Having been killed by who was supposed to be their friend. Slade was outraged. He screamed loudly, so loud that maybe even the people outside of the Afterlife area. After Slade was done taking out his frustration with everything, he glances around slowly. Allowing his odd yellow eyes to take in what was around him. "White... Yeah...." He sighs, shaking his head slowly as he begins to walk through this odd, almost cloudlike land. There really was not much to it. Except for the white fluffiness about the ground. It was dull, almost soundless, lifeless and the air had a stale order to it. The worst part was, he could not see one piece of plant life, which really pissed him off, for he enjoyed his plant life, when he was around it. Though since there was none to be found. Slade found it oddly depressing. "If this is heaven... Someone shoot me now..." He complains, as he begins running, desperately searching for the plants of which he yearned for. Though as he looked around, he found even a single branch, for as far as he could see. Slade shakes his head, almost continuously as he walks. He needed plant life, or at least rain. Rain would be nice right about now. Something to make him feel stronger, He sighs, as he looks around slowly. [point cash]

Sighing still, he slowly begins to look around. Sadly there was nothing to which he could possibly train and learn something here. He was after all, dead and stood no chance in being brought back to life, right? He was stabbed in a vital area, and his death was swift, but not painless. Frowning slightly he slowly looks around at the odd white fluffy mass that was around his feet. "What are we to do? I don't know... You tell me..." He says to himself as he raises an eyebrow, all of the sudden, someone was standing directly in front of him. "You're looking for training?" The first Hokage asks, as he was suddenly standing before Slade. Slade frowns slightly, wondering who this man was, though he found someone who might be able to teach him something, that was always a plus. Right? He nods to himself, before repying to the man before him. "Yeah sure... What can you teach?" He asks, though as soon as he asked, he felt the ground at his feet rumble, as the man before him finished hand signs. Soon trees erupted form the odd cloud like ground, instantly entraping Slade in it's many branches and trunks. This was rather unexpected, but otherwise a decent attack to stop him in his tracks. The man before him soon spoke. "This... Is what I shall teach you..." He says, grinning and taking a step away from the many branches around himself, though leaving Slade stuck in the folds of the branches. [Will find number of words, later.]

Eventually, Slade managed to free himself from the tree made prison he had been trapped in. Leaping forward, he lands before the man and speaks again. "Now how do you do the technique, old man!" His dark side demands as he stands there impatiently. The man only chuckles, and then begins to slowly make the hand signs in order to show Slade how to preform the technique. The man did not speak a word now, he only went over the hand signs, multiple times, and then had Slade do the same, with a gesture of his hand. Slade stands there, concentrating intently as he slowly forms each sign for this technique, of which he did not even know the name yet. He figured that once he learned it, his sensai, the old man here, would teach him the name, so he could actually use it easily. He continued to stand there, repeating each hand sign over and over again, until the Hokage before him, spoke. "That's enough... Now practice spreading your chakra, to the area around you..." He says, smirking slightly. Slade nods, as he then closes his eyes for a moment, and proceeds to slowly force his chakra into the area around him. First into the air, and then he slowly begins to intertwine it with the ground at his feet. Though he was dead, he still had his chakra here, which was surprising to him. Though not his sensai, before him. [will edit with word amount]

"Now what?!" Slade demands as he releases the hold on his chakra to cause it to stop seeping into the area around him. "Just go ahead and make the hand seals, and then force a good amount of chakra towards one large point, where you wish to use the.. Birth of Dense Woodland Technique." The man, that was currently Slade's sensai says, as he leaps backwards to get out of the way of what could be a devistating amount of chakra being used to fuel a large portion of trees in order to rise from the odd white cloud like surface that most here would presume to be called the ground. Slade nods, as he forces his chakra into the area around him, and then slowly moves it to one confined area. Making the needed hand signs slowly, Slade then finishes the hand seals, as he mutters the name of the technique. "Birth of Dense Woodland" He says, as suddenly more trees and branches shoot from the odd white cload like surface called the ground. Rising high into the air, they stretched out leaving a lucious, yet menacing canopy of leaves above Slade and his Sensai's head. This was perfect, it as feeling more like home already. All the trees, though not much grass, which was rather saddening. He sighs, as he slowly casts his odd yellow gaze to the area around him. "I did it!" His light side yells happily, as he looks over to see if his sensai approved. Though when he looked, his sensai was no where to be found. Slade soon sighs, that was that. He supposed his training here was done, though that was a rather depressing thing. With a slow shake of his head, he turns and begins walking through the forest of trees he had made. Forcing himself to leap over large trunks, and branches a like as he walks. Since his training here, was almost basically done. He really had nothing better to do, but to wander, and wish that some how, he could be revived in order to return to his living realm, where he could at least worry about life and not what he would find lurking in the odd white fluff that was the surface of the ground around him now that he had left the shelter of his beloved trees. "Now what? I do not know.. There's nothing to do...." [402 - 900 Total]

Slade sighs as he continues walking through this huge white plain, made of some cloud like substance. It was a huge waste of time here. Nothing to do, nothing to look at. He obviously learned everything that was even remotely useful to be learned in this odd place. And now he needed to find a thing to do, in order to get out of this odd place. "Maybe there is a button or something?" He asks himself, as he chuckles and casts his odd yellow eyes to peer at the ground around him. "A hatch, perhaps?" His dark side says, as he chuckles himself. They were sharing in good humor, despite the current situation involved around their death. That was a good thing. But what could happen if they were to be resurrected? Would Slade snap, and begin killing blindly? Would his two minds, seemingly seperate, become that of ryme and reason? Or merge and take on one appearance. His dark, the more bloodthirsty, could take full control, with the shock of the sudden death, and revival. There were too many things that might happen, that they could not be predicted by any one person. Be it even the gods themselves. They both sigh together, as Slade continues walking along this odd ground that seemed to shift and swirl beneath his feet. Shaking his head slowly, he crosses his arms across his chest, his hands showing through the long sleeves of his Akatsuki styled plain black coat. "How.. Boring..." Yeah..." They say to one another, as they continue to wander along. Soon, Slade's entire form as slowly beginning to fade, as if he were leaving this plain of existence. Though it soon became firm again. Was something obstructing his transfer over? Soon, his form flickered again, and then Slade was gone. [302 words. 1200 total. Points Cashed. Revival. ]

Shaneko Warabe, Tebayai Seizon, and Nimen Karite On an entirely different plain than any other spirit, three females appear. "We should get revenge." "It wasn't his fault." "Neko's right Nimen, it wasn't his fault. We saw and heard what happened. That girl was controlling him." "And I invited her into our home." "Don't blame yourself Neko," replies Tebayai as Shaneko and Nimen begin to flicker. She blinks a few times as her friends look themselves over then disappear. "Wait," she yells but it was too late. They were gone. Had they been revived or snatched back from the other side? Did they actually die or did she imagine the whole thing? Tebayai sits down upon the cold hard white ground and just cries. She buries her face in her hands and cries quietly. She didn't understand. Words = 129

