Serkan Hisame Hidden Blood  Blood God: Crimson Defense Being a shinobi of the Hidden Blood Village, Serkan found that he could do a curious thing, that most Blood Shinobi could not. Serkan found that he could actually manipulate blood to such a degree, as to have it act as an almost instant defense when he becomes wounded by even the slightest scratch. Further more, even though this defense is controlled by Serkan, Serkan can not use it in anyway, that may be formed as an attack. This passive ability allows for his spilt blood to take movement, and work as a defense against incoming attacks. Although the main restriction is that it can not be simply a vast quantity of blood. A small scratch, would only give off so much blood, while a large gaping wound, essentially give up a large volume of his own blood. Surprisingly, what makes this technique extremely dangerous, is the acidic levels within the blood itself. This acid like property allows for the blood to slightly burn the opponent’s skin. Though it does not do much more then that, only burning off a couple layers. Though if the opponent were to injest the blood accidentily, they could be severely wounded. The user’s spilt blood can only be manipulated, at the same distance that the Crimson Aura can be used. Which is an area of 7 feet around Serkan’s form in every direction. ----- Blood God: Infinite Recreation This passive technique allows for Serkan to be able to cast his own body into a liqued state, the type of liqued being that of blood. In order for him to evade or prevent damage from certain attacks. Although there is a base limit for his ability to do so. He can not form himself into blood, in order to dodge close range attacks to which come from within his 7 foot aura limit. Although, any thrown or fired weapon from outside this limit, could just as easily pass through his body, instead of causing damage. Though it will leave the wound, and he will feel the pain for it, it will reform as if he was made out of blood, in order to keep his body clean of injury. The other half of this technique, calls for Serkan’s ability to be able to form himself into the blood itself, in order to move through it and form again around his opponent, or in another pool of blood. Of course, Serkan may not turn and merge with a puddle of blood, and then emerge from a user, for there would not be an ample amount of blood to pull off such a task, in only one wound. Therefore anything that is not an opponent, ally, or other shinobi can be used as a host, for Serkan to emerge out of it’s blood. Shinobi Familiar’s included as the not able to use, rule.

Fuka, Zeru Hidden Rain Zombie Lovestruck Due to the Fuka's ability to rappidly drain chakra through a kiss. Zeru had managed to cause a zombifying effect to those that he has drained the chakra to 100% without killing them. This effect causes for the drained character to become instantly loyal to Zeru's ideals. Also preventing their attempts to physically kill the manipulator. Although they may still attack, they can not end the life of Zeru. This is simply an enslavement ability, as a price for the opponent losing their chakra to Zeru. The main way this is done, is that once the chakra is drained fully from the opponent, Zeru implants his own special chakra into their bodies, in order to keep them healthy. Once this is done, and the chakra is implanted Zeru is able to have them become his minions in a sense. All shinobi of the opposite sex as his current body, would then be counted as a lovestruck kind. Preventing them from doing much of anything that was against his own wishes. Even though they are in a more zombified state then the remainder, they still keep most of their free will. And possibly their souls themselves if given ample time. It is likely that he may discover an opponent who is not centered around aby specific element, which would then prove as a problem for his ability to make them into an ample body of any one element. Due to this problem, he developed a technique that would allow for him to trade techniques of any one element, for techniques of the same element. In such a way, if he needed a Wind Chakra Element body, and he finds one with mostly wind chakra. He can then trade the techniques that are not that specific type of chakra, in, in order to make a body with only wind based chakra. This can be done with any type of chakra element. Though this is only for trading techniques for other techniques. More jutsu can not be learned for alternate bodies.
I am on the fence about this one..have another mod look sweatdrop I guess this is fine.

