My Xbox broke.. again.. almost finished with game... dah.
Gah! Same thing happened to me with my GameCube. GameCube has a known problem where the eye that reads the discs sometimes craps out after a few years. You need to go inside the machine with a special tool ordered off of eBay to tighten it.
So, I'm playing Resident Evil 4, I'm at the castle where people are shooting at you with flaming arrows or cannons or whatever it was, and it was like a warzone. I guess it was too intense because it killed my GameCube! gonk
I had to order the tool off of eBay and wait a couple weeks before I could resume the game. Sadly, tightening the eye inside the system is just a temporary fix and you have to keep doing it after several months. Eventually, it may stop working altogether. crying
The system has since crapped out, but I haven't bothered to tighten the eye again. Thankfully, my Wii is able to play the GameCube games. emotion_c8

What's funny is that my Wii broke and my GameCube is in perfect condition. I've had the GameCube since I was in 3rd grade, and I'm a freshman in college now. I have a lot of games for it, too. I've been playing more of my Xbox, though, I've been working on my Mass Effect 3. ALMOST FINISHED. DAH.

Instead of updating guilds they decided to make another evolving item to separate Gaians from their (parents*) cash.