Tebayai Seizon To Angelle Herculaise “Do not cry dear child,” soothes a wispy voice as Tebayai looks up sharply. “None of my children should cry.” “Y-your children?” A ghostly white hand falls upon Tebayai’s shoulder causing her to look back only to see nothing. “Who are you? What do you mean by children?” Tebayai’s face is suddenly dry and she finds herself in a completely white kimono. She jolts up from her place on the ground and looks around. She notices that she was no longer in the sea of fluff and white but in a home. The floors were made of some type of wood. It wasn’t any form that she had felt before. The walls were all paper doors with door frames consisting of the same wood material. She twirls around to examine the place when she notices a woman standing in the corner. The too lock eye for a short time and the room grows silent. The woman had completely white eyes and hair. She was wearing a white kimono with golden designs of flowers and angels. She wore no shoes and levitated off of the ground. The woman extends her cream color hands out for Tebayai in a longing manner. “My child. You have returned to me.” “What…” Tebayai trails off as she stares the woman in the face. Tebayai’s eyes widen when the woman is suddenly wrapped around her. Tebayai didn’t even see her move. Then Tebayai notices tears rolling down her face and that they were in the corner. She was the one that moved, not the woman. She nearly screams when she notices a piece of her own hair in her face. She motions back from the woman and tugs her hair over her face. “See, you are my child,” the woman sighs smiling. “No,” Tebayai mouths seeing as her hair was the same white as the woman’s but a little dimmer. The woman lowers her outstretched arms and finally floats from the corner. Tebayai motions back and begins to run when the woman stops. “Angelle. Do not run from your mother.” Against her will, Tebayai freezes. She slowly turns around with fear in her eyes. She could not defy the woman. “Am I in some sort of genjutsu?” “No. You are my child and have returned home. I have been waiting for you, Angelle.” “My name is Tebayai.” “You are not Tebayai, you never were. You are my dear daughter, Angelle.” “Reina… Shaneko… Nimen, Ella, Akou…” “You are not Tebayai Seizon, a Kaguya of Hidden Sound. You are Angelle Herculaise of Hidden Cloud.” “Lies!” “Watch your mouth!” Tebayai covers her mouth like a child. She tries to pry her hands off, even performing a number of taijutsu to increase her strength, but all in vain. “You need some time to realize is all. Just follow me and I’ll make those memories go away. Come Angelle.” Again, Tebayai does as the woman asks against her will. The woman slide open the paper wall door that was hidden behind her and the two wander inside. Once in the room, Tebayai groans and crouches down. The woman turns around and places a hand on her back as she shivers. “What is this? Why does my whole body hurt? My head… my head is pounding. What is this place?” “This is your room. I made it when you left long ago. Humans are no good for you. Now you see how cruel the world can be. Yet… I must send you back soon. Your form is unable to last here. Just like my other children. But… I will not allow you to die as they did. I will give you a gift.” Tebayai’s eyes dart around the room a bit as the woman stands. She saw a small white bed covered in the whitest and the fluffiest looking sheets and blankets. She then notices a golden dresser that the woman was now searching through. “You are special. You were always special. You will destroy her.” “Destroy-” a large surge of pain rocks through Tebayai and she seizes speaking. “Don’t fight it. If you fight it then you will die.” This was not a command apparently because Tebayai continued to fight the strange urge she felt. She had the urge to do something she never thought able to do. She felt the urge to phase through one of the walls to get out of the place. She wanted so much to fling herself into the dresser the woman was at. She suddenly flashes to her feet as the woman slowly turns towards her. In the same intent Tebayai flashes into the dresser and is gone. The woman smiles as she also vanishes from the room. “You phase well.” “What?” Tebayai stops, realizing she was now outside as the woman finally catches up to her. “You are faster than I believed you to be.” “Same here. What is going on?” “You are reverting to your previous self; which, in all actuality, is your true self. Angelle, you are my daughter. If you do not come to realize this soon then you shall perish just like your brothers and sisters.” “I have no siblings. My parents are in Hidden Sound. They are Kaguya like me. You are not my mother.” “We have the same hair, the same eyes, the same nose. You even act as I did when I was your age.” “No!” “Angelle-” “My name is Tebayai! Do not call me by any other name. I wish to return to where I came! I wish to be alive again!” “I shall not grant such a wish! The humans abused and mistreated you! You came here because a human killed you in the cruelest of ways! Do you not understand? I am trying to preserve you. It was hard enough losing you before…” the woman trails off as Tebayai stares down at the ground. “Why is mother crying,” she thinks then her head flashes up. She gazes at the woman with disbelief stuck on her face. Not even her thoughts were safe. “Here,” states the woman tossing a small white box with blue ribbons on the ground before Tebayai. At first Tebayai begins to slap it out of the air but recoils the thought. She smirks and lifts up the box, preparing to fling it into the distance when a sudden urge to open it overcomes her. As she opens the box she tries to stop herself but it does not even show. On her face was a look of delight as she opened the small box. Once it opens a flash emits from it. Tebayai stares into it as the woman watches her contently. Bits and pieces of someone’s life are swiftly displayed to Tebayai as she gazes blankly at the box. For any one other than Tebayai it looked like she was just staring into the box like an idiot when in actuality she was staring at the images that were being showed to her. She saw when she was born; her mother and fathers beaming smile; her form her first word; she heard her first word; she saw her first birthday party; she saw her perform her first justu. More and more images pop into her line of sight when something catches her eye. In the images after she reached maturity her appearance no longer changed. She stayed the same age. Then, she regains control of her mind and looks away from the box. No; those weren’t her images, those were someone else’s. Tebayai has brown hair and the female has white hair. Tebayai has grayish blue eyes while the female had clear silver eyes. Then Tebayai begins to think. They had similar eyes. The only difference was how dark hers were. Tebayai’s seemed like a few shades darker than the females. And, Tebayai’s hair is a dirty type of brown while the females’ hair was pure white. The female was purer than Tebayai. The female was… Angelle Herculaise. “False memories,” Tebayai murmurs as the woman stares at her in confusion. “What? You still do not believe? Fine. Then head over to the all white building and be reborn.” The woman fans a hand as Tebayai turns around to see a HUGE white building. She then turns back to the woman who does not look at her. Tebayai felt a little bad for leaving the woman in such a way but told herself she had nothing to do with her delusions so staying a while with her wouldn’t help her in any way. She slowly gets to her feet and begins walking at a slow pace to the building. She wondered, how did she get out of the paper room? She then recalls how she sped her body up so fast that she pretty much phased through the wall. She was never even remotely close to that speed before. Then there was the urge to do what she never dreamed of doing before. She could never phase through walls or even move faster than Reina. In that instant she moved faster than the woman who moved far faster than Reina. What was going on? She didn’t understand any of it. Why had Nimen and Shaneko been with her before and then gone the next thing she knew? Why did she remain in the realm? Why was she alone? Why did she long for something she knew nothing about? She longed for love? She longed for the love of a human. She never longed for affection in the way she is now. Was it another of the woman’s tricks? No, there had to be more to it. This feeling can’t be made out of nothing. This was HER feeling it. It wasn’t false. She wanted love. Why? What point was there in love? Reina and Drago are in love? Does that end world hunger? Does that decide the victor in a battle? What’s the point? Finally, Tebayai makes her way to a large white building. She walks up the pearly stairs to enter through two large pen doors when the doors shut in her face. “What?” She bangs on the doors loudly but nothing happens. “What is going on? I demand entrance to this place!” “You are not welcome. Leave from here.” “Who are you? What do you mean