Teros Ra'am Hidden Soul Wraiths Visage: Teros, being a death swallower, has been called a demonic reaper many times. He found that continually being called this made him want more and more to match these claims. Through years of hard work and secrets of power no one should dare delve into, he has developed himself into a wraith itself. This made Teros' entire body change, he now no longer has flesh or muscles, and is actually just a skeleton, his skin is gone, instead replaced by a wraiths cloak which basically acts as his skin. His only remaining organs are his Heart, and Brain, which are still int he same place they would be. This also made him develop the ability to levitate (NOT FLY) above the ground, removing the use of his legs to walk.  Life's Bane: This is a skill developed specifically to help Teros as a death swallower. This skill when activated causes the very essence of Teros' wraithly form to radiate around him, int he form of a very fine black dust. This dust is fire retardant, and weakens fire attacks that go through it considerably and is so finely ground that wind attacks cannot get rid of it, but a water attack can easily moisten the dust too much to be useful and this skill cant be used when he is wet (since the dust would turn to mud). While active, anyone who is touched by the dust (except for Teros) will start to steadily have their 'soul' drained, after the dust has touched them, if they haven't found a way to rid themselves of it in four posts then the same effect as Spirit Swallow, takes place giving Teros more power (an extra Made Up) Eldritch Wail: This attack is made using the fact that Teros' likes to think of himself as a reaper of souls. This attack is an ear splitting screech that emenates from where Teros' vocal chords would be. Anyone that hears the screech will be greatly disoriented, even falling into a state of half unconsciousness if they are weaker than him, and becoming dizzy, sick to the stomach, and developing a mind numbing headache if they aren't

Hoshiko Gami Hidden Rain ( 15,000 cp ) : Made up : Mystery Bunshin technique : Hoshiko will form a set of hand signs and create four different forms of Bunshin . ( Lightning, fire etc. ) These clones all are identical to Hoshiko in every way . This jutsu will allow for Hoshiko to confuse her enemy not to attack or risk setting off bunshins after effect . Allowing Hoshiko to slip into the mix with little detection . This jutsu is useless against people who have doujutsu or any form of eye technique that can see through clones . This will Allow Ayami to send false sensations to the person's body so intense that it could cripple the shinobi . Due to Ayami's extensive medical talent she has devoloped a multi person , long range healing jutsu . Ayami will form the hand signs needed for the jutsu and expell a number of small eggs from her mouth . These eggs will hatch to reveal small phoenixes . These bird can latch on to Ayami's teammates and allow a direct connection to a teammate and Ayami herself . Where the birds themselves do not hold any healing ability they Allow Ayami to preform a number of medical jutsu with out being close to the teammate,But can only be used in close range combat . The downside to this jutsu is that that if the phoenix is to be detached from the teammate Ayami will lose a connection to that teammate not allowing her to heal that person . This jutsu can only be used on 4 members max and once all the phoenix's are destroyed Ayami can't use this jutsu again till the next battle .

Kaguya, Akai Hidden Sound Cryokinesis This passive technique is the ability to slow molecules to allow for the object of Akai's desire to slow down it's molecules, and reach the point of freezing. Though this is not the full effect. This technqiue actually allows for Akai to have an almost protective area of spread, where his technique may work into effect. The closer someone were to get within, they would feel as though they were slowing down, and freezing over. This being due to the properties of the technique, that would also make them colder and cause frost to cover them a little. The second ability of this technique, it to actually cause most fire based jutsu to slowly become cold. Making their molecules slow and cause them to slowly just either die out, or turn to ice. A decent defensive technique for an Ice and Wind based user like that of Akai. The technique stretches for exactly 16 feet around Akai, and no further. --------- Frozen White Flame This constant technique, is actually that of causing fire techniques, to be used and created into that of a pure white flame, that instead of causing heat, it actually freezes what it touches. Causing burns of frostbite on contact, instead of burns of fire. The amazing thing about this technique, is that it actually goes by all senses of the element of fire. Meaning that water will in fact put it out, and wind could either put it out,or make it stronger. This technique, essentially only allows for any fire element techniques that Akai may learn and use, to be used as this Frozen White Fire. In order to stay with his icy abilities, and yet give him a new branch of techniques to be able to learn. Naturally, this technique does not work, for any fire elements he does not cast himself. So only techniques he uses, allow for them to be created as the Frozen White Flame.

