Veroen slightly turned his head and spoke to the others as he slowly walked in the same direction as Razu.
"Jaden is right. These men are most likely trained to resist interrogation tecniques (sp?) used by Vampires, Lycans, and Demon's alike. We do not have time to test this theory." Veroen finished, now looking forward as he walked.

Razu paused looking back at the group behind him. Razu was close to where everyone was at. The scent of night creatures was strong. Razu looked ahead and sniffed for a trap. With a growl and moved forward slowly. After moving only 13 feet he stopped and glared at the floor. He transformed again his clothes forming on him as he did. His voice was husky as whispered,"There's a large gap here in the floor. It won't be easy to cross." He stood up from his crouched position and turned towards the group, "Can any of you fly?"

Ceon fell to the ground as Jaden blew a punch to his solarplex, out of breath. He stood up slowly, and kept a low growl in his throat. "Damn alcohol.....my life just gets better and better now, doesn't it?" Ceon then looked at the large gap, "Maybe Daiguren could get some sort of super speed jump."

"And what good would It do to get one of us across only to level the others stand here. Even if I could get across theirs no point." He looked back at the humans he had knocked out. "If we can't get any information then there of no use." He walked over to them spear in hand, he wouldn't let any possible enemy live.

Ceon grabbed Daiguren by the shoulder, "Wait, these humans must havre gotten over here somewhere, otherwise there wouldn't be anyone gaurding the gap. Interrogate them first, then kill them. But save on for me. I'm getting hungry"

Veroen listened to their conversation about the men, and whenever he heard that they were willing to kill them, and/or devour them, Veroen jumped at the idea. He quickly moved to them, appearing next to Ceon.
"I know the feeling Ceon." Veroen said, looking at the four men, hearing their sweet blood pumping through their veins. "Save me one too, if you can..." Veroen said to Daiguren.

Meredith agreed with Jaden and Veroen about the soldiers, that was, until Veroen changed his mind. The soldiers were more than likely mindless pawns hired by Mauser that'd been trained to resist any interrogation technique that a supernatural could throw at them. The only way they would have been trained to resist torture was to be exposed to it over and over again until they became so numb to it that it no longer affected them. The last thing these men needed, in Meredith's opinion, was to be beaten for information they wouldn't give as they'd received enough beatings already, of that she was certain. "We should," Eden concluded from everyone's discussion before Ceon, Daiguren and Veroen began discussing alternate plans, "leave them behind. Even if we were to get information out of them we'd have to wait for them to wake up and carry them along with us. They'd just end up being a liability."
She fell into stride with Veroen when the group continued on through the subway. Veroen was the friendlist and most sensible of all the males within the vicinity and he had yet to make a deragatory reference in relation to her being a human or a woman. Right now she wished she still had her ability to communicate with her mind but none of her powers had really transferred back into her human body after the experiment. The only ability she still possessed was an annoying buzzing sound in her mind anytime another psychic, kinetic or clairvoyant happened to be within the vicinity using their gift.
As Ceon got up off the ground, Edith inspected him to see just how much damage the Alpha was capable of dealing. However, as soon as Ceon suggested killing one of the four men right in front of her after she'd said they shouldn't she completely lost it and charged toward him in a full out tackle. Seeing as he was paying attention to the giant chasm in the subway he probably wouldn't have quite enough time to react. Even if he did, he would probably underestimate her speed and strength, not that an angry Meredith was particularly putting any thought into this. She was blindly charging the lycan with all her anger and all her speed, consequences be damned and if she managed to make contact it would send him hurling into the subway wall.
"F**k you!" She shouted after she smashed into Ceon a lot more violently than most humans were capable of. "Do you guys honestly think I don't f**king exist or something or that I can't friggin' take you out if I have to?! You aren't killing those people on my watch! Just because they're here doesn't mean they're here by choice or want to be here and none of you will kill them or eat them so long as I'm right here!" She was shouting so loudly her voice reverbrated off the subway walls and she was huffing afterwards, trying to catch her breath. She was clearly upset as her gaze turned to Veroen, glaring at him though he probably wouldn't understand why. Just moments ago she'd though him different and she felt almost betrayed that he'd just proved her wrong. Alone in the world? She certainly was.

(( Don't worry. He'll be back to mess with all of you. ))
A shadowy figure lurked deep within the confines of the subway. A fanged grin contorted his flawless features as his hyper sensitive hearing detected what was occurring within the subway. This group was rather noisy and dysfunctional. Anything within these subways including possible resistance would be able to hear them from a mile away. Aiden, on the other hand had been so still, so silent and so deprived of a unique scent that none of the lycans heard or smelled him. The demon hadn’t detected him either and neither had the fellow void master.
How wonderfully ignorant they are.
The eerie grin remained plastered on the vampire’s lips as he continued to listen to their conversation silently from the darkness of the void. The vampire was so amused that he decided to peek and inspect these strangers from afar and a few times his cold aquamarine eyes peered at them from within the shadows themselves. No light reflected off his eyes for none of these creatures carred a light, minus the human woman so his presence remained masked.
Now that they’d disturbed his sleep and had caused him to stir he decided to have a little fun. Very soon they would meet face to face with the monster but for the moment the monster bided his time. His entrance would not be flashy nor unnoticed, he would arrive precisely when he wished to.
The lone figure melted into the shadows as they embraced him, his physical form vanishing into supposed nothingness.
(( Exit ))

Ceon was thrown off balance a bit by Merdeith barreling into him, but didn't lose his footing. He laughed at her attempt to bring him down and held her arms tight, "Calm the ******** down. You're being such a killjoy."

