{Leon : Angel Grove : Streets}
Leon had stayed well out of the way as Kyla and Amy's drive occurred and the fight reached it's conclusion. He was in no real shape to keep fighting for now anyway. He had hoped that their attempts would have been able to save Axel, Beatrix and Yuffie. However, it seemed that was not to be the case, as soon as Kyla's barrier went down the three of them vanished, leaving them on the destroyed street to plot out their next move. He watched in silence as some of them spent that time berating themselves for not doing better. One thing was certain though, their place of refuge was no longer safe... there was nothing left to gain by staying here. He brought his gunblade to rest against his shoulder as he made his way over toward the group.
"Their minds are being controlled... in a way that is very strong, probably the only way to free them is to get rid of the source. We should go after them, especially since it is as Seymour said, the King's last known location." Leon said, hopefully finalizing the decision.
He wasn't sure what the kids considered their objective anymore, but for him, it had been and always would be to find the King. He didn't need to say anything more on the matter, nor did he care what method of transport they decided to use.

[ Kyle : Caribbean : Pearl's Lower Decks ]
"Well... his eye is still there, but the poison from Jenny's replica all but completely ruined it," he explained, scratching the back of his head out of saddened frustration. "Damage wise? He's completely fine, though with only one working eye. The poison's still in his system, but now that our magic's back, his body should be up to par with fighting it off, so it should be out of his system in a matter of minutes..."
"They pretty much had us at their mercy- with as much as some of our teammates kept taunting them," he said, coughing somewhat as if frustrated merely at the topic. "-we're lucky we all got out alive. As of now, we've outrun Davy Jones and the Replicas and we're safely on our way to our next destination. The crew of the Pearl turned out to be fine, so now we just... pass the time."

[Carribean Sea ~ The Flying Dutchman ~ Captain's Quarters]
Elleon was playing chopsticks on the organ as Ajora came in, the music making such a somber and serious instrument sound ridiculous. She found it amusing. It would probably piss off squid-face, but all the better. With a grin, the Replica looked over her shoulder at her counterpart before swivelling her bottom on the organ bench to face him.
"Wipe that silly smile off your face before it sticks there." Elleon said, crossing her legs, "Now, do you have a moment or are you going to go running out on me again?"
[Carribean Sea ~ The Black Pearl ~ Crow's Nest]
Noelle frowned. She was being completely serious and Jacob just brushed it off like it was nothing. It made her angry. They didn't need another one of them incapacitated, or brainwashed like James, or stuck in stasis like Rae, or . . . dead. The agromancer hoped to talk him out of it, but it didn't seem like Jacob was going to change his approach. With a frustrated growl, she crossed her arms over her chest and turned her back on Jacob.
"Yeah," she spat over her shoulder, "You'd better get down before I push you."

[ Ajora : Caribbean : Captain's Quarters ]
"I think I can squeeze you in," he responded with a chortle, his cheerful demeanor not missing a beat under her criticism as he strolled forward, past James, who simply stood near the wall, staring lifelessly forward. "What gives, Elly dearest? Too boring over in Hawaii? Figured you could use a little sun."
[ Lettie : Skies ]
Even with Laan's hyper-sensitive nose, he would not have smelled a scent from the woman approaching him and his flying dragon. The smell of the Unversed she was riding, however, was likely clear as daylight to the doppelganger. She was flying in from the direction he'd come from, as if trying to catch up.
The Unversed being ridden was faintly reminiscent of a great eagle; it's color scheme, however, was mostly gray, almost black, mixed with shades of crimson here and there; its wings were not feathered, but more solid, as one might expect an Unversed or similar beast. It's eyes were slanted toward the center of its face, clearly 'angry'.
The woman who rode it was dressed in crimson shades, with a long skirt (she side-straddled the Unversed) and sleeveless, turtleneck top that revealed her toned midriff. She was adorned with jewelry, with golden bracelets and crimson earrings. Her hair was blond and long, straightened and parted to one side, with crimson eyes.
She seemed mostly quiet as she neared, hoping to keep this peaceful; she even went so far as to hold up her hands in peace. "Quite the weather for a fly, no?"

[The Flying Dutchman ~ Captain's Quarters]
"Man, could I." Elleon laughed, poking at her stomach. "Look, I'm practically glowing! I would have been naked in the sand in a heartbeat if I weren't so bothered."
The blonde stood, ignoring James's presence and poking around the other things in Jones's quarters. Everything was slimy or grungy, which wasn't surprising, considering. Elleon offhandedly coughed and looked back at Ajora, "It seems like I'm out of the loop. Gone for a night and what happens? A few little extras show up with a strange devotion to certain individuals. Take Azrael's boy toy for example. So what nonsense happened within those nine hours? I got you what you wanted, it doesn't seem quite fair that I wasn't filled in."