As this seal's power lies within the seal itself, its classification of attack-type are more along the lines of using an item as opposed to a Jutsu.Ummm which hand? that's all I wanna know.

Starting Made-Up
Death: Dead World Enclosure- Naturally, a Death Eater is born from darkness, thus making darkness somewhat of a steroid to them. And once learning to manipulate the powers of darkness, a Death Eater becomes somewhat special. By harnessing the power of darkness, the user can create an alternative environment within a biosphere almost instantaneously with them snapping, clapping, stomping, etc.. Those that are within shall remain within, and those that are out remain out. Within this barrier it simply total darkness(like looking at the back of your eyelids.) Everything has a white outline around it, except extranious detail. Light does not exist in the barrier, meaning no flame, ray(of light), explosion, etc. can create any light within. And because there is no light within the biosphere, everything is dead,(everything is black stone.because there is no light. No light=death)thus making survival for any being, except Death Eaters or Death Swallowers, harsh. Anyone, who is not Death Eater or Death Swallower, will slowly lose chakra within the barrier until they are completely drained.(Within 10 Post) The only way for this technique to cease is for the victim to cover more than half of the biosphere with white. All damage is still applied within the barrier. Only members of the Hidden Soul village can see clearly within the barrier(if they choose)

Zetsu, Slade Hidden Grass Kingblade Gauntlet This gauntlet, invented at the same time that Slade was inventing a way to alter his form, was created to be the perfect accessory to him. It had his own cells and genetic structure placed into it, in order to have it become almost another part of himself. Though it does not bleed, or anything, it is almost alive. The main function of the weapon, is to have a large blade flip out from it's armored form, in order to be the main weapon. The armored part, stretches up the arm, and is perfectly fold able as if it were actually his arm itself. When the blade folds back, it can reveal a clawed gauntlet of a hand that still allows for easy mobility. The entire thing, is somehow almost completely phase able by Slade's black thorn based weaponry. As well as the leather like armored suit that came with it. The gauntlet's blade, when folded back appears to vanish without a trace, making it easily hidden, and appear only like an armor on his arm. The force to which the blade can whip out, is of a decent speed and caliber, making it hard to block if used up close. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Communion with Nature An ability that allows for Slade to be able to communicate at a telepathic level, with any and all plants in the area. Be they summoned or otherwise. Due to Slade being part plant himself, this allows for him to gather information swiftly, on an opponent's whereabouts in order to keep a constant watch on those shinobi that may be around him. Thus meaning he has a constant connection with plants and other things. Although he can draw his mind away from them at will. The problem with having his mind constantly connected with the plants that are around him, is that if one were to be suddenly hurt while he was listening to what they had to say, about his opponent's movements. He would feel the pain as if he were the tree or plant being hurt. Naturally, only the larger plants, like trees give this effect. Or large bushes. F3$R T3H BU5H35!!!!!!!

Ayami Uchiha Hidden leaf
Illusion tomoe : fatal swordplay Using the power of the Mangekyou sharingan Ayami traps her enemy in a illusion by confusing them with random question . Once the illusion begins the enemy will mounted on a wall bounded by chains . A illusion of Ayami would appear and with her kasaimune start to cut them in certain spots through out body . She does this to case massive muscle spasms using her medical knowledge causing severe pain . The downside of this jutsu is that not only does it cost Ayami 25% of her chakra after the effects of the jutsu Ayami's vision becomes distorted for 4 turns .
Ninjutsu tomoe : nenshou gyoushi With the power of the mangekyou sharingan Ayami as the ability to Burn a enemy just by focusing her eye on a area of her body . the only her gaze stays focused on that area the skin and flesh will be burned deep into the body leaving a mark of the sharingan . The downside to this jutsu is that if the enemy is not still this jutsu can not be fatal . It also drains Ayami of 25 % of her chakra and distorts her vision for 4 turns .
Taijutsu tomoe : mimicking mirror technigue With the power of the mangekyou Sharingan Ayami has the ability mimic her enemy's Physical moves . As well as ninjutsu as long as she knows the jutsu . Since she is mimicking the enemies moves she will be aware of all there movements making it hard to surprise attack here . The downside to this jutsu is that is drains Ayami of 45% of her chakra and distorts her vision for 5 turns .

