Ask Guy, Beryl. He's the one who knows what happens to Black Lanterns hit with more than one part of the emotional spectrum.

*approaches Piper with something in his hand, it appears to be a small glass of whiskey*
Drink, Piper. It will settle you.

Thanks, but I'm trying to cut down on using booze as my emotional crutch.

*the violet bubble surrounding the ring jerks it away as Atrocitus vomits at it.*
Not gonna happen, slick. I've been trying to get my hands on one of these bad boys for months, now.
*grabs the ring, sliding it into a pouch on her belt as the bubble dissipates before turning to Piper.*
You didn't kill anyone, Hartley, and you know that. He was dead the second he stepped into the Watchtower that night.

Beryl Hutchinson *Puts her arms up to protect her face for the gore coming her way.*
Wouldn't his body just reform, mate? It shouldn't. Getting hit by two different colored rings SHOULD terminate him for good. Then again, with no central battery, I'd thought there wouldn't be any BLs. So . . . who knows. Maybe the new ones have new rules.

Yeah. I know that. In my mind, at least.
::pulls himself up and brushes off the bits of Wally::
Is any of the gore moving? Any signs of life?

Hartley Rathaway Thanks, but I'm trying to cut down on using booze as my emotional crutch. Perhaps chocolate? *shrugs sheepishly* I keep it personally for battle nerves. *reaches into his cape and pulls out a small piece*

*Atrocitus strides up to Fury, and glowers down at him.* That ring is too dangerous to be left in the hands of a mere human. Especially a human who is too curious for her own good. You would do9 well to destroy it.

*Looks to the gore.* Blimey... Is there even enough left to try with the ray?

Maybe Guy can gather up what's left of....it....with his ring.

Now, perhaps, is not the time.
*places a comforting hand on Piper's shoulder*
Besides, the ray does not heal the dead.

I will enjoy killing you when the ring has claimed you. *Atrocitus turns on his heel and walks away.*
