I think the friend zone is a real thing and I might be guilty of doing it when I was younger. I think it's more common with teens and young adults. now is it just me or does look like utah is trying to keep people from arizona out of our state? this road was just created about 2 years ago , it runs close to the border between our two states for the most part all sorts of electronic equipment going up and more fences too they call themselves udot i call them border control

In that one picture, there appears to be a cattle grid in the road and the design matches that found throughout Nevada and California.
It is not a design that would keep central american migrants from moving beyond Arizona by a long shot – literally wrap a blanket or shirt around the wires and duck through the middle.
But the electronics are probably for tracking migrants, road traffic, and breakages through current interruptions. Could also be used to set off camera traps.
To summarize, I think it is to keep cows on one side or the other while overall tracking the border in general.

But if she's not, then there's not much you can do. I think it's still better to make it clear how you feel than to hint stuff and then wait if she gets it or not. smile gaia_angelright

I mean at first she was very flirty . I proceeded to ask her out. We went on a date . I thought the date went well . But i guess she either wanted more or ....IDK. All we've done is text back and forth. (Cept for the last week) . And well , i thought about and it has always been me who initiated the conversation (text convo). SO , im just going to take that as a hint. And move on.

If it is meant to turn into something more, they will one day have a moment where they realize you were the right person for them. If you force it, you end up losing a friendship and a possible relationship on top of getting a lovely nagging nugget of emotional pus in your heart and soul. So ask yourself right now if you feel the need to force it. If you feel like forcing it, seriously re-evaluate not just the friendship, but your entire psychological profile. Source: Screwed up one of the best friendships I have ever had by forcing myself out of the friendzone and then having the entire thing self-destruct. Over a year later and I just now have managed to not break down about it every day and my heart is still putrefied from the experience. I screwed up immensely.

Exxos has a point...if you force it...then expect her to probably not talk to you again, and even worse...awkward passings in the street of "oh no, there (she/he) is! Hide!!!!" Meh...I was never good at really being too courageous in showing my feelings to the opposite sex...same sex or whomever I was interested in. Although I did make some chance encounters here on Gaia...and thank the Gods there was no fall out...oh wait, there was one fall out...thankfully she lives too far away to fall victim to those awkward chance encounters in the street!

In that case, it is our MISSION to roadtrip and reach out to our fellow AGA'ers and spread the cure! eek