*have to change starting made-up for Demon* Demon Kazeka (Demon Series) Starting Made-up: Battle Mode ------------------ When Demon was altered into what he is now his body had to be changed. The highly dense amount of chakra which used to lay within his body dormant now flows freely without his organic make-up getting in the way of his power. He has two separate modes. Force mode or normal. When he is in his civil state Demon looks like a normal and ordinary human. In force mod his hits are stronger and his body becomes more durable. He moves with grace, combining the taijutsu he has mastered into his own force style. This change simply shifts Demon from civilian mode into battle mod, unlocking the locked forced power which lies within his body. This lasts for the duration of the battle, if Demon is forced back into his civilain form then he cannot change into his battle mode. It must recharge.

Hidden Mythology --> Spartan
Amulet of Mana- Eluamous passively keeps this amulet within his gauntlet, allowing him to store energy per post for use at a later date. The bottle will gain an amount of energy equal to his words in a post x5 with every post his makes; and this amulet will slowly build its charge as Eluamous roleplays. During battle, Eluamous can permanently remove energy from this Amulet in order to restore his own CPS consumed during the fight. He can only recover up to 50% of his Max CPS during a battle.
The amulet is a all at once use type of thing or no go. You can't just pull out the necessary using the amulet will have to drain it completely.
Dragoon's Jump- An ability learned by studying the Dragoons within the World Hidden in Fantasy; a fellow race of lance-wielders. Using a powerful burst of leg strength, Eluamous leaps one-hundred feet into the air; and out of the battlefield. Hovering in the air for the duration of the entire turn; Eluamous will remain invulnerable to damage during this period of time. At the beginning of his next turn; Eluamous slams down into his opponent; unleashing a powerful burst of strength within their attack against a single opponent; often shattering armor; or the opponent's body [if the opponent were made of stone: IE- Clay Minions or a Stone Golem]
Kain Harvey
Hidden Soul --> Death Eater
Blood-Bather- Kain possess a unique ability that focuses on adrenaline and the boiling blood in battle. Therefore, the longer a battle extends; the stronger he becomes. For every 2 turns in battle, Kain's muscles begin to bulk up, increasing strength and speed for the duration of the battle each time this happens. This can happen a maximum of ten times. [20 turns to reach max]
 bit strong for a new character
Boon- Kain can use this ability in tune with any willing Allies. Once connected, the users are able to combine their mana pools in order to launch powerful attacks neither would normally be capable of. However, as this is a double-sided effect; if the combined mana pool reaches Zero, all users involved will faint.
I was under the impression that these characters were inelligible for the new season bonus so I'm not sure where you got the extra two slots.
Soul-Eater- A powerful attack which slowly devours Kain's lifeforce in order to use. Consuming a portion of his lifeforce, Kain slashes the air and the entire slash-line will travel outwards at a near-instantaneous speed. The slash-line will slash the first thing within its area. [Say a tree was in the way: the tree would be slashed by an area of the slash line; but the part of the slash line that didn't hit the tree would continue on until it hit something else]
However, due to the nature of this technique; Kain may only initiate his Soul-Eater for one attack per 2000 points in his Chakra Pool before his soul is devoured by the darkness; thus killing him. I'm asuming it from how you wrote it, it isn't gunna chop a person in half, just give them a slash wound like a sword.
