Her shield still remained around her, but it would only absorb so much damage before it would fade away, much like Unisha and Phoenix's holy shields. Raising her hands, water began to appear and flow around her, soon this would turn into one massive wave which she controlled with a few gestures of her hands. Throwing them out ahead of her suddenly, the wave of sea water rushed ahead into his direction, hoping that it would put out his attack, as well as the flaming tree's that caught fire! "We will see about that! I've survived many dangerous and deadly things, I don't intend to lose to you!" Meanwhile, another power of hers was starting to activate. Many crystal spheres suddenly began to appear at first as small orbs of water, until they materialized into razor sharp crystal. They began to circle around her body, before suddenly shooting out like a rain of tiny shards all aiming for there target, the dragon and the boy.

 Saphir  Azura would then lose sight of the older teen, as another appeared in front of her, this being her son as he stood protectively in front of his mother. Like he would just stand by while he suddenly got the sense something was going down and his mother of course, seemed to be involved. "You get out of here. I will deal with him, just go back to Dad..He's at Aerith's.." He said to her, keeping his voice low enough for only her to hear as he summoned the Death-scythe to his hand.
Of course, Azura didn't leave. Like she would! He was far younger then her, he may of been a powerful teen too, but, she was just as protective to him as she was the girls. "Ugh...You're a pain..Why don't you ever leave?? Let me deal with him alone! "

 Calico had drawn a pretty descent crowd. The musician had a look of anger now. How would she finish it of though...? She strapped the amp back onto her back and took out a headset from her pocket, placing it neatly on her head so she could plan her next move. "Testing, 1, 2..." Perfect. Now she could move freely and her voice would be amplified. All she needed to do was sing her absolute favorite and the crowd would go wild.

 "You should both leave." Another voice came from behind them, as a teenage boy with blue hair and blue eyes stepped forward to stand in front of them both, though Azura, not knowing the boy previously, who happened to be another future child of hers and Leander, would notice his right arm was missing! He only had his left arm, whatever happened to the other one, unless they were from the future as well one could only guess. He motioned with his single arm for them to go. "Go, I'll handle this." He said, then summoning his sword to his hand. If this person was going to attack his family, he could care less if he used to be good, to him he was an enemy.

Saphir Safir remained in front of Azura,despite her attempts to do the same thing to him until she had to give up trying! They both wanted to protect one another. And Safir, he was always protective of his family.Then came another voice, a familiar one at that. For only a moment he turned to liik to his brother, sighing heavily. Damnit! Why did he have to be here? He never liked seeing him even try to fight, seeing as his...handicap wouldn't make him one of the best fighters out there,at least he thought so."How about, YOU leave here right this minute. You aren't fighting anyone. "

"Silence." Ike countered to his brother. "I may have one arm, but that only makes my other one stronger." He said, he may only have one arm, but he was still very skilled. Enough so to keep up with some of the best swordsman in Avalanche, after all there were plenty of people who wielded a sword using only one hand, he was different because he had do because he was missing the other one, but still. In his eyes he was no different, and he really found it wrong when anyone discriminated against him in any field just because he was short one arm. "Now take mother and go, if my senses are correct father is on his way here now. Just take her and go to Zack and Aerith's house." Even though Azura was rather skilled with that trident, he still was rather overprotective of her and the rest of his family and friends!

Before Safir was given a chance to answer his apparent brother, which, seemed not to surprise her by now! Though she did have questions about his missing arm, she wouldn't ask. It was just...rude to ask such a thing, and right now it wasn't the best time to be asking questions. She spoke up suddenly."No..If you are another future son, then you know the powers of the Trident and you know I won't lose easily to this one. I am -trying- not to kill him. His mind must of been taken over by something. Rubicante was a good young boy, he would never harm anyone...though..I wonder..."
Azura looked back up to Rubicante and his dragon..."Rubicante...You speak of taking over everything, Just what do you intend to do about you're family? You're little sister?? Would you bring harm to Midori, Rydia and Edge? "
Safir sighed, once Azura made up her mind, there was no really changing it! "She won't be going anywhere...And nether will I. " He would -not- leave him there alone, and he wouldn't run from a battle.

