Don't know. There might be a password reset subroutine in there. It doesn't make sense for it to shut down when a download is attempted, so it might very well have set a new password. If your ring can talk to it, maybe we can access the data directly without jumping through the stupid hoops. I have the damn thing Frankensteined here. It can't overload and it can't shut down.
I am going to have to talk to a real hacker, though, because I'm dying to know if this serial number is Lextech or Starktech.
