipped off someplace now.

That was a bit spontaneous, but has since had backstory built onto it. Technically there's supposed to be two guards there at all times, but eh, maybe the other one was in the bushes or something.