by I am not welcome?” “Leave from here.” “I will not leave!” Once everything goes silent, Tebayai hisses. Again, an undeniable urge comes over her; the urge to run right at the door. Not to knock it down but in order to phase through it. Tebayai takes a few steps backward and frowns at the large and thick looking door. Just like the first time, she flashes into the door. Once inside she finds all the lights are off and everything is cold. It was different from the warm homier feeling she had when she was outside or in the building with the woman. It was darker and grim not to mention it held a chill in the air. Tebayai’s hair begins to float up around her as another urge comes over her; the urge to focus her chakra all over her body. For some reason, when she did she began to emit an odd golden light. She does not attempt to deny her urges any longer it seems. Because each urge seemed common to her after having seen the images in the box. This was odd to her but her mind wasn’t focused on that at the moment. Eventually, the whole room fills with the golden light. As soon as it does a figure slams into her from behind. “Get off of me,” Tebayai screeches as she feels someone’s arms constricting her. Suddenly, the image of Reina flings into her head. Without much effort, and answering her urge to wriggle free, Tebayai maneuvers out of the persons grasp. She slowly climbs to her feet as a male stands not too far from her. “You were the one who attacked me.” The male does not respond. “Speak, it is common courtesy.” Still the male does not respond. The male standing before Tebayai was a well built man. He wasn’t very muscular but he had some muscles. And lean; he was lean for his height. He was a bit taller than Tebayai who was 6’2 or was before death. She did feel unusually shorter now that she thought about it. The male had strange features. His face was a pale white and his hair was a mixture of gold and bronze. His eyes she could not see because she was fairly busy analyzing him, something she often did. She then realizes how she is analyzing him. It didn’t take her much effort to see what he was capable, measure his height, and see hidden tricks he stored. She wasn’t analyzing him in the way normal people would. She shuts her eyes for a minute before reopening them to see the male in front of her. He seemed to freeze where he was as her mind ran over possible reasons for him being so close and ways to get away from him. She then takes a quick glance at his golden eyes before flashing from in front of him. She was FAR faster than she had been before and had an immense speed difference with the male. She glowers at the male as he turns around to face her. She was a good distance behind him now and even after seeing that flash of speed, his face remained expressionless and he spoke no words. An unusual urge comes over her but she suppresses it. She keeps her mind focused on the potential fight at hand. “Stop it! Why have you come here? Leave us alone!” Tebayai flicks a glance at a female running towards the male as she sees him disappear in an instant. He flashes to her side as she flashes away from him. The next thing she knows, he’s right beside her again. Her eyebrows shoot up as she tries to fling herself away from him only for him to follow, seeming to grow faster. She attempts another flash when she feels herself slam into a hard surface. She cries out in pain as the male appears before her. She tries to stand but she could not. For some reason she felt the urge to stay down. Why would she stay down? She then flashes her eyes here and there and notices she’d slammed hard into a metal table. Her legs were broken. If she hadn’t just flickered, decreasing her speed, she might have phased through it. Defying herself she tries to stand when she feels a bone shoot from one of her legs. Again she cries out. She had never had a broken bone so this was a new experience for her; a new and painful experience. “Bring her to me. She is weak and has run from her mother,” a voice echoes all around as the male attempts to grab for her. In the blink of an eye the male is airborne and crashes into an array of tables. Tebayai looks where he once was to see the woman from before. She examines the woman to see that she was in pain. Something about the building seemed to weaken her. Tebayai tries to stand when she finds herself in the woman’s arms. She looks around to see wind swirling all around her and realizes that they were running. They grew faster and faster as they ran from the building. Tebayai looks pass the woman to see the male simply standing and watching. Tebayai didn’t understand why he didn’t just use Tebayai’s speed to chase after her like he did when they fought. She wondered why he stayed in the building and didn’t even come to the stairs to glare out. She wondered why, even in defeat, he held no expression. In the pain that was apparent from his wounds did he not show pain? She wondered why she had the urge to run to him. She couldn’t understand. She wanted the man. Tebayai lies in her room on her bed as the woman tends to her wounds. She stretches both hands out over Tebayai’s body as golden energy emits from them. Tebayai feels the pain ease then vanish as she stares at the woman. “Who are you? Why is this happening to me?” “I am your mother and this is happening because you are stubborn and naive.” Tebayai remembers the announcement from the building and thinks. “I am not Tebayai Seizon?” “No. Not anymore. You must forget your past life or you cannot return. You shall be trapped here. I know… you wish to leave. So I am trying to help.” “But you do not wish for me to leave? “ “It is very lonely here without my children. They all left me.” “Where did they all go?” “Each one of them were hungry. All but you were hungry for power.” “Why did I leave? Where did they go?” “You never told me. One day we were together and the next day you were gone. My heart ached. I am connected to my children. I know when and where they are. Well-” “Wait, when and where?” “You are my children and have my powers. You can travel through time in a sense. I will not tell you more about my powers or your own because you’ll have to re-learn them. That is how you will be able to return to earth and be ale to remain here. Now. You have many siblings but some you lived here with were: Mayne, Vayne, Nyurumi, Tyrumi, Serenity, Go-” “Were those my blood brothers and sisters?” “Yes. There were a few I took in but those eventually turned on me and went to the white building or were revived in order to be saved from the clutches of the white building.” “What’s wrong with the white building? It seemed harmless.” “It certainly is not harmless. It could very well have killed us both had we been farther from the door.” “What?” “For you, they wanted you to enter b force so that man could fight you. They wanted to capture you. Now for me… are you blushing?” Tebayai’s eyes widen as she clasps both hands over her cheeks. She didn’t realize she was blushing. “I…” “I see. That is why. He is your match. Your soul mate.” “My soul mate? Er, what were you saying about you?” The woman laughs and continues with her answering. “Well, my powers were weakened because they did not want me to interfere. Had we been further inside they either would have killed me or they would have weakened me to the point where they could capture me.” The woman pauses asa grim look slides across her face. She removes her hands from over Tebayai and then continues. “That building stores someone that is our rival since the beginning of this world. On his turf I can easily be weakened. That is why I did not follow after you. Just in case you needed me, I had to retain the element of surprise.” “You definitely surprised me.” The woman nods smiling. “It seems as though the male could not leave the building or he could not match my speed in time enough to catch me before we got to Salvation. I am not certain why. Perhaps he was only made for you. I have not encountered someone like him before. My soul mate, your father, was equal to me but neither he nor I were able to succeed the other. Yet, he can move faster than you.” “Maybe he has the speed I was born with? Maybe I am not aware enough to use my natural speed?” “Maybe, little one. You should rest.” “Mother… um…” “If it is difficult for you to call me mother then call me Eve.” “Eve? Well… this is rather difficult to ask-” “You don’t need to.” “Yes I do. I don’t understand. Why do I have these urges? Why do I want him so badly when he wants to harm me?” “Soul mates, dear.” “But he does not feel the same.” “He is very different, my dear. He might be suppressing his longing like you use to. Maybe he does not remember who he is. Perhaps that is not his true form.” Tebayai watches as Eve stands from her place at her bedside and then exits. She then stares up at the ceiling and tries to busy her mind to put her