Me: Raikou, give him a taste of your Thunderbolt.
*Raikou barks in affirmation, then releases a bolt of electricity at the Tentacruel, which recoils a bit and freezes, but a moment later continues toward the jet*

Me: Master's of Time and Space do your stuff! *Palkia and Dialga glow and the giant meteor glows and the two legendaries strain* Me: You can do it! *With a sudden burst of energy, the meteor is gone... to when and where, who knows?* Me: That's done... *Rocks a shattered off the ceiling* Me: Of course the Tentacruel isn't done... Hunter time to get out of here.

*The machine returns Swampert to his Pokeball and Hunter attaches it to his belt*
Me: Now, Raikou, I want you to use Thunder on Blastoise. Blastoise, you need to use Mirror Coat, and direct it at the Tentacruel
*Both Pokemon nod and execute their attacks. The resulting Thunder blasts Tentacruel Prime into a rock wall*

MISSION- Flame on!
Go find a fire pokemon!
Pokemon:
Any non evolved, non legendary fire pokemon
Money: 600

Maddy sat on the ceiling, twirling a strand of her dark black hair around her finger, eyes just gazing off into the distance. She lost focus and tumbled off the ceiling, plummeting to the floor and landing on her head.
“Owwwieee!!”
She sat up and rubbed her head, mumbling things under her breath, and looked over at the notice board with all the missions posted on it. With yet another sigh, she jumped to her feet and looked over all the missions, spotting an easy one that she thought would be good to pass the time for now:
Go catch a Fire Pokemon
Yawning slightly, she walked back to her room and retrieved Combusken’s and Piplup’s Pokeballs.
“Let’s go, guys!”
She let the two creatures out of their Pokeballs and walked out of the HQ, Pokemon following proudly behind her.
She covered her eyes for a few seconds as the blinding sun greeted her; it had been a long time she had actually been out in the sun. Even though the land was covered in ice and snow, the sun still brought warmth to her pale skin. Feeling good about her decision, she started walking again, watching as large snowflakes fell to the ground all around her, ice crystals glinting beautifully as they reflected the sun’s light.
Maddy walked for what seemed hours, sort of just staring off into the distance like she always did and completely forgetting about why she had come outside. Combusken and Piplup were still following her, but the cold was starting to get to them and they were shivering slightly. Finally, Maddy stopped walking and peered around.
They were in the middle of a forest, the leafless trees covered in ice giving a ghostly and dead-like appearance to their surroundings. A cold wind blew, whipping clouds of powdered snow into the air, making Maddy aware of how cold it was. The wind kept picking up, at this rate they’d be caught in a blizzard. Nodding to her two companions, Maddy started to walk deeper into the forest, where the trees grew closer together and provided protection from the wind and snow, even with their frozen appearances.
The air around them grew steadily colder and even through the protection of the trees Maddy and her companions were feeling the full blast of the snow storm. Piplup hurriedly jumped into Maddy’s backpack, trying to protect itself from the wind and snow. Combusken remained beside his trainer, refusing to go inside his Pokeball, even though he seemed to be badly affected by all this snow. Maddy looked around, getting worried. She didn’t want to be stuck out here in a blizzard.
“We need to find shelter. Do you guys see anything?”
She figured her Pokemon would be able to see better through the snow then she could. And she was right. Piplup poked his head out of Maddy’s backpack and chirped madly in the direction of a large black object. As Maddy approached it, she found that it was a cave.
Maddy entered the cave and brushed the snow from her clothes. The cave was just as cold as the outside, but it definitely protected all of them from the snow. She looked around the cave and noticed a small light flickering near the back. As she walked towards the light, she noticed it was a flame. She inched ever closer to the flame and as she did, the flame’s light fell upon the orange and scaly body of a Charmander.
As she approached the Charmander, it leapt up and shot a torrent of flame right at her. Maddy dived out of the way just in time, the flame burning a bit of her hair. Glaring at the wild Pokemon, she looked over at Combusken.
“Go and show this guy the power of a true Fire Pokemon!”
Combusken leapt in front of Maddy protectively and looked at its target with a glint in his eyes. The Charmander charged at him with Tackle. Combusken staggered back from the blow. Maddy came to the conclusion that the cold outside had greatly weakened it.
“Use Sky Uppercut!”
Combusken swiped at Charmander, sending Charmander flying into the cave wall. Charmander jumped to its feet, and was immediately on top of Combusken, slashing madly at him with its claws. Combusken shoved the smaller Pokemon off, scratches covering his body. He staggered around a bit, maybe this was a bad idea.
Deciding that Combusken wasn’t in a good enough shape to continue battling, Maddy sent Piplup out in his place. Piplup hopped around excitedly, chirping happily.
“Piplup! Give that Charmander a taste of your Hydro Pump!”
The powerful blast of water sent Charmander right back into the cave wall again, drenching it with cold water. It slowly got to its feet, panting. It inhaled deeply and sent a jet of flame at Piplup. The attack just glanced right off the small blue penguin.
“Piplup! Use Peck!”
Piplup jumped at Charmander and pecked it with its beak. Charmander cried out in pain but refused to give up. It was readying yet another Flamethrower when Maddy threw a Great Ball at it with full force.
The Pokemon was sucked into the Pokeball.
Shake…
Shake…
Shake…
…
…
… Ding!
Charmander was caught.
Maddy picked the Pokeball up and stuffed it in her pocket. She turned to congratulate her Pokemon on yet another victory, but found that Combusken was unconscious on the cave floor, Piplup jumping around him worriedly. Maddy ran over to her Pokemon’s side and returned him to his Pokeball, Piplup jumping into her backpack in the meantime.
Maddy stared at into the snowstorm, it looked like there was a thick wall of snow outside the cave. Hesitating, she ran out into the storm. Her mission wasn’t complete yet, not until she was safely back inside the HQ and was getting Combusken nursed back to health. This seemed like more than just a mere faint.
The winds were strong and Maddy felt like she had hundreds of cold knives being forced into her skin, but she pressed onward. She was too worried about Combusken to stay in that cave and wait for the storm to pass.
She wandered for about an hour and was at the fainting point herself when the HQ came into view. With a weak smile, she ran as fast as her tired limbs would allow her and stumbled into the HQ, the sudden burst of warm air feeling wonderful on her frost-bitten skin, and just in time to feel a Master Ball collide with her head.
“I’m back… and owwwieeee!!”