Veroen silentyly stared at Meredith. He was struggling to keep whatever barrage of words he was thinking, to himself. Then he lost it.
"Edith, you do realize that these men would have tortured you given the chance to, right? They would do so many horrible things to you, its unfathomable. These...'people' are so ruthless, so cruel. And you're sticking up for them? And you, of all people would know what its like to go for so long without blood. ITS DRIVING ME MAD!" Veroen began to shout, his eyes now darkred.
"I want to drink their blood, so i don't end up trying to drink YOURS." Veroen said, struggling to keep control of himself. This was odd.... he didn't ever really act out like this. In fact he was usually silent.
"So please, be somewhat understanding, instead of sticking up for these men who just tried to end your life." Veroen said, finishing his temper tantrum.

Razu was ignoring the drama happening behind him. Instead he exmained the now exposed hole. With a snarl of disbelief he jumped into the gapping hole with movements so swift it was hard to see. He growled as he fell down the hole,"Stupid humans. As if I wouldn't know that the true path was down the hole and not across. The chambers are down here you guys." He braced himself as he sensed the ground coming up. He landed in a crouched position. He called up,"It's about a football field length....just for those who don't know football....100 yards deep."

Daiguren picked up two of the men tossed them behind him for the two. The other two he slammed them into the wall breaking there necks. He dropped the corpses then hoped down the hole landing softly on his feet. Then stating with Razu,"Shall we?" His golden eyes looked into the darkness.

Razu nodded,"Yes." He stood up and walked carefully ahead every sense strained to sense any danger. "We are very close." he whispered to where there was barely any sound. Now was the time to be silent.

As the group debated their course of action an obscure figure materialized from the shadows before them. He held something, someone within his arms, a girl. She was limp and just as lifeless as the expression on the vampire's face. However, a flicker ignited within his eyes for an instant as he offered the bloody canvas to Veroen as if he knew the vampire was parched. The eerie detail was the girl's blood didn't appear the veautiful crimson colour that typical human's blood apeared. Instead, her blood was as dark as the shadows themselves.
"I implore you," the mysterious figure offered with the most impeccable of manners and stature, "to have a taste ... She's a fresh virgin and the darkness of her recently departed soul will surely rejuvenate you." The silver-haired figure with his his cold aqua eyes held the girl out for Veroen to take.
Such an offer would be next to impossible to resist even for the most controlled of vampires. Aiden really didn't care either way, though, for if Veroen resisted out of suspiscion then it would be his loss that would haunt him for eternity and leave him aching for such a rare delicacy as he'd been presented with this fine evening. The odour that wafted from the blood was one of the most intoxicating scents they'd ever encountered, of this he was certain. It would probably drive even the lycans to sample such a beautiful corpse. The blood was, in every way, genuine.
As opposed to saying anything further an altar of shadows manifested before Veroen and Aiden gently placed the body atop the altar. There he left the girl though not before slicing into her arteries to pour her blood out before them; drive them to taste her. If they hesitated the blood would be forever lost to the void, if not ... That was for them to discover ...
Aiden stepped back with a graceful bow and humbly awaited their decision, his countenance unreadable, his thoughts as blank as the void itself. As he waited his eyes fell to the human girl with them as Daiguren snapped the necks of two men right before the woman's eyes and his eyes flickered from aqua to an amber colour as he stared at her.

When Ceon grabbed hold of her her combat boot instantly reared up, aiming straight for his genitalia. Meanwhile as Veroen freaked out at her for having some sympathy because these guys were probably threatened and put up to this, Eden decided to spit in Ceon's face before turning to talk to Veroen. "Fine, they're brain-washed, I don't give a ******** but it's not them that're cruel, it's their leader, Mauser. He's an evil man and if you've been around here for a few years you would have met him a few years back when the Archangels came here to clear all of you out of here. As for blood if you're needing to drink some blood so badly why don't you take mine? I don't see why you'd give a ******** if you sucked me dry, why does it matter if you drink my blood or theirs?"
Eden looked over to the strange new vampire that'd appeared and what she saw made her completely forget that she was pissed off at every being within this place right now. There was a dead woman in his arms, perhaps twenty-one and he was friggin' offering her body up as if she were some snack; disgusting and disturbing. She was about to shout at the vampire when she noticed the body he held was not bleeding blood but what appeared to be some type of black ink. There was no way that body was bleeding black blood because humans didn't bleed black blood unless it was really old and this stuff seemed and smelled pretty fresh to her. It was simply impossible to bleed black blood after just dying, wasn't it?
"I-is that thing," Meredith asked with apparent concern and disgust as the overpowering scent from the blood hit her, "f**cking human? It reeks!" She decided to ask since she'd never smelled blood that putrid and nor had she ever seen a person that happened to bleed ink as opposed to blood. It was clear the huntress was disgusted and her eyes fell to Veroen as she waited to see what his response to fresh blood would be. To be honest she was dreading his reaction and really hoped Veroen wouldn't accept the blood since her stomach of steel was currently failing her at the moment. She felt like she was going to hurl.
She was reaching for her gun when a peering gaze fell upon her. The boy's eyes reflected the light of her flashlight and reminded her of a cat as the light danced across his eerie eyes. His gaze was more than a little unsettling seeing as he was staring at her with no emotion, no life, absolutely nothing in his eyes but their colour. "What the ******** are you looking at?" She didn't take a particular liking to this new comer, he was really strange and disturbing. Needless to say this guy gave her the creeps and she didn't really care for him at all.
