((lol, I beleive I do))
Damian's body would laythere completely motionless, no breath ahd entered the body for a long time. He was on his wrong leg when the attack had been sent, and he had faltered before the strike, so it was quite easily to be strucken down by the attack. There was blood pooling around the body and his eyes glazed over, the whisper of death around him. His skin turning the faded color of grey, the death color of skin. He was in allways...dead.
The body seemed to begin to crack up, the skin turned dry and it flaked slighty. It turned to dust and it slowly, ever so slowly did this throughout the entire body. Urika stood there, his hands in the air, chanting his victory through the stadium. He had maintained his role as the greatest swordsman in the building. Damian was not one for cheap shots, so he would not take one. His body was dead, but what happened next, nobody would expect, he knew the entire crowd would be shocked.
There was a flah of red in the sky and it slowly grew to a whirling circle, the body of damian had died because of the trick he was doing at the moment. There was a flash from the whirling circle and a flaming bird's head emerged from it. The circle closed behind him and exploded on a good scale. Damian grinned as he was propelled towards his father, it would seem like a phoenix to everyone in the stage, but it was only him. His glade held backwards as he was flying at high speeds towards Urika. The blade was like a flash, it went diagonally and up across his father's stomach, chest, and throat, ending at his left ear.
Urika's completet and total shock would show for eternity, as his death-face. Now it showed Damian,on one knee, his left of coarse because of his bum right leg, hold the blade up to where the strike had ended, his head down, and his body steaming. There was a massive silence in the crowd, and he fell onto the body of the previous him. His body exploded into flames and the other body collapsed completely into the grey dust, he was no more. The body completely incinerated, the grey dust....ashes...became alight with flames however. It took a long time for the prosess to happen, about five minutes...the crow overwhelmed with greaf...couldn't fathom what happened, a hand rose from the ashes slowly. What was going on? Was Damian being re-born in the manor that the actual phoenix was supposed to do?

What Kabuki might not have noticed was the shock on the grandfathers face after the hand had arisn from the ashes. "Bu...but....how? I did not teach him such an ability. Only the attack." He said in shock. "The resurection of the phoenix was an ability long forgotten by the clan. How was it able to happen here?" He mumbled to himself, contemplating what was going on.
Slowly upon the stage Damian crawled forth from the ashes, as if there was a trap door and he was puling himself up through it on the stade, but it wasn't. Not at all. It was a birth from from the ashes like the phoenix. The ten year old child stood upon the stage, covered in the ashes of his previous body. Naked as the day he was born, he had the ashes like a thick shell across his body, acting as his clothing. He shook his hair clean of the substance and he looked around, thrusting his sword into the air and watching the light catch it perfectly enough for it to shimmer like gold. The croud immediately jumped to their feet and a loud cheer echoed through the air.
The ashes wouldn't stay around his body to act as clothingfor long, only for about ten minutes or so, his others were incinerated so he looked over to his father with asigh and he nabbed his pants. They were extremely large for him, but he left the man with his breifs on on the stage and he pulled the pants to his waist, unsteadily walking off the stage, the ability had deeply weakened and tired him. He walked streight towards his grandfather. "I....did....it." He wheezed.
The elder stared with wide eyes and shook his his head. "You more then did IT you used an ancheint technique lost to this clan until now!" He stated, estatic about what had happened. Damian's eyes slowly rolled and he stumble into his grandfather's arms. He had used up much energy, amazing that he could have acomplished what he did at his age. The elder looked to Kabuki and silently nodded. "Would you mind coming with us back to my home Kabuki?" He asked wiht a slight smile. He tryed to be very polite since he remembered how rude he was on the way here.

The elder nodded and shook his head. "Ahh, but it is not only trying to make up for the last comment I had said. It is the way that I would usually ask anyone, this is not the odd way to say come for me. Come is the odd way to say this for me." He said with a grin. He nodded to KAbuki and he kept Damian cradled in his arms as he slowly walked back towards his home. The child would need a couple days of rest before he would awake from this sleep.
The elder turned back to Kabuki and he smiled warmly as they walked. "So Kabuki...what exactly do you plan on doing after this little thing that has happened here?" He asked, maintaining the smile upon his face.