The reason I grown up Rubicane smirked at the many to appear, all seemed to be spawns of the mermaid, he looked to them and chuckled "you as a group can attack me, and see what happens" he then listned to the mother and laughed as she finished "my 'family' you say well I did say the great kings died by my blade, let me put it like this in my universe when I came of age I slaughtered all who opposed me including my family, I could care less about humanly bonds, they hold you back so I trimmed several branches off the family tree, so tell me what do you think I'm going to do when I see my father mother or sister he'll even my own son, if he won't follow me he'll meet the same fate as every one of you before me, now then" he then charged a focus amount of energy into both blades and smirked "come at me if you dare" I've awaken just because of you

Azura's eye's widened in shock as she listened to his words. This was beyond cruel, and there was now no way she could just go easy on someone who would slaughter there own family! Family was something -very- dear to her, even if it wasn't her family, she felt so over-whelmed by this. He would kill them if he had seen them too? It sounded like it. Energy seemed to suddenly begin to flow wildly around the mermaid princess, to which traveled through the trident.He could almost feel the energy as it gathered before a brilliant flash of blue and golden light erupted forth from the trident, beam after beam all shooting up into his direction! "You won't ever touch them!"
Safir's angelic like wings suddenly appeared at his back, to which the boy flew up at him, avoiding the beams in the process as he too, attempted to strike him with the massive Death-scythe!

The reason I grown up rubicante grinned to the young women then dashed to tue side and dodged part of her attack only taking minor damage and as for the other attacker bahamut saw to that slashing at the young man right out of the air then whipping him away from them with his tail, then snarled at him with flames coming from his great maw "well well looks like bahamut fancys you boy, he might be very hungry, come to think of it I haven't fed him yet, go ahead bahamut eat to your hearts content, while I deal with this one" he then slid fast towards tue mermaid and slashed one blade at here sending a beam of a energy then he slammed his other into the ground sending a large eruption of flare energy in a volcanic fashion I've awaken just because of you

Safir struck the scythe of his blade just as the great dragon swiped at him, just upon the impact he had hoped it caused at least some sort of damage to the dragon, as he himself had to catch his own balance from flying back once it hit. His wings spread outward, catching him in mid air before he would make impact with the ground. "Not on the menu, thanks. " He muttered, barely even audible to the teen there. There was little emotion in his voice as he this time gathered his own energy to him, sending the famous Holy Beam of Serentians after the dragon. This attack would heal allies, but for there enemy's, it would cause great pain! It was no different then a laser being fired into someone.
Azura used her Tridents to simply send off another beam, which would head for the blade beam to cancel it from hitting her! Though, his next attack caught her off guard as it burst into a large eruption of flare energy. Thank the gods she had her shield up, or she might of been hurt from that!
Suddenly, she disappeared, only to reappear right ON Bahamut's back, behind the boy as she tried to slam her weapon into him in attempt to knock him off the dragon.

The reason I grown up the bahamut snarled from both attacks then spun to ge the female off it's back, having a thick scaly hide it took minimal damage from both attacks but it still bled from it's wounds, rubicante on the other hand grew bored from playing with them and decided to leave but first he would leave them with a present "bahamut to me!" soon the dragon flew to him then unleashed a massive orb of flare energy then rubicante lept at it slicing it clear in half yelling "terra flare gash!" soon the orb erupted into a massive explosion that destroyed nearby buildings with the blast and the shockwave when the ruble had cleared and the dust and dirt had fallen both rubicante and bahamut were gone! I've awaken just because of you

Azura grabbed onto whatever she could, which just happened to be one of the dragon's many spikes, her plan was to teleport off the moment she attacked, but the situation had quickly changed from dangerous, to worse when it took her by surprise and spun so suddenly at it's attempt to get her off. Slipping off as she lost her grip of the dragon, Azura went tumbling right off falling for the street below, but! Before she realized it, Safir swooped down, catching his mother as her trident went clattering to the ground, it didn't seem to break or even dent!
As both settled down on the ground, Safir's wings disappeared just as the explosion struck the buildings and various other things in the general area of the blast zone. How many people were inside those buildings, she had to wonder. "We've got to help the people..! There might be many trapped! " She could care less for that Rubicante now! How honorable was such a trick? To bring harm to those who were not even attacking him, going about there life. Picking up the trident off the ground, she rushed on to the flaming buildings, gathering wave after wave, in large sums as the water seemed to over just over every area that was burning, raining down upon the fire to put it out. Hard there been any survivor's this might actually help wake them, or save them from burning alive..But they definitely would need healers to help those people.

Ike was just about to aid in the attack against Rubicante, and likely make a lot of difference in the fight, but before he could even really move darkness suddenly shrouded and covered him, an unknown darkness, and when it faded, Ike was suddenly gone, unable to help and stop the large explosion, he didn't cause the darkness, so the question was what did...
