Thoughts:
Push-blades are fun, though they are not swords.
Swords don't have ammunition. They do tucker you out (if the sword is the size that Athan and Vincent like to employ), and they can be stolen. Smaller "swords" (rapiers, katanas, the like) are very akin to the same amount of force as swinging a golf club (in my opinion).
I have never watched YYH and as such can't defend or attack it, though I think the idea behind using hand seals or whatever the hell is absolutely stupid (of course not understanding the logistics of it).
Finally: Cocks are loud.

The Haelstrom Fist ..If you go "huhuh sword got infinite ammo LOL" - you have to swing the weapon [with the exception of a time I killed someone in the GTB I by just holding my sword out and the guy ran straight into the sword/killed himself, good times] - that leaves the hand grasping it less versatile in its actions, and it takes stamina out of you with running about swinging it around like a deranged baseball player, besides the fact the weapon can be damaged or deformed, or even taken from you.
