I made a beline for Aurora, I got there as fast as I could seeing the baby next to her. I hugged her and the baby, "I'm so sorry, I'm a horrible grandma" I said looking at him, "He's so cute, did you name him Dayan like you said you would?" I asked as tears welled up in my eyes

In another new Victorian-cut dress, Valaryia made her way into the kitchen. She was exhausted. Grabbing a glass of blood, she waved dismissively to the others around her. "Hello," she mumbled, sounding dead. She headed for the back and made her way into the garden, where she promptly collasped into a pile of limbs arranged in a sitting position. She stared blankly off into the distance.

Shadow and Neferata conversed within each others minds. 'Do you think Nagash you do that? Create a spell that worked when read both ways. one way to increase the spead and another to reverse?' Shadow said to neferata.
'The real question is why wouldn't he do something like that.' said Neferata.
'Good point' said Shadow as he tried to think of where he would find a mirror in the mansion.
'Excuse me for a moment Shadow' Neferata said to him as she walked out the back.

Valaryia, her eyes full of moisture, looked down at her blood. It smelled funny. Not bad, but strangely familiar. She wondered if it was possible to have deja-vu with smell, because that's sure what it felt like. She took a sip of it. It was fine, but something about it was horribly wrong. Valaryia put it down on the grass, manipulating each side of the cup until it was in perfect standing position.
Valaryia sighed. She'd only be gone a day, she decided. Any more anxious nightmares and she might as well kill herself. But she needed to see her family again, now that she knew she could control her bloodlust. And she needed to find out how to do some charity work at the hospital. Valaryia smiled. No more crappy gigs more money anymore. She could perform wherever she wanted.

Neferata walked up behind Valaryia and stoped a few feet away. She wondered if she should bother her right now. 'She seems preocupied, maybe I should get back to Shadow' she thought as she watched Valaryia from a distance.
Shadow Kicked himself trying to think where he would find a mirror in the mansion. He had never needed to use one before or ever noticed one really.