[Laan .:. Skies]
The deathknight kept his eyes straight ahead as Lettie approached, almost ignoring her as he continued to take in the scenery. It was a good feeling being back on the outside. To not be imprisoned in someone's mind.
After an awkwardly long minute, Laan finally turned his attention to Lettie. He looked almost confused as he raised an eyebrow at the humanoid Unversed before saying, "You can put your hands down. You mistake me for a hot-headed fool who would sooner attack than question." Laan turned his attention back towards the skies ahead of him as he crossed his arms. "You're an ally to Ajora, correct?"

[[Louis : Caribbean Sea : Black Pearl - Below Deck]]
Louis looked surprised, sympathy written across his face that spoke volumes in itself. He looked to the side out the door of the small, secluded space, "Still, poison isn't something to take lightly. We should make sure Joe rests plenty before he starts moving around, magic or not. He's a stubborn a**... but one way or another if he pushes himself too hard with poison in his system... his body will catch up with him and he'll end up worse off than before."
Louis dug his heal into the floor with frustration for a second before continuing, "James' situation is surprising... to put it lightly. Why him?" Louis crossed his arms across his chest and let his head rest against the wall ad sighed. Overall, Louis looked relaxed, but that was only because he didn't quite feel confident in walking around, "How's Dawn taking it?" He finally asked, "Those two were close. I imagine this is hitting her pretty hard."

[ WARNING: THE FOLLOWING POST MAY BE CONSIDERED SPOILER HEAVY FOR BIRTH BY SLEEP. ][ Ajora : Caribbean : Captain's Quarters ]
"Ah, well, you left to do your own thing just before I made the discovery, actually- it was quite the surprise," he explained, chuckling once again while remaining in his position. He watched her poke around the quarters, a look of amusement on his face.
"See, it all has to do with those pesky emotions. Considering what we are, it takes quite a bit for us not to just give in to our impulses and rip everything around us apart, no?" he asked, lifting a hand as if simply to make the motion. "Or whatever your poison happens to be. We have to repress those urges to just give in, lest we lose control."
"But~ There is another way! One far more useful!" he said, smiling genuinely as Darkness seemed to coagulate behind him. It looked almost like a portal, but had minute differences- unlike a portal, which at least looked like an opening, this merely looked like a swelling, coagulating mass of Darkness. "Instead of suppressing those rampant, fledgling emotions- we let them out! Manifest them!"
Suddenly, creatures of all shapes and sizes began to spawn from the mass of Darkness: Floods, Scrappers, Bruisers, and even some Vile Phials. They each appeared at Ajora's side, crawling slowly before coming to a halt (though the Floods, being as hyper as they were, remained in constant, twitching motion).
"They are called Unversed. The one you saw with Azrael is what one might call the peak of their strength- taking our most powerful emotions and giving them their monstrous forms. The human-appearance was my doing, however," he explained, grinning as the Unversed began to scatter, likely off to cause trouble elsewhere. "Considering their based in Darkness, it's pretty simple to manipulate their physical forms, if they have enough potential strength."[ END SPOILERS ][ Lettie : Skies ]The assassin smiled, putting her hands down as he said, chuckling slightly under her breath, though it was likely unheard due to the wind currents they were passing through. "To the point, I see. Yes, I come as his messenger- there was a pretty interesting fluctuation, and he asked me to check into it, and here I am. And you... are the spawn of the ronin, yes? Though, 'spawn' sounds too... degrading."

[Laan .:. Skies]
"As unglamorous as the word it, it is an accurate one to describe all of us born of darkness. I was spawned by Cory, and it is not something I am ashamed of. We cannot change how we were created, only what we intend to do with the creation that is ourselves." Laan looked over at Lettie, his face almost blank as he said, "I am flattered that my rebirth caused a powerful enough ripple to catch that Replica's attention, though. No doubt he already has plans involving me, despite having only existed in this world for less than an hour. So humor me: what does Ajora's messenger have to offer the spawn of everyone's least favorite X factor?"

Jacob ll Crow's Nest
Jacob scootched his butt forwards and balanced on the edge. "I'm sorry. I know that I must come off as a stupid jerk, but I do think about everything I do." He sighed and with a thud, plopped down right behind Noelle. "I just. I'm frustrated because I want to help. I want to be out there now. I don't want Ajora or the replicas to find allies, just as we're trying to do. I just..." He leaned forwards and rested his head on her back. "I just want to help." He gently wrapped his arms around her waist and nuzzled her back.I knew it. You do like her. It's ******** cold up here. And she's warm. Also, just because I barely know her doesn't mean we hug and snuggle. That's actually how I met half my friends in high school...I miss the rape corner...Sure. Whatever. I'm in your head. I know what you're up to...you can be honest. Jerkface.

