[12 hours later from Hiddo's last post XD]
Mariel continued her search throughout the ship. 'That was close... Good thing that guy didn't follow or attack me.' She stepped into a room where Nina was sleeping on the couch. Mariel almost squealed. She tip-toed over and looked through her coat and pockets. 'Nothing... no wallet, no papers... damn...' So she left the sleeping Nina for now.
Then she walked into the infermary and saw a man laying on the bed. He looked very sad because he was the only one in the room. No windows to look out of, no magazines to read. He must have been awfully lonely and bored. She let her disguise slip as she walked into the room and up to his bed. "What's with the long face, cowboy?" she said to him in a playful tone. She wasn't really worried about revealing herself to him. It's not like he could get up to sound an alarm.

Vexis immediately stopped in her tracks, staring up at the sky blankly. Her eyes fixated on the waves of crimson and golden energy, though she did not seem in the least bit curious -she knew to some degree what that was. '...A Novias portal? But who...who could use that kind of power?'
Shade just ignored Vexis as she stayed put, he continued on down the trail, fully aware of what she was staring at. 'Armagedas must be going back to it's home world...but I thought Victor wiped it's memory...?' "Vexis, lets go already..."

Layla and Armagedas were both submerged in the crimson light, the red light helped them ascend into the sky. A big, red orb of energy formed itself around the two just before they disappeared into the abyss of the crimson portal. Once inside, everything just seemed to fly by, the simple blink of an eye could make you miss the sight of hundreds of planets you pass by. Outside of the orb was one large tunnel of streams of bright golden energy, the Novias stream. Layla watched in amazement as all this was happening, this kind of thing was only heard of in stories, normally. Armagedas just stood still, calm as ever. And then, Layla looked back almost incredulously at what they just passed by, a large ship of some sort...the Atlantis to be exact. But by the time she saw it, the ship was only a little dot from this distance. '...So close, but yet, worlds apart...'

A doctor walked into the infirmary, past Mariel to look at Blake. "Hello. I'm Dr. Butt Pirate. I'll be your physician today." He lifted up the sheets and looked over Blake's wounds. "Hmm, yes. You're recovering nicely but I believe a skin graph is nessisary. I'll make preperations immediately for surgery... In the mean time, take these pills four times a day for two weeks or until an O.R. is available to you." The doctor chucked Blake a bottle of Valium and walked out.
Mariel looked at the doctor as he left then baack at Blake. "Is he always pantsless?"

Matt dropped his stance, muscles relaxing and weapons already lowered. After a minute, he walked over and squatted next to Kryxel. "Hey - Kryxel? Dude, you okay...?"
Then, as if in second thought, Matt gently put his staff between him and the neko. Element of surprise and all that, Matt groggily thought as he continued examining the neko. Matt had no idea how to check vitals - especially on an alien.
At first Blake had stared blankly at Mariel, then assumed an expression of repulsion and distaste as the pant-less doctor had walked in.
Then a chuckle. "I've never even met that guy, to be honest," Blake replied. Then with a stretch of his arms, and a yawn, he responded to Mariel's earlier question.
"I'm not sad. Just bored, Susan Storm, the Invisible Girl. What's a pretty thing like yourself doing wandering our halls unannounced?"

Maggie trudged along after Gunther, still silently contemplating things in her own mind. Her brows were pursed, her eyes set in a steely gaze as she stared at nothing in particular.
The snow still held no adverse effect on her, but eventually her movements slowed, and she became sluggish. Her determined expression faded, and she wobbled slightly as she continued on.
She was unaware of the venom that had been secreted into her earlier, in the battle. Nor was it known how the toxic liquid would affect her. She was obviously more immune to it than humans or, say, Vexis, but it couldn't have been good for her, either.
The lethality of the substance was of importance, though also was yet to be determined.
"G-g-gunther?" She asked after some time. "M-m-maybe I should be g-g-given an antitoxin for the b-b-bite?"
Although she didn't know it herself, her species' body was prone to chemical exposure damage - meaning that she was susceptible to even the tiniest amount of toxic substance, until she received immunity or otherwise built up the necessary antivenins to counteract poisonous chemicals or bacteria.
Her body - all Eseptians' bodies - was strong, so it wouldn't fade as quickly as a human body, but the situation was much more severe for her than for any ordinary human.

"Dead," Matt pronounced with mock-seriousness.
