Akatsuki_Zala I guess but that wouldn't be too fair for those who want to be chunnin yet they can't because they're not strong enough or so..... It's not like Academy to Genin where everyone passes most of the time... Each rank ascention gets progressively harder... Or else you will end up with too many of the higher ranks... so maybe 10-20% is too harsh... but 50% should me a maximum... Not that we don't already have an imbalance... but *shrug* RiGid is right without Auto Ranking to begin with villages would be very hard to start...

I want to train as much as I can to become chunnin! I'm using four years ago flashback to do so and I hope you don't mind I learned one Hyoton jutsu by a kage scroll... and that's all I'll learn for now...

Well if villages had too many Genin to handle, another Jounin could be allowed into each village as Auto-Rank to help train all the Genin. But with our current population, the Auto-Ranks have become way too much. And the Genin that don't pass the Chuunin Exam...Well...They need to stay as Genin a bit longer. I've never failed a single exam in any RP and ended up getting a rank up from Genin to Jounin just cuz I'm that Guild's best RPer and I would have actually ended up killing all the other contestants in the Exams if I participated and killing wasn't allowed. The Exams determine RP Skill. If you have insane skill, you'll be allowed to go up a rank and begin some better training. So if you don't pass, you need to get better at RPing is all.

I have a personal issue with those...thinking about entering a complaint. Anyway, you have to go to your kage and personally ask for a Kage Scroll. Otherwise, you are not allowed to just "have" one.

@Shiggy: What is your objection? I made one to train while my team was mainly incative but I have longsince set it aside... and I never lerned anything beyond my level jut some basic training. I am not going to judeg or comment on Zala since I haven't read hers...

I made one to train while my team was mainly incative but I have longsince set it aside... and I never lerned anything beyond my level jut some basic training. I am not going to judeg or comment on Zala since I haven't read hers... That is the reason we are adding jounin. There is a lot of genin in most cities ((I believe Kiri is the one exception)). ------------------------------------------ One of my issues is that flashback threads essentially allow you to be in two places at once, and I believe that should not be allowed. Also, I am getting extremely irritated at the conversations in flashback threads. This is developing a relationship with another person that previously did not exist, causing slight confusion in my opinion. My final reason for disliking the flashback threads is because the second I see someone's character, I check their profile. I see the move list, etc, so I know what to expect and I know where any visible objects are (such as headband protectors, kunai holders). Now, often I do not have time to be checking every post throughout the guild, so if in the midst of battle the the opponent suddenly uses a new jutsu or suddenly has a new weapon on them, I believe that is unfair.

I asked the current Mizukage if I can have the scroll at that time and he let me. That's how I was able since after he let me, I let my npc (who works with Mizukage at that time too as well as now) to "borrow" one.

I can't remember his name well enough so I call him Mizukage. Anyways, you can read my flashback if you want. I won't try to blame you if you find some things wrong with it though... I suck at pacing....

Reason 1: I can understand... but I also object to both leaving someone who has not replied to you yet, and being stuck in the same place for more then a few days. Reaons 2: *wince* I prefer not to have characters interact in flashbacks... I said so in the first post... but ignoring Zala's character felt like a major b***h move... So I tried to keep the interaction as short as possilble... Reason 3: I can completly understand, and as I said once I have any posting activity I stop flashback-ing... but I guess not everyone does the same so I can see how it could be a major problem...either they need to strickly regulated (which is unlikly) or not used at all... I guess just becuse I am careful to abuse them does not mean they should exsist...

Mist is declaring war against Leaf cuz ApeK didn't like me. I apparently offended him when I left his office to avoid getting into a fight with his ANBU Commander. So yeah. I warned the Hokage after escaping the Mizukage's attacks and we're gonna be getting ready for a war between the two villages.