self to sleep like she use to as Tebayai Seizon. As she stares at the ceiling it seems to alter. She sees warm blue skies and people. As she watches closely she sees an image of herself and a fading image of how she use to look. She then sees the boy standing where her old self once was. She runs to him when she suddenly stops. She looks down to see a blade sticking out of her stomach. She looks back up to see the male staring at her closer than before. She winces as the blade is snatched out. She falls to the ground as the male lifts her head using a bloody sword. He turns her head to see Eve lying on the ground dead. Tebayai screams and sits up in the bed as she pants heavily. She pulls the covers from atop her to see she had no wound. She then looks around in the dark room before a light slides over the floor. She looks up from the floor to see Eve staring at her. Within an instant, Tebayai’s arms are wrapped around Eve. “Eve… you were…” “You saw the same dream? Of your former self fading and then the male… and me?” Tebayai nods. “It is all right Angelle. That will not happen. Do not fret. I will never let harm come to you.” “Mom.” “My daughter has returned." From Tebayai Seizon, a Kaguya of Hidden Sound, to Angelle Herculaise, a Dattoumaru with the Ryuugan from Hidden Cloud. Angelle dances around in a beautiful and lush garden as the birds sing and the sun beams down on her. She stops dancing and smiles up at the sky with both arms stretched outwards. She inhales and holds it for a minute before she hears a crash. She exhales hastily before vanishing. “Mother?” “Oh, Angelle. I dropped a plate. How clumsy of me.” “You? You dropped a plate? I don’t believe it.” “Well, I did.” Angelle begins to flash over to her mother and clean up the mess when she sees her mothers finger sway in the air. “Don’t touch that mess.” “How shall I clean it up for you then?” “Use your powers.” Angelle looks at Eve and then down at the shattered plate. She extends both hands outward as golden chakra oozes from them. With a flick of her finger she flings the chakra onto the floor near the mess. She then twirls her finger round and round before it forms a small tornado. Only the plate shards were trapped inside of the tornado. She slides her hands through the air to both contain and control the tornado before reaching the trash. She flicks her finger once more to end the tornado and then places both hands at her sides. “Very good, Angelle.” “I had the urge to do it. Something kept telling me to use my chakra and as I went the voice continued to instruct me.” Eve smiles as Angelle then glides out of the room. Angelle wanders around in area near the huge white building a while before sighing. She was slowly growing bored of this pace. She wanted to go somewhere knew. It wasn’t because the place wasn’t interesting. New things happened everyday there. It was just that she couldn’t enjoy many of the things there. She wanted something new. She wanted something that her eyes could not quickly analyze. She wanted to experience new things and meet ne people. She wanted to go to the place her mother often spoke of. She wished to go to the Land of the Living. She was curious about the place. She was also hoping to find answers to who the people were that flashed into her mind against her will. A woman with starry eyes and crinkly blonde hair; a boy with crimson hair and eyes; a dog with deep gray eyes; a female with deep brown eyes and dirty blond hair; a small child with pink hair and deep blue eyes; a girl will orange hair and fierce red eyes. Then there were others. But those were the images she often saw. She wondered about them often. Who they were; why they were important; why she saw this or that about them? She was curious and that only fueled her longing more. Then, in a flash, she sees someone darting around near the building. She had an undeniable urge to go and see who it was but also had an urge for her not to be seen. She smirks and outstretches a hand before her. As golden chakra swirls around in her hand she remembers the first time she summoned such a device. She was interested in blending with the odd landscape of the clouded area and the urge to construct a mask was overwhelming. She used her chakra in order to create a mask. It was unlike any other mask she had set her eyes on. It was a mask with no set form or color. It was invisible to others that were not of her family. That is because it was made entirely out of chakra, her chakra. Only her mother and siblings were the outsiders who could see it and see through it. Eventually the mask is created in her hand and she places it over her face. She then focuses chakra over her entire body. Within minutes she had thickened her chakra so much that you couldn’t see her form at all. She was basically invisible. She then sets off in the direction of the flickering figure. After walking for a while she approaches the building and looks it over. She starts near it when she feels the urge to distance herself from it. Without thinking on it for a second, she flashes from before the building. She stares at the building contently as she senses someone behind her. She was then conflicted with both the urge to look behind her and then flicker away and the urge to look behind her and not move. Everything freezes as she contemplates. After a moment she decides to remain where she stands and look behind her. She sees golden eyes gazing at her and remains very still. She does not release a breath or even blink. She focuses her mind on her chakra mask and not the male behind her. He continues staring and then she realizes he is staring at her and awaiting her next move. She did not wish to easily give away her location so she still continued to stand there hoping her instincts were wrong. She quickly traces his body with her eyes before he motions from her. He then slashes his hand through the air and strikes her chakra. She remains still when he simply walks nearer to her. She then realizes why he’d slashed his hand through the air and bursts her chakra outward. He could see through her little trick from one mistake and one special power. She had flashed away from the building picking up wind which was not available in this area. And… he could see her chakra. She knew that he could see her and now she knew he could. Since she approached he had stopped darting around and simply vanished. But how? He had to be from her family. He had to be. “Who are you? How can you see my chakra?” He does not reply. “You wish to harm me.” “No.” Angelle’s eyes gleam at the sound of his voice. He finally spoke and to her it sounded like the song of a siren. It soothed and calmed her. “Then what?” “I have no orders to harm you. Before I was informed to not allow you entry into that pace.” “Before?” The man does not reply. “Why do you not respond to my other questions?” “It is obvious. Because I do not know the answers. Why respond false or state that I don’t know when I can remain silent?” “So you can see my chakra?” “Yes.” “And you do not know how?” “No.” “What is she doing here,” questions a voice from within the building. “What is that sound,” Angelle asks as she looks from him to the building. “Leave before I send him after you.” “Him? Who is Him?” “Not Him. The man you seem to keep coming in contact with.” “Contact with? I have not seen this man before.” “Rafael,” the voice calls as the man stiffens. Angelle turns her attention to him and then back at the building. “I want that woman gone. Get rid of her. I don’t want her near here again. She is a danger to me and the project.” Angelle gasps and then turns around to see the man an inch from her. She flashes a few yards from the building as he watches after her. She gazes at him. His speed was incredible but it was not as fast as hers from what she’d just seen or else he would follow. But before, from afar, he seemed just as fast as her. Was he just trying to run her off? “Rafael,” she muses as she runs back to the garden from whence she came. “Mother! I have met the man of my dreams!” Angelle runs into her home through paper doors as her mother smiles at her. “Welcome home,” she laughs. “Mother,” Angelle cries running over to her mother and keeling before her. “I have fallen in love! I have met my true love!” She buries her face in her mothers dress and then pushes back from her. She gets to her feet in a flash and beams. “He is very fast and he is handsome. He is a golden child like me. I have golden chakra and he has golden hair and eyes. I can see his chakra when he allows it to seep from him like before and it is pure white like my hair and eyes. He’s an angel mother!” “Now, now. Calm down. Who is this boy?” “I will have to show you.” “He is not from around here. You did not go where I forbade you, did you?” “I… yes.” “It is a boy with golden hair and eyes. He resides in the large white building. He answers to the call that