xhel slowly got up as cyrus came to a halt. she created two orbs of psycic energy at her fists as she got ready fo another attack.

Shadow slowly walks into the city as she loks around to make sure her father wasn't near. She just kept walking.

Cyrus slowly turned around. At the same time the black marks on his face shrank into non-excistence and his eyes turned back from the pupil out. And then his teeth and claws grew back into their original form and he fell down to his knees, a look of shock on his face.

"I...I could see you...but I couldn't stop..." he managed to breathe out quietly and then slumped down to the ground in a state of unconsciousness((sp?)).

Shadow sees her mother. She runs over and also sees her father. She takes a few steps backwards.

Cyrus' eyes slowly fluttered open. He saw Xhel and Shadow and then his eyes opened wide. He squirmed out of Xhel's grasp and crawled backwards away from them. "I'm... sorry..." he says and then flies away.

Entering the city from across town, a shadowed figure walks along the sidewalk. Minding her own, she crosses her arms over her chest. Strolling with her head lowered, it finally becomes apparent that the slender figure is a girl. As she begins walking beneath streetlights, her face can be recognized; Fate. Hearing nothing but the breath in her lips and the click of her heels, Fate traversed to the more neon side of the city. Taking her eyes from the ground, she studied her position. A bar seemed like a nice fix. A few passed by and stared. But..maybe I'll go into one of ours.
