i think its safe to say that once your old anything can kill you, your going to have to gamble Flu or something else. Your body starts to pretty much collapse on its self.

as weird as it sounds, i like getting sick. I mean i'll be working in healthcare so its what comes with the territory. Being sicks is great, of course i'm talking about the normal kind of illnesses and not anything transmitted. The body is an amazing thing and proves it every time your sick.
When you have a virus the bodies natural reaction is to heat up, your body sends out T-cells and the T-cells present the foreign material to the B-cells and they are the ones that make antibodies. A bacterial is well known because its pretty obvious when you have something of that nature present on your body and if its inside your G.I. track its obvious as well 'food poisoning' is bacterial/viral.
