Yeah. I was sort of suspicious when people said the original Batman was back around here...we only JUST realized that he's trapped in time. Superman and a few others went back to help him. He's not back.
Since then, there's been Hush, and Darkseid's clones...

But I never talked to this one that popped up here. Piper did, and he seemed to think it was Batman, but he didn't know him like I did.

There shouldn't BE any more Black Lanterns. We beat Nekron. So someTHING is fundamentally wrong with a Black Lantern Batman no matter WHAT level you look at it.

Yeah maybe so, but it doesn't sit right with me. I'm a rationalist. There's a reason for everything. A Black Lantern Batman doesn't just randomly appear and attack. There's a reason BEHIND something like that.
And with all the other strangeness going on, my mind says there's a connection, and the connection is the fact that none of this stuff FITS the way things SHOULD be.
I'd like a shot at this Batman myself.

Well I do know that Piper is now a girl, Lois is a Star Sapphire, Batman died and then came back as a BL. *Counts them off on her fingers.*
What else has happened?
Doesn't seem all that insane to me. *She shrugs.* Then again, I used to date the Joker.

Lois WAS a Star Sapphire. We've also got missing people, stuff vanishing and reappearing, trashed apartments, stolen books and DVDs and friendly but disgusting creatures leading us all around to cryptic hints.
