Not paint, the program's name is Gimp 2.6. Here's the site where you can download it : http://www.gimp.org/
It's completely safe and free, and works like photoshop. :]

Ugh, of course my mom had a block thingy on here that won't let me download anything with out her permission. And I'm at my grandparents until Wednsday.