comes from the building.” “Y-yes.” “You have gone to that wretched place. I suppose you wish for you and me to perish?” “I’m sorry.” “You disobeyed me. I shall not forget.” “Please mother! I could not control myself. The urge overwhelmed me! You always say to listen to it!” “Not over your own mother!” Angelle grows quiet. She hadn’t heard her mother yell at her before. “Go to your room. I need to speak with you.” Angelle nods and disappears from the living room. She stands in the center of her room thinking. She wondered what was in the big white building. Why was that boy able to see her chakra? Why did he have the hair and eyes of her chakra? Maybe they were linked? Maybe they were soul mates. But then how can he be so much slower than her? Though, he was faster from afar. He said he did not wish to harm her. Would he if the voice coming from the building informed him to? Why did her heart ache now? Was it because her mother yelled at her? She didn’t understand what was happening. She didn’t know why she was being punished. She did as she was told. Always listen to your urges and instincts, no matter what. Do not disobey me. It was a trick of tongue. She was forbidden from listening to the urges and instincts her mother informed her not to do. She was trapped and perplexed. She wished to be free. She wanted to get out. She wanted to see the boy. “Free me,” she muses in her head. Once her mother entered the room she was stretched out on her bed. Her arms were over the sides of the bed that was moved to the center of the room and her legs were together and stretched out. Her eyes were fixed on the ceiling even when her mother entered. Her mind was in a form of limbo. “Angelle,” her mother calls and her concentration is snatched away. She sits upward and allows her head to flop forward. She raises her head slightly to meet her mothers gaze. Angelle appeared as if she hadn’t slept in days. Her confusion unleashed frustration into her. That frustration stretched her to the point of seeming to age. Once she met the gaze of her mother, however, her features returned to their usual glow and youth. “Angelle, I know you are confused and that is my fault. I-” “ I am leaving mother.” Eve’s eyes fling open wide as her daughter crawls to the side of her bed. She sits on her knees and takes her mothers hands in hers. “I am leaving this place. I decided this after I saw how much happier I would be in a dream. Well… not a dream… those things called daydreams. I saw how happy I was and so I want that. But I can’t have it here. Not while that man is here and so close. Not while I cannot be with him in this place. Not while that building is in my sight. Not while I have nothing left to analyze. Not while I feel this sadness for you yelling at me. I did nothing wrong. I did as I was told and I will stand by that. I will not stay here. I am leaving. I have realized how to do it, finally.” “No,” Eve mouths as Angelle clutches her hands. “Do not be angry mother. Please understand. It’s painful being here. I want him so badly and I can’t have him. I have been forbade to be near him by you and that voice. I can’t take it. I need to leave if only for a human lifetime. I wish to go to the Land of the Living and live the life of a mortal.” “I will not allow it! I lost you once and I won’t lose you again!” “You lost me once? I don’t understand.” “You are the only child I have left!” “Mother! You can’t keep me here with that! This is hard for me too! I don’t want to be away from you but it seems like the only thing that will take away my pain! You should know… it pains you to be away from father. But… you have a way t keep from longing for him. You have hate. I do not have that for Rafael. I ache.” “I ache too! Please, do not leave me! I will not live though losing you again. I cannot wait that long.” “I will visit. Is that all right? And, you can hold onto this.” Angelle takes back a hand and reaches behind her back. She then pulls out a small orb. “I have been working on this throughout the days I first learned to project myself. With this orb you can visit me in the Land of the Living and I can visit you in Eden. But you have to tell me in advance when you’re coming. This is also a link. My mind can be linked with yours sort of. Um… like…” “Like a phone?” “What’s that?” “You wish to go where the mortals are without knowing their technology?” Angelle smiles and shrugs as her mother smiles weakly in reply. “I will not keep you here. As long as I have connection with you then I can manage. Id didn’t think you’d come to this decision so soon.” “I am your child after all.” Eve smiles and so does Angelle. “Okay… here goes.” Angelle begins focusing chakra all around her as her mother watches contently. Tears roll down both of their faces as the sun gleams brightly. “From the garden to the garden. There is where my powers are most powerful.” She looks at her mother as a portal opens before her. “Good bye for now, mom.” “Fare well for a while my love, my life, my daughter, my Angelle.” With that, Angelle disappears through the portal only to arrive in an area similar to where she had been. “Eden.” She then looks herself over. In the blink of an eye she was in what she presumed to be the usual mortal attire. She then blinks once and her eyes are camouflaged from site. “The Ryuugan should not be seen. I will give myself normal eyes.” Her eyes were easily changed in type and with that she attempts at walking for a while. It had been years, in her world, since she walked. She would usually levitate where ever she went but most mortal could not so she decided to walk in her time in the world. She also would not use her special powers while in the Land of the Living. Once she leaves the garden a rend opens in the area. From it emerges a golden man. “Do not let her out of your sight. I want to you to keep an eye on her. Protect my woman from her at all costs,” echoes the voice that had once emerged from the building in the males head as he watches Angelle walking away. Without a second thought, he also alters his appearance to match a mortal’s though all he could manage to change was his clothes. He was accustomed to walking so he swiftly caught up to her. Being sure to keep his chakra hidden. Words = 6,354 [Point Cash and Revival]

Quote: Hyuuga Devoker opened his eyes from the light and it seemed as he was still in the light. The white light that had sent a blinding to Devoker had seemed to fade away into the blue. Hyuuga Devoker saw a bird go through the sky and then he watched as it flew farther and farther away until a building covered it. Hyuuga Devoker smirked again and then he said, "What a beautiful bird. I wish I could fly that high." Hyuuga Devoker then looked to his left and he followed the building down all the way to the floor. He saw the soil and said, "Why does this look so familiar? Konoha soil?" Hyuuga Devoker sat up and then he looked around and saw that the Hido was there walking away after killing him. He looked at himself as he was now a white see through essence that looked like a ghost. Hyuuga Devoker gasped a little bit but was not shocked enough to be caught by the stupidity that rested in the world. "So this is what the afterlife is like. Legends say that a person could come back from the dead. They also say that a person could learn jutsus from pass people and many jutsus were learned from the Great Kages." Hyuuga Devoker got up to his feet and then looked around and saw some other shinobi that were unknown to him but he knew that they were probably old and loved the peace and tranquility of the afterlife. Hyuuga Devoker was only plannning on getting rid of all the evil that was inside of him and he wasn't planning on leaving until he was cleansed. He probably wouldn't able to go back until he had peace within his inner soul anyways. It wasn't like he was going to make a deal with the devil or something. "Now I have a quest to fulfill." He was going to need to find one of the Kages and train some more. He then ran jumped on top of the building and he noticed he felt a lot more lighter in the afterlife. He jumped again in the air except this time he made a big leap. He didn't even try to body flicker because in the afterlife he glided through the air having the time of his life. He felt like he was flying and nothing was going to bring him down. He closed his air as he swayed through the air and he let the wind flow with him. "I love it up here. Maybe I should stay in the afterlife." Hyuuga Devoker smirked in the air and then he heard a voice say, "Yes, I do too. One of the reasons I am not going to return to the living." Hyuuga Devoker turned to look at the man who was talking and he saw his familiar face. He squinted a little bit racing through his mind trying to think of where he had seen the man. He then remembered seeing the man in a book and his class would always talk about him. "Kazekage-Sama!" Hyuuga