...I think last month's collectibles are the only ones I've bought with my own money, like, ever.
I usually don't like any of them enough to shell out the cash...

I've stopped buying collectibles. They don't fetch me much profit, and I like EIs more.
There aren't many EIs that I currently care about though.
Only Fremere's Guard, and the Journal.

I agree with only really caring about the Journal...
But I'm rather partial to the Pearl more than the Guard, myself...
Totally not because I plan to take advantage of its deflation to buy a lot before the next evo and possible price spike.
If it goes for about 50K now, and I estimate it to end at 80-90K...

I had a pearl, didn't like it. The colors first of all. and just.. I dunno. I would've never used it.

Yeah...I remember you wearing one before...
I find myself using at least one or two poses per evo.
Though, really, that's the way it is with most EI's, for me.
I think most of it really is a "girl's" item, with all the jewelry and stuff...

Let's see...my favorites...
First evo: crown and necklace
Second: Coral anklets/armlets...I'd have liked the skirt if the cut wasn't so awkward...
Third: YOU ARE A JELLYFISH, HANDS DOWN.
Fourth: Pearl earrings, scallop cape, pearl in hand
Fifth: shell necklace (currently wearing), and blue cape thing
...well, everyone has different tastes. Like in clutter. I hate clutter, but my best friend loves it.
