It could, but real french people talk fast, so if you don't know a lot of french, you're pretty much going to have to guess what they're saying.

Well, japanese anime has helped me learn japanese O.o....
Im suppose to watch french videos for french class in the language lab but I havent gotten around to it and we
ninja I just heard my mom mention my name to the lady shes on the fone with. AHHH STOP GOSSIPING ABOUT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dunno what she's talkin bout though but she's trying to whisper.
any ways we watched the first part of a french video in class and it wasnt intresting.

Actually Severo you're wrong, I leanred English partly by first talking to my childhood friend who only knew how to speak in English and my native language and by watching TV.

English = My native language
British english = My dad is british, I'm half british, you pick up their way of speaking.
French = Learnt it in French Immersion since Kindergarden
Japanese = Good ole' tv!!!
Old English = Inuyasha and mainly books.

english= first language (had to learn twice)
tagalog= replaced my first language
spanish = class
japanese = yeah tv shows are nice
korean = a little bit
why do alot of white folk want to learn japanese?

English=well im american
French=1st-3rd grade and now college
Spanish=9-11th grade
Ancient Greek= 10th grade
Japanese=anime during highschool

Everyone wants to know Japanese so they can watch origional anime without it being dubbed or subbed.