Devoker was flying face to face with the Third Kazekage, the Master of Sand. Hyuuga Devoker smirked and he didn't think that his quest was going to be so easy. Hyuuga Devoker looked at him and then he wanted to say something but nothing would come out of his mouth. He was to shocked and he flew in the air with stupidity and looking retarded. Hyuuga Devoker then managed to spit out, "You are the Kazekage-sama. Teach me jutsus, please. I know your the master of Satetsu. Please teach me your ancient ways. I am in your dept forever." Hyuuga Devoker then smirked when the Kazekage said, "You are one very desperate kid. Why are you here in the afterlife?" Hyuuga Devoker stopped smirking and then he looked down at the floor and noticed that they were descending slowly and he was going to have to jump again. "I went through a mutation that I couldn't handle and I got someone to end it for me." The kazekage nodded and smirked a little bit, "Good, good. I will teach you the way of Satetsu. You wouldn't believe how many people came here to learn that jutsu." Hyuuga Devoker knew it was powerful, but he didn't know that it was that popular and then he thought about it and he knew that it was pretty strong. Hyuuga Devoker nodded and said, "Thank you, lord Kazekage. I am very thankful. Now, when do we begin." The Kazekage smirked and said, "We start tomorrow. No questions asked." Hyuuga Devoker then immediately began descending to the ground a lot faster as his heart just broke in half and he felt the heaviness again weighting him down. "Tomorrow?" Tears slowly began to come out of his eyes as they flew into th air and they were as light as feathers as they represented how he had just been like a teardrop, light weighted. Hyuuga Devoker thought he was going to die now that he had spun around so that his head and his back were going straight down towards the ground first. "I guess this is it." Hyuuga Devoker then went crashing down and surprisingly, he didn't feel any pain. He was wondering what would happen next after he died in the afterlife. Would he just lose conscious and never wake up or what. Hyuuga Devoker opened his eyes and he saw that he was still alive. He looked around and said, "Oh yeah, you can't die in the afterlife. Who would've known?" Hyuuga Devoker made a nervous chuckled as he almost pissed his pants if he actually could. He looked at the Kazekage's face as he was looking at Devoker like he was a retard and the Kazekage said, "Oh, I forgot, your new to the afterlife. Would you like to know why I will not choose to get resurrected?" Hyuuga Devoker nodded and the Kazekage said, "Well the real reason is that in the living world, I already made my marks. I am well known and I do not need anymore time there. Plus, I am looked up to here more and it would be kind of weird if I came back to life and people would be like, 'What the hell,' you know what I mean?" Hyuuga Devoker nodded and said, "Can you train me now?" The Kazkage sighed and was wondering if Devoker had even listened to anything that he had said. He then made sand appear and then it began to go around Devoker. It then began to wrap around him and it squeezed him. "It's simple. By putting enough chakra into an attack, you can easily kill someone or suffocate them." Hyuuga Devoker nodded and then he tried himself from the sand that the Kazekage had provided him with. He tried to focus chakra into it and then he saw how the sand moved a little bit. He focused the sand so that it would get together and then he made it look like iron. "Nice."

Quote: Hyuuga Devoker then looked at the Kazekage and said, "I'm going to try something." The Kazekage nodded and then Hyuuga Devoker continued to focus the chakra into the iron sand. The iron sand went into a ball and then Devoker shot a fired web onto the ball and then it began to heat up. He then then touched it and he could feel it's warmness on his hands as apparently he couldn't burn. Hyuuga Devoker then smirked a little bit and said, "Just wanted to see if it would heat up." The Kazekage nodded impressed that Devoker had added something new to make it more effective. Hyuuga Devoker then looked at the Kazekage and then said, "I have fought someone who used Satetsu. They used a jutsu that made iron sand fall from the sky." Hyuuga Devoker looked at the Kazekage with curiosity and then Kazekage nodded and said, "I'll teach you... on one condition." Hyuuga Devoker gasped a little bit and then he said, "And that is?" Hyuuga Devoker then looked at the Kazekage and the Kazekage said, "I'm going to need you to... wait till tomorrow." The Kazekage disappeared and he was gone and then Hyuuga Devoker yelled, "How am I suppose to find you?" There wasn't an answer and then he did not know what to do now. What was he going to do for a full day and it didn't seem like he was sleepy at all. He was thinking that maybe he could go find another Kage and learn something from him. Hyuuga Devoker then jumped in the air again as he felt the rush pass through him. He felt so good to be in the air. Hyuuga Devoker continued flying through the air as his hair blew back in the wind and he smiled in the air. "I should stay here for the rest of my life." As Hyuuga Devoeker was in the air he felt like he was flying in the air. He had recently been watching a show called, 'Air Gear'. The show was about people who used Air Treks. It was his favorite manga and anime. Air Gear is about Ikki. The characters used Air Trecks, an invention derived from inline skates. As the story progresses, it focuses on their roles as Storm Riders and their quest to be on the top of the Trophaeum Tower. Hyuuga Devoeker had watched twenty five episodes and then the anime series stopped but the manga continued on. He wasn't really a fan of manga because he was tired of just sitting down doing absolutely nothing. He felt like Ikki though. He felt like if his wings grew larger than he would be able to reach for the heavens and he would never have to come back down. "I should make something like that, ya know?" Hyuuga Devoker then thought about it and kept thinking about it. Air Treks... he really thought that he could learn a jutsu to focus chakra into the wheels of skates and skate fast and fly. He thought about how Air Treks worked. Air Trecks, are a brand of special motorized inline skates. Air Trecks have precisely calibrated air cushion system, which gives these self-propelled trick skates their energy, allowing the riders to 'fly', enabling them to perform daring leaps and tricks. Air Trecks are fully customizable in every aspect, from the skate's design, to the wheels, and even down to the screws. Most standard-issue parts are available at sporting goods stores, but the rare parts must be purchased at specialty shops. He was thinking he could manipulate this using chakra and it would be slightly different like there obviously wouldn't be stores. Hyuuga Devoker smirked and he actually thought that this might be possible. He had thought about any ways that his invention might not work but then he couldn't find anything and he didn't have any doubts to his new idea. Hyuuga Devoker now had another mission and then he thought about writing these new ideas that he had down because he had been thinking of many ideas lately. If he thought of anymore, his head might pop. Hyuuga Devoker then saw the Third Kazekage and he body flickered to him. Hyuuga Devoker looked at him and said, "Teach me. It feels like it has been a day but it is still day time." The Kazekage smirked and chuckled a bit and said, "There is no night time in the afterlife." Hyuuga Devoker was a bit confused but he decided to ignore the Kazekge's comment and then he thought it was a riddle or something. The Kazekage said, "It has been a day." Hyuuga Devoker then tilted his head in confusion and the Kazekage said, "Never mind. On with the learning and training." Hyuuga Devoker nodded and said, "Let's get going." The Kazekage then made iron sand rain down from the Kazekage and it was appearing out of nowhere but he knew there was sand always around him. The Kazekage had been controlling a good of amount of sand all the time. Hyuuga Devoker then dodged the attacks and then he tried to do it himself. Iron sand appeared in the sky and kept raining down at an amazingly surprising rate. Hyuuga Devoker the said, "Yeah. I did it." Hyuuga Devoker then looked at the Kazekage and he was gone. "I was done training anyways." Hyuuga Devoker then disappeared off as he went on his quest of getting rebirth. After all, he hadn't read enough books to figure out what to do about rebirth. There probably weren't any books anyways. If there were any, they were probably legends that were passed down orally and weren't printed down on books. That meant that somebody around there had to know at since there were old people except people didn't age in the afterlife. It was over. 2000/2000 Satetsu & Satetsu Shigure Learned

