flamethrower: power: 95. acc: 100 has a 10% chance of burning the target.

The reason I asked is because I was wondering if Flamethrower might be a good replacement for Flare Blitz. I know the Flare Blitz is stronger than Flamethrower, but it also does recoil damage. Unless I give leftovers to Infernape to recovered the hp he lost. Good idea?