Quote: "Ahh, but it is not only trying to make up for the last comment I had said. It is the way that I would usually ask anyone, this is not the odd way to say come for me. Come is the odd way to say this for me." "Ah." Kabuki followed along somewhat absent mindedly. Sure that he had had a next step in mind earlier that day, he started recollecting the events in reverse order - mentaly retracing his steps, in effect - to recall what exactly that was. He just about had it when- He blinked and turned his attention back to the elder. Quote: ...what exactly do you plan on doing after this little thing that has happened here?" After giving the matter a little thought, he decided that, provided the elder was the only one awake in this croud who could speak to spirits, having a social spirit might not be such a bad thing. He smiled. "Well... To begin," he started, intentionally beating around the bush in hopes that they could get to the elder's home before he got to his real plans (and hoping the elder would catch the hint), "I don't think the fact that this 'little thing,' as you called it, has happened here has changed my old plans at all... Except, of course, I hadn't known before that I'd end up staying at your home so long, or this whole village, for that matter; I had assumed I'd be gone long before now..." He paused as if trying to decide what to say next. To be honest, he had an answer already, but there were far too many people around. Kabuki really did like the idea of keeping secrets.

The elder understood Kabuki's procrastination quite clearly and he smirked as he gave him a small nod as he spoke. He didn't mind that he was a little nervous about speaking of this topic infront of so many other people. He just kept walking until they had reached his front door. He laughed and shook his head. "I was not trying to imply that this had changed anything at all. I was only asking what your plans were for after this little journy you took with Damian." He stated, opening the house door and walking in. "This little thing, was the journey you had with my grandson...not what has just taken place." He stated wiht a smirk.

The leder nodded slowly, knowingly. He knew that he hadn't much time left on this earth....the place that the man slowly described to him....an island with some natural form of shelter...garden...wife or Gypsy lady he spoke of...it sounded like his own slice of heaven. "Never give up on that plan boy....you will only end up a shrivled old man, wishing that you hadn't." He said, a tinge of sadness in his voice as he set Damian down on a couch. "The worlds youth, the only way of watching your dream fold out." He said with a slight smirk, but sadness hid behind it still.
"Unplanned plans however..." He said with a smile. "Those are the ones that will bring spice to your mixture in life." He said witha grin. "If you revolved unplanned plans...around your planned ones...you will find life with a better taste. Much more you your liking." He said with a grin. "I do hope you acheive your goal....of your land...and other things unplanned." HE said with a grin. A cough escaped his brittle lips as he stood over his son. One thing that hadn't been told to Damian yet...the fact that he was knocking on heavens door, his grandfather...the one peice of family he had left. He was going ot die soon. But this fact was hidden deep within his core, and he could mask it very well, no hope of finding it.

The elder nodded and he stood up streight as there was a deep sadness within his body, though it stayed hidden within him and a large fake smile crept across his face like a dismal storm. He nodded to Kabuki and smiled slightly, "Fit as a fiddle and healthy as a bowl of spinich." He said with a laugh. There was nothign mysterious about him, even though he (being an elder and a maste rof herbs and medicle stuff) knew that he was enevitably going to pass on within the next two weeks. It could be any time from the second that he was living, to the 14 day mark.
"Just a bit of a chest cold is all." He said with a smile, "Gives me a bit of a cough every now and then, but I deal with it just fine." The elder stated, seeming to think. "Would you like some green tea?" He asked with a warm smile. "Doesn't taste too great a the time...but it keeps you healthy." He said with a laugh. It's what brought me to my ripe old age of one hundredand twenty three." He said with a laugh, amazing accomplishment for just a human. He had not used the aid of any spells or other-worldy things that would give hium an advantage...only some herbs and some tea. He was amazingly fit for his age, like Kabuki had seen previously.

The elder only nodded to him and turned on his heel, walking away into the hallways of the home, leading himself to the kitchen and where he found a pot of green tea, boiled and ready. He smiled slightly, pouring a glass for him and himself as he brought it out to Kabuki. "Well....here you are." He said with a smile, handing Kabuki a tea-cup of green tea and sitting down with his own cup, giving it asmall sip. "So how long do you plan on staying with us?" He asked.