:: Eluamous Nailo :: A cold, desolate land of void and mist; the chilling temperatures would kill any mortal man, yet spirits could not die again... It was here that Eluamous Nailo's spirit had been sent; a land frozen in time, Absolute Zero; a land of neither the living nor the dead; Limbo, per say... Yet the mist moved, and shadowed silhouettes roamed within the mist, hiding from the sights of others... Voices of the past, ghosts of memories, wisdom long forgotten... They lurked within this world, some unable to return, some unwilling to return. Oft called Purgatory, the realm of waiting; the realm of uncertainty... Eluamous did not know this at first, however; and thus wandered, unsure of anything at the moment... Only that he had died and that he now floated in some form of spirit world, far from his body or anywhere he had ever been before, even in the ghost like memories that had eluded his mind all these years. Having fought Paradox the Demon of Hidden Gears, his mind had been electrocuted, for a small moment in time causing his brain to function at one hundred percent capacity; and then when put under a sleep spell; those memories had returned like a stalker in the night, waiting to be unlocked, his death freeing him from the restrictions of mortality, fulling synchronizing those memories into his mind, a completed puzzle to be admired... And here, at the end of all things, he found himself smiling to himself, on the inside at least, for he was finally whole once more... 'So this is... death, the afterlife...' Eluamous Nailo's spirit wandered slowly through the wisp like void; unsure of where to go. Seeking out a quiet spot, which was pretty much the entire area, he sat down and closed his eyes, stretching out his senses to feel the chakra in the area... Unfortunately, his senses were hazy, like peering into a fog as thick as soup. 'This must be a gap between life and death... meaning there's something I've left to do in the world... that is my only theory I can think of... Unless this truly is Hell...' Though Eluamous had imagined Hell as being a place of damned and tortured souls; the silence on its own was terrifying enough; and yet as if answering his call, two figures appeared before him... "Who are you...? Eluamous spoke quietly, unable to see more than shadowy silhouettes of their figures... "Sarutobi Hokage""Nidaime Hokage"The ancient masters of the Fire Kingdom's capital! Why ha they appeared before him, unless.... Hidden Mythology, the land of the Spartans... the memories were whole again; he had not realized it until just now... "The deceased masters of the Fire Nation... it is an honor to meet with you...""This is not the time for idle chatter... You lay suspended in the balance between life and death; and thus your spirit can go either way with simple push of the scales...""You still have much to accomplish, young warrior. Yet in your current state there is much for you to learn still... ""I understand that... but I also know that my abilities are-""Not limited, as you think, only inexperienced. We wish to gift you with knowledge of techniques that will soon assist you in battle...""Do not question how or why; simply accept this gift and give thanks in your heart..."Both of the past Hokages pressed an index finger to Eluamous's forehead and gave a gentle push with their Chakra; knocking Eluamous backwards; a faint wind whirling around him as his spirit body began to fall down towards the Mortal World. "In time, you will grow stronger; young warrior of the Spartans...""When the time comes that your power is insufficient; seek us out once more..."The two voices faded away as Eluamous felt his spirit rebinding to the mortal coils that tied him to his own body... He felt a great weight on his chest, and his heart began to beat once more, his eyes slowly opening, as if having merely been asleep; though his memories told him it had been much, much more... It was dark. It was cold. Yuan found himself sitting on a rock in the middle of a wide open plain. He sat for a second, gazing out on the desolate landscape. It looked like a desert… but unlike the deserts one might find among the living realm, this one was framed by a sky as black as coal and full of dark clouds. There was very little light, but Yuan was able to see as if by torchlight due to his…skill. It took Yuan a moment to stand. He felt unexplainably tired, and found that even standing was noticeably harder. Yuan looked around, searching for some sign of life in the midst of all of the darkness. There was nothing in sight. Yuan began to walk. It was a slow, dull walk, like that of a man just waking up after a ling sleep. Yuan continued to gaze at the horizon in an attempt to see what there was to see in this realm. Then it hit him. His memory seemed to catch up to him. Yuan saw the enemy appear behind him like he was a spectator to his own fight. He saw her scratch his shoulders and knew that the scratch carried with it an infection that could have ended the battle for him had he not been killed when he had. Yuan’s head snapped upwards. That’s right. He had been killed. He could remember the sight of the object flying below his field of vision and the sudden sharp pain, and then… nothing. Yuan thought back a bit more. He remembered landing in the cloud. He remembered using the fire technique to counter the wind technique. Yuan remembered hiding his explosive technique in a wild physical strike, and then trying to defend himself against the piercing technique she had used. What was it called again? Dim Mak? Yuan decided that he would most definitely have to look that one up sometime. That thought raised another thought in Yuan’s mind. Yuan wondered if he would ever be able to return to the real world. Would he ever have a chance to learn the techniques he had been interested in? Yuan began to panic a bit on the inside, something he hadn’t done in a long time. Even when dying, Yuan had been filled with wonder about the fight he had just been a part of and what lye beyond. As he was about to have a small panic attack, Yuan suddenly realized something. Slade. Yes Slade Zetsu, one of Yuan’s oldest friends had been killed by his one-time best friend. Slade had returned. If he could pull it off, then Yuan was certain that he could do it as well. Although, now Yuan felt a little stupid for not having asked Slade more about his experience when he had the chance. Yuan took a moment to catch his breath. He had been walking for a while now, but it felt as though he had been running. Yuan couldn’t help but wonder what the heck it was about being a soul that was so freaking tiring? Yuan had always assumed that spirits were comprised of energy, and that that energy wouldn’t really have a weight. And if he was made of energy, then how the heck was he running out of energy? The wheels in Yuan’s head that had been turning, trying to figure this place out suddenly snapped into place. Yuan was made of energy, and he was loosing energy because he was slowly fading away. Yuan was suddenly all about surviving. Yuan made several hand seals, trying to find some jutsu of his that could contain the energy that he could now feel flowing off of him at a rather disturbing pace. Yuan was beginning to fear for his existence at this point. Yuan’s fear and disturbed state cause him to have a sudden adrenaline rush. Yuan’s energy skyrocketed and for a brief moment, Yuan thought he could feel his body back on earth. So that’s how it was done. Yuan got excited. He thought of the battle taking place without him back down in the snow. He thought about the girl who had killed him and the possibility of a rematch to save his pride. Yuan was not ready to die. And he didn’t plan on doing so. Yuan’s chakra burned around him like fire and Yuan was quickly burned out of the afterlife by his blazing spirit. Yuan felt himself being transferred from the realm of the dead and returned to the world of the living. It was a rather slow process, much to Yuan’s dismay. Yuan noticed that his senses were slowly returning. Yuan felt a little colder than he had back in the realm of the dead. He was aware just barely that he was being carried. As his senses sharpened, Yuan could tell that he was being carried by a man, and that there were several shinobi in the general vicinity. Yuan was still not fully connected with his body though. It was as though he had passed through the doorway between the real world and the world of the dead, but he could not figure out how to close the door. He didn’t understand. Yuan stepped directly into his own body. The pulling feeling coming from the afterlife wasn’t stopping. In fact it was increasing! Yuan was becoming frantic, desperately hoping that he wouldn’t be pulled back. That’s when it clicked. Yuan took a breath. The pulling stopped, the energy settled. Yuan was back in the world of the living.

