I told you why we rejected your idea. It was because it still maintained Captains and the 'Tower of Power' approach to RPing. We are trying to move away from this because it stops certain individuals who never managed to achieve a high enough rank from ever moving anywhere in either terms of power or how their character is affected by global events.
Haseo I am going to make it perfectly clear to you that we want you to give ideas but you also have to understand what we're trying to achieve. We've opened member suggestion forums and implemented a system whereby members get a say on changes because we want feedback. Furthermore we're shifting the focus of the RP off of crew members onto members like you and especially people who have never been crew and thus never had a chance to get into the higher levels.
So bare with us. It's great you want to suggest things. I like the enthusiasm but you must be aware that we've also got a bigger picture in mind and we'd like for you to work with us rather than against us.