[Cloud : Angel Grove : Church Area]
Leon . . .
Cloud stopped just short of where Demyx was standing, his unhurried approach silent enough to have gone unnoticed by the Nobody, and maybe startling him. As for Cloud himself, his thoughts were not concerned with Demyx in the slightest, not as they would be with Axel; he gave the Nobody very little consideration. He was more concerned with what Leon had said... and the manner that he had said it.
[Amy]
Amy smiled widely. "Well. I want to see Alan hotwire a car." She seemed pretty amused with the idea. (<- short)

[The Flying Dutchman ~ Captain's Quarters]
Elleon watched Ajora, a small smile on her face as she rubbed her jawline in contemplation. "If only I had known about this earlier, I wouldn't have had to go through so much trouble to . . ."
The dark terramancer didn't finish her sentence, turning and going back to her seat on the organ bench. "So, this all seems simple enough. Only I don't really get why only you can give them a human form. Why would it not work if I tried? Not that I'm complaining, I don't really give a damn what they look like, a human form would just be convenient."
[The Black Pearl ~ Crow's Nest]
'Human, this kid is weird, I suggest you distance yourself.' Oh, come on Titan. So he likes physical contact? That's just how some people connect with others, it's not a bad thing. 'Human, you're too nice for your own good.' Oh shush, you're too MEAN for your own good.
The small blonde sighed and kept her arms crossed, looking down at her feet. She needed to convince him not to go around getting himself killed every opportunity he had--it seemed like that was the path he was on for the moment.
"You can help," Noelle began, looking over her shoulder slightly, "by not throwing yourself at the enemy first chance you have and getting killed. We've already suffered losses, we don't need any more. It's hard enough as it is dealing with those, we don't need any more on our plate. There will be other ways, other chances to weaken the Replicas. Even if we haven't found them yet. We just have to be patient. The more they attack us, the more we learn to defend and gain insight. Even if they do find allies, their bonds won't be strong. Their ties will be filled with distrust and loathing, because that's all the Replicas are, and they will go awry and crumble . . . So just . . . just don't think that the only way to help is to go off and fight right away. Give things some time. We want you to stick around. We need all the help we can get."

[ Ajora : Caribbean : Captain's Quarters ]
"Thinkin' is has to do with Kingdom Hearts logic or something. We can give them form, but since they're not living things, they have to look bestial," he said, rubbing his chin in thought as he pondered it himself; he broke the 'fourth wall' as if it were nothing. "I mean, I've tried making them humanoid normally, but it just doesn't work- they keep popping out monstrous."
"However, since they are quite literally just manifest negativity, ala Darkness, we can mold them and shape them after the fact--it just takes a bit of effort," he said, grinning as he shrugged his shoulders and put his hands back in his pockets.
[ Lettie : Skies ]
Lettie merely remained smiling as Laan spoke, catching every word. Yes, very interesting, indeed. "Merely brotherhood. Joining a fraternity of similar people... birds of a feather Flock together, if you will."
"Of course, being a part of said coalition does give some advantages- resources and information being the two key perks," she said, now turning to face forward as her Unversed hawk continued gliding alongside the Dragon Unversed.

{Kyle : Angel Grove: City Streets}
Alan can hotwire cars? That's...a rather useful skill. Rather convenient at this moment in time too. Turning his head to face the volcano, he wondered just what they would find on the other side. More battles? He could deal with those. It was the other things that he didn't want to see. He was afraid that they would cross that volcano and find nothing but death. In Kingdom Hearts, everyone just kinda faded away. But would it happen in this meshed up world as well? Maybe that's why the hadn't seen any bodies so far. They just disappeared....
"So, seeing as how we seem to have chosen driving stolen cars as our main method of travel, how many of us can drive? Silly question, but I'd like to be semi-safe. Also, what is our riding order going to be?" He really did not want to get stuck in a car with Leon and Cloud. What would they talk about for the drive?

[ Seymour : Angel Grove : City Streets ]
"While I do despise the thought of relying on the Corridors of Darkness, do we really have time to waste on travel?" Seymour asked, curious as to what a 'car' ran on, anyway. Magic? Still, the group needed focus. "If what you're telling me is true, then Alpha said the village is under attack presently. Spending time 'hotwiring' a car, driving through the city just to get to the volcano, and then finding a path around the volcano... by the time we arrive, it could be naught but rubble, no?"