Yuan slowly opened his eyes. So, he was back here again. He sighed. He was faced with the depressing view of the dark dessert that was the afterlife. The dirt was gray and the sky was black. That seemed to be the summary of this depressing location. Yuan glanced down and saw that again, he was sitting on that odd rock, the only one that seemed to rise above the barren landscape. Yuan slowly rose from the rock and walked around it. After close examination, Yuan found an inscription on the back of the rock. “Abandon all hope ye who enter here.” Yuan couldn’t help but smirk at this. Interesting that someone would carve that into the rock, when Yuan himself had already found a way to return to life after coming here. He stood straight and looked across the world. Yuan was stuck, not quite sure what to do. He knew that he couldn’t stay here to long. If he did, there was a good chance that he would slowly be drained of his chakra until he didn’t have enough to return. Also, so long as he was here, his body was unprotected back on earth. However, Yuan was curious, and wanted to explore this area a bit before returning. Yuan walked forward, moving slowly in this tiring existence. Yuan suddenly had an idea. He remembered how he had returned to the world of the living the last time he had died, and he decided to give something a try. Yuan began thinking about one of his favorite battles and his adrenaline began to flow. Of course here, Yuan didn’t have adrenaline, so it was more like a burst of energy that Yuan was able to channel through himself. Suddenly, Yuan was dashing across the landscape at high speeds. There was danger of course. Yuan could feel the energy that he was burning. It was taking away from his time here. Yuan was running west… or at least in the direction he thought was west. Yuan could see some inconsistencies on the horizon and he thought that they might be buildings. He reached them in record time. It seemed to be some sort of village, but it looked abandoned. Yuan walked through the small collection of buildings, looking for some sort of life. He couldn’t find any clues as to who may have built the houses and halls, but in several walls Yuan could see markings scratched into the stone and wood. He took the time to read some of what the marking said. Most were pleas for rescue or insane rantings, but when Yuan opened one door, he was faced with a full wall of what could only be jutsu. Yuan walked forward, slowly reading the jutsu one-by-one. It was clear that someone had written down these jutsu for safe-keeping. If a shinobi went long enough without using a jutsu, Yuan had heard rumor that one could forget their jutsu. What made Yuan wonder about these jutsu was that there were many that were scratched out or written incorrectly. It was a formula sheet of sorts. Here, some shinobi had used the wall to write out combinations of seals to create new jutsu. The odd thing was, there was dust from the wall on the ground. Yuan wasn’t sure whether there was wind in this world or not, but it made him think that some of these jutsu were newly written on the wall. Yuan immediately turned looking around for some sort of movement or life, but he found nothing. He quickly copied down one of the jutsus he thought he might find useful and quickly made his way out of the village and back to his rock. As Yuan returned, he suddenly heard a cry. It was some sort of call, either of anger or fear, he couldn’t tell, but it sounded like it had come from the village. Yuan quickly began to think of one of his battles and make his energy rise. As he felt his power rising, he saw in the distance some sort of man quickly making its way towards him on the horizon. The being had a longer neck than seemed logical. Yuan closed his eyes and forced his energy higher. He felt himself moving through space or energy or something, and suddenly, he was able to hear battle taking place and the wind blowing across his face. He was back.

:: Eluamous Nailo :: The afterlife, the void between life and death... Again hanging suspended in the balance... Again waiting for some form of redemption to send him back... "In time, you will grow stronger; young warrior of the Spartans..." "When the time comes that your power is insufficient; seek us out once more..." That was what the two Kages had told him... that was what he sought now... the power from those two warriors... His own power was insufficient; unable to properly compete with this new foe... Something beyond his understanding as was the power of Zaman Paradox... Paradox! Perhaps he was one of the few who might have been able to stop this man? No... his powers dealt with time and space, but he'd seen the mark upon Drago... the Orochi power of Mimicry, revealed in the last moments of his presence on the plane... The man could have used his own techniques against him had he so willed it... He'd been toying with Eluamous, making sport of the Spartan... With only a few bone fragments remnant of his body, would it even be possible to be resurrected? 'I need to find an answer... I need to find someone who can help me return to life... I have to find a way to stop that terrorist from destroying any other villages! There has to be something I can... no, damnit, there's no way I can stop him... In what world could a Genin like me ever defeat a Kage?' 'You came to the afterlife seeking answers... you may find such a world, if you so will hard enough, young shinobi...' A serpentine tongue whispered in his ear, something ethereal, and yet when he looked, nothing was there... Reaching on instinct for a blade, Eluamous kept a wary eye about him... Someone, or something, was watching him... Quote: Eluamous Nailo - Word Count Before: 149 + This Post: 301 = New Total: 450

Yuan slowly opened his eyes, already knowing what he would see. He sat upon a rock that seemed to be in the middle of a perfectly flat dessert. The dried and cracked ground was gray, and the sky was black, like coal. Yuan slowly got up and started walking. He was used to this place by now. The temperature, seeming slightly chilly, despite the dessert appearance. The lack of sun, or light for that matter, would probably explain the temperature. Yuan noticed, yet again, that he felt kind of sluggish. Every move he made was slow and a little more difficult than what it should be. That was his energy, slowly draining away. He remembered how the last time he had been here he had actually been able to see his spirit dissipating. The longer he spent here, the more dangerous it became. He had to get done quickly. Yuan was making his way to a set of buildings he knew of. They were just visible on the horizon.
