My only clue for you about my supersoldiers:
Look at the flood. Study them. Then think about how Ferno acts. He isn't making a core army, but he will have a legion of these engineered soldiers.
Don't trust technology, either. They have a most exploitable weakness.

Genetically engineered super soldiers that make a sudden appearance from perhaps the unknown regions... OH GOD! I know it now!
And I know how to beat anything you hurl at us, once I get a good look at these soldiers of yours. twisted

No, seriously, I can figure out how to destroy almost anything you come up with.
Just ask Cale mrgreen
Say, you bring in Silicon based lifeforms as an enemy...
Solution: Polaron weapons fire (Super-cools targets instead of super-heats them).
Hybridized Biological Technology (Half vong half conventional)
Computer virus that interfers with the communication of the biological and technological elements.
Energy Beings?
Energy to matter conversion...
And so on....

Energy to matter conversion... And so on.... Yes, but while you can come up with all those solutions, you also have to think in proportions, and the inevitable mutating countermeasures. I.E. : If the borg would be so easily defeated by a computer virus, then how come the federation has not done so?
