Fenrir Graveheart Ok, but aren't luo and the others gone from the village? Who am I supposed to get missions from? No...Zane put a hold on that rule, As long as you attain a scroll from an actual shinobi, you can train yourself. As for missions, you can assing yourself missions and complete them

You get the missions from the mission list at the kages office. then to finish it you go back and report it that you finished.